I get this too. I'm on US. In task manager it shows Blizzard Downloader is running, but no window and no tray icon

I have an NTSC-U (North American) XBOX360. I have a Japanese XBL Account. I'm seeing menus and dialogs in English.

How do I actually get them into Japanese? I tried setting Locale/Language to Japanese for my Console. Neither worked.

Help, the English dubbed voice is horrible.
