We raid 12 or less hours a week (official raids are Friday / Saturday)... we had KJ into P4 pre-nerf and M'uru on farm.

So, yes, it is possible to see the end-end-game on a "casual" schedule.

If by "unabashedly awesome" you mean "around 1% of our damage for 3 points", then sure.

Just for the curious, that 15% extra miss equates to around *680* hit rating at level 80.

Ghostcrawler is right. A talent that requires the kind of stats probably found on gear somewhere around T9+ isn't balanced at all.

Unfortunately, it's not really "unfair in our favor", either.
