Why would they not include the updated version they put out for consoles recently? Hopefully the price is lowered but I was slightly interested in trying PW.

@Shockwave The game shipped with a ton of content. Seriously not just a good amount but a TON! Especially when you stacked it up against DiRT 2. Played over 40 hours before I went ahead and picked up the DLC. The DLC was awesome (though slightly over priced imo) but the content was solid. This is a pretty good way to get it all at a decent cost.

Sometimes it's better to ship a game and support it with a small team then have the whole team extend development time.

I listened to Giantbomb talk about some conversations they had with Tony Hawk and apparently he was genuinely aiming to create a device that would introduce you to skateboarding. Skateboarding can suck, be scary, and hurt. His main goal was to take away some of that fear before you hopped on the board and help you transition to the real thing.

I can totally respect that and I'm glad he tried to give it a shot. I do feel he probably had little say on such matters but it's hard not to respect Tony Hawk.

Like everyone... Very disappointed in Ubisofts call here. Every time I think a game can break new ground and help give respect to the craft, it gets shut down.

@NBA Kirkland That's what I came here to find out as well. It was talked about int he pre release version. Looking for a confirmation myself.

@HardBoiled2009 As someone who went out a bought a Vita today around 5pst, this was a bit of an issue.
