The rampart stupidity on these forums is astounding.

If you're too lazy to get up and go outside and walk for 30 mins 4-5 times a week and drink more water instead of pop, then yeah WiiFit is for you. But for the rest of us with common sense and the craving for REAL games, this is nothing but a massive disappointment because WiiFit does nothing for us. I'm still in complete shock that this was their big announcement.. just unbelievable.

Nintendo.. you're making me regret my fanboy status. =/

Don't know about you Kennethrios, but I use video games to play video games.. not step on a board and balance myself looking like a retard.

Nintendo.. it was yours for the taking and you completely blew it with your horrible E3 press conference. All they had to do was announce one new game that isn't balanced around some mini game BS.. I mean a REAL game.. like a new Mario RPG! That would've been a great choice.

Sony is at their lowest point ever.. and Microsoft pretty much bombed and Nintendo comes all the way from Japan to announce WiiFit.. lol.. way to go Nintendo, sigh. And to whoever said the mic might not pick up people cheering and clapping.. you're wrong. The crowd is just as bored and disappointed.

Can't lie.. I'm extremely disappointed with their announcements/presentation. WiiFit will be a massive hit.. but I'm looking for a real game.. not a health game. We knew SSBM/Mario/Metroid/Kart were coming.. they announced those things a while back. But they have absolutley nothing new for E3.. so very, very disappointing.

Variety reports on E3, "The industry's biggest event"

Samfish, why do you think Nintendo should be more competitive? They've been a profitable company for years, even during their 'down' period. I just don't see why market share is placed on this huge pedestal and is the true benchmark of a company's success.

Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, and even SEGA all at the end of the day were and are in the business of making money. Obviously, there were some very major screw ups among each company at one period, but market share doesn't define them or their accomplishments.

Competition doesn't do much.. at least in my eyes. There's a big enough slice of pie for everyone.

I also love how #32 does the same thing he's complaining about others doing.

Please people, don't be a hypocrite when posting on these message boards.

Hate people who can afford Sony? For what? If you want to spend $600 on a console, it's your choice. Just don't be offended when most think you're retarded for spending that much on a video game console.

Good lord people, you need some thicker skin if someone ripping on Sony gets to you.
