Got my copy at 7pm last night...froze right up.

For me though the disabling of PSN has fixed this issue so far ...

I have written to Rockstar demanding the take the game back though, as a console owner we shouldn't be putting up with crap like this at launch.

I remember getting reamed when I wrote a very similar comparision for SPG awhile back (copied here to PS3Forums)

No, there is no cross-compatibility.

Speaking of that: a competitor of yours in the blog business seems intent on reviewing GTA with the opposite spin of most reviews on the market (ie more negative towards PS3 overall) ... I guess standing out as the lone wolf drives eyeballs to a site.

My girls have been looking forward to this as a party game with friends.

I was hoping that they would have had the wireless mics figured out by now. I'll likely hold off until Christmas...just to see if the BT mics are out by then.
