Playing Halo 2 online with friends but I still have to thank the original for being the reason I bought an Xbox.

Wet - door opened after a boss fight and the next area would never load. Walked out the door to a texture-less world and could not resume. Had to delete my save and start the game over.

The moon - and we get to see a lunar eclipse tonight. w00t!

The demo had me hooked. The cinematic gameplay, simple controls, amazing graphics and unbelievable facial expressions were big selling points for me. I also managed to get a few friends informed on the game and they all picked it up after reluctantly playing the demo.

Splosion Man - he blows up people and turns them into meat. Sounds perfect for a feast.
