Re-discovering the iPhone magic in real life

May 11th 2011 3:21PM (TUAW.com)
3 years ago a visit to my Doctor was a hassle and took almost half a day of my time.

Here's how we do it now: All of my glucose testing and charts can be sent to him with 1 click on my iPhone, including a full history of my blood pressure tests I do myself, meal plans and medication lists. Earlier last week, my visit with him didn't even require me to leave my house or take time out of work, we had a 10 minute Facetime chat over our iPhone's while he looked at my charts that I sent him for the last month.

@dieterk Having Flash installed makes no difference. But the bad execution is right. They didn't bother to go into settings and properly set flash to load only when you want it to.

By the author having to uninstall it shows he has no clue WTF he's doing.

No need to uninstall Flash. Just go into settings and make it "On Demand" so it only loads Flash content when you tell it to.
