Look, my friend, as a fresh 85 fire mage, I sympathize with the mana issues, so no, I don't think the developers are beyond fault.

But to just say that "running out of mana isn't fun" is to impute that a) SPriests aren't supposed to run out of mana ever and b) they're currently running out of mana no matter how well they play, and this is by design (hence "Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise").

You and I both know neither of those things are true. Fox probably knows it too, but that was a bungled way to word it. Better might have been: "Running out of mana no matter how well we finesse things isn't fun, and anyhow diverges from Blizz's stated design goal of mana mattering while still enabling players to get the job done."

Whoa, Fox, maybe you were kidding, but "running out of mana is not fun, no matter how much Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise" is a pretty sloppy line of reasoning; it's a misconstrual of Blizzard's words and intent, and it's a poor argument for the previous status quo.

You may as well say "dying because I DPSed the mob that was supposed to be CCed is not fun, no matter how much Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise" or "having finite hit points is not fun, no matter how much Blizzard tries to convince us otherwise."

Does anyone know how the Sea Legs buffs in Vash'jir interacts with the druid's Aquatic Form ability? Does Aquatic Form confer any advantage in the zone since its effects are largely duplicated by Sea Legs?
