I totally agree with everything you guys have stated. That said, the corporations we're talking about haven't exactly shown that they exclusively use logic over the past many years. I love many Sony and Microsoft products, but both companies have shown time and time again that they can make some pretty stupid decisions. I would not be surprised if Microsoft came out with a new console in a couple years and Sony just released whatever they were working on a year later to stay competitive, instead of giving whatever they're working on the time to mature and and reach it's true potential. I really hope the PS4 doesn't come out till 2013 or 14... That would be amazing (as would be the machine itself)!

I hope Sony doesn't release a PS4 for a while... Even if Microsoft gets its next Xbox out there in the next year or two, I think Sony would benefit greatly by just letting the PS3 run its course with the NGP and spending a couple more years developing a truly cheap and amazing PS4 that will blow the competition out of the water.

My first Prince of Persia was the DOS port of the original 1989 game. If I were to win, I'd love the PS3 version of the game.
