Irregardless of whether the games are great or not, Subs are always to be somewhat questioned when Asian subs are part of the count.
Reaon being Asian subs work differently in that monthly time isn't bought but rather playing time is bought. So a player may buy 25 hours of game time, log in for just 15 mins for the month of May, and be counted as a sub for the month of May.
With that said, anywhere for 50% and up of WoW subs are thought to be Asian market subs. Lineage II claims anywhere near 14 million subs.
Just think what the sub rates would be for US market games if the sub system worked here like that. I'd probably have game time for at least 3-4 games, instead of just 1.
