Nothing like slashing your friend down in one shot or taking out there legs so they can only crawl and fight.

I was a gamestop this afternoon and the manager there said that they were dropping the Core unit all together. He did not mention that they were going to drop the price of the core to get rid of stock. So it might be that that sku is going to remain the same $ until sold out. He did however say thaty the price of the premium was going to get the $50 drop and that they had word of a new SKU to take aver the $399 price tag. So we might get the premium 20gig with an hdmi port.

I see this as a BS move. I already shelled out $60 for the game and now they are telling me that I have to spend more $ to enjoy it more. Ok the game itself would be better priced at $40. Its too easy for one. Although the Sound track is really good but thats where the last really good thing about the game. i mean don't get me wrond its fun and all but I can't play head on with a friend and the online sucks. Yea I Don't think I will be paying for the DLC. I wonder how much GameStop will give me for a trade in?

Lets do a little comparing.
PS3=$599 (sans tax)
This includes Blue Ray and DVD, 60gb hard drive, ability to play online for free, (Soon Home) Wireless controller, Memory card reader, WiFi and HDMI.
X-box 360=$399
No HDMI, 20gb hard drive, Wireless controller, 1 month xbox live gold, Infamous red ring of death.
HDDVD Drive=199
XBOX 360 with HDDVD Drive=$598
So you tell me which is the better deal. You only save $1 if you get the XBox 360 premium and HDDVD drvie with no 1080p.

I am glad that I got my PS3 at least Sony isn't trying to hide its total cost buy making you buy an add on drive to get HD quality movies, with out downloading it. Plus I find it pretty underhanded to release another console and trying to get its customers to buy that one in order to get the 1080p and HDMI. So if you go the elite way then you are atualy paying $678 (sans tax) with the added HDDVD drive. Plus don't you know you can upgrade your PS3 hard drive to a bigger one. Or even use a portable USB Hard Drive.

Just my two cents.

Lets look at what happened in the US during April. Oh Yea tax Season. So I can understand why its such a crappy month ppl have to pay their bloody taxes that the gov is estorting from them. Or else they are waiting to get their tax refunds in order to buy a new ps3 system. I did the later and was able to get a pretty sweat deal through Gamestop and trading in a bunch of used games as well as my old ps2.

This looks pretty cool, can't wait to get my hands on this and see how it works.
