I really don't like the old school western art. It makes megaman look megaold.

I do not like the idea of downloading games because id rather have a physical copy of it. Ive been a console gamer and a pc gamer for years and if there is one thing i know about games in a harddrive is that they barely survive time. Harddisks fail in time no matter how much care you put into them. If your hard drive fails it takes with it everything you have downloaded and you will have to download it again. Im not saying blu ray discs are indestructible but the chances of your games surviving over time is much greater since they are not in one place. I still have my old cartridges way back starting from my atari and im still able to play them. Nuff said

I dont think sony needs to drop the price of the ps3 just to remain competitive. Ive been a long time gamer and ive seen many consoles come and go including the 3DO which was $600 when it was released. I know many people want to play as cheaply as possible but you have to know that gaming is a vice and not a commodity. It takes time and a lot of money to develop games and consoles. I think sony is just breaking even with the ps3 this year and i dont think a price drop just to get the sales going is a good solution to any business. Sony is going to drop the ps3's price when it is ready. Would you rather have a price drop along with a dead console because of profit loss?

Im really glad that the psp is doing well this year. In the philippines it is more popular than the DS, unfortunately it is due to piracy that is selling here very well. Even DS bootleg cartridges are expensive compared to iso's that you can just download from the stores.......yes the game stores here offer pirated downloads of all the psp games ever made even new ones. The price of umd's here are the same in europe and since this is a poor country everyone uses CFW's for iso's. Anyway im not saying that i dont use pirated games...i do but i also have about 12 umd games that has cost me a fortune to purchase since i liked them very much and would rather have the originals as part of my collection. I just wish that the prices of umd's would go down since theyre basically just small dvd's in a plastic case so that everyone can buy them and not pirate them because of the pricing.
