Jul 17th 2008 12:26PM (Engadget)On another note, while this does look pretty cool, the fret board seems incredibly thick to me - at least 3 if not 4x thicker than a regular fret board. On a normal guitar the fretboard is only a couple cm thick - probably about as thick as the fretboard is underneath the buttons.
2009 Acura TL shows its face, AWD confirmed
Jul 11th 2008 8:51AM (Autoblog)soft-roading, let alone off-roading. Stating such is completely
irrelevant. Are you gonna take your A4 quattro, 330xi, G35x off
road?
Adding SH-AWD was the best thing Acura could do for the TL. It now
has the capability to start competing against the aforementioned
cars.
I'm tired of everyone bitching about 4-banger this, RWD that. Why
don't we hear the same about Audi?
Certainly I'm disappointed we won't get SH-AWD and the turbo-4 for
the TSX, but calling it out for producing 200hp and 170ft-lb is
getting tiring. The A4 2.0T puts out 200hp and 200ft-lb and with quattro
weighs 150lbs more than a TSX.
Acura is also supposed to be coming out with a V8 derived from the
V10 in the upcoming NSX replacement.
At most likely 300+ HP with SH-AWD the new TL should be a real
contender this time around.
Aside: The wheels on this car are completely badass.
Leaked: 2009 BMW 7 Series photos hit the web

The back end definitely borrows a lot of its cues from the LS460, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I'm used to seeing BMW being the copied - not the copier.
Either way it's still a very handsome car and much better looking than the current 7.
