I checked the original and of course the Nintendo USA translation is the correct one. The Siliconera guys either used an automatic translator or someone with terrible Japanese.

I call fake. Something in the how-to process doesn't quite match up.

Sadly, I doubt this would have happenned if the kid in question hadn't been Asian. Are we seen a new form of racism in the US?
