where you can visually mash up any fourthird or micro fourthird lens/body. It's pretty fun. The EP-1 looks even more funny on lens' such as the Sigmonster, or even the Olympus 90-250 f2.8

May 16th 2009 2:53PM (Engadget)I wonder how aerodynamic that thing is, looks decently so, but with such power/weight, air friction is what's going to kill it's top speed/fuel economy. I wonder if they painted it with some low friction paint (probably not since it would erode the foam ;) ;) )
Some people say a 100cc motorcycle could do better, perhaps 0-60, but motorcycles really aren't that aerodynamic if you look into it.

Sep 21st 2007 4:35PM (Joystiq)- Sony Stated that they'll be able to do 2 x 1080p, currently very few games run in 1080p, and when they do it's usually at 30fps
- Sony stated that games on the PS3 would run at 120fps due to the power of the cell processor, games often run at 30fps when 360 versions run at 60fps, none that I know of run at 120fps
- People will just work more to pay for their PS3's... hard to tell if it's true, but by sales numbers it seems that people are just more happy to buy a 360 or Wii than work harder for a silly toy.

April NPD: Nintendo dominates, industry sales up 20%
May 18th 2007 4:31AM (Joystiq)I just find it funny, for all the flack nintendo owners get for the nintendo franchizes, many of the most popular and anticipated games for PS3/Xbox 360 are franchizes from the 80's and 90's, or else sequels from PS1/Xbox/PS2 days...
Ninja Gaiden, GT, GTA, Devil May Cry, Sega Rally, Virtual Tennis, Virtual Fighter, Tekken, Guitar Hero, Metal Gear Solid, Rachet and Clank, Socom, Burnout, Call of Duty, Resident Evil, Rainbow 6, Tiger Woods, Fifa, Madden, etc...
That's just for PS3, here's a few 360 games based off old franchizes:
Forza, Tenchu, Prince of Persia, Dynasty Warriors, Halo, Wing Commander, Ace Combat, phantasy Star, Tony Hawk, Alone in the Dark, etc..
Just because nintendo has been around longer, they get flack for catoring to thier fanbase. Will the same arguement work against Sony when GT7 is released on the PS5? How about Resident Evil 5 for.. oh wait, we're already at 5, or what about MGS4, oh wait, we're already at 4...
All I'm saying is that franchises is a key part of the video game industry without them customers won't know what to expect from games making purchases more risky.
New IP is good, but old IP is good also.
I'm done, night!
