Great for my netbook

I only have one question. Why?

Everyone here should know by now that the scale is a bad way to measure health and fat loss. Why are we still using it to judge how healthy we are?

If you want to change how you look or feel then use that to judge not the scale.

Get off the scale.

I started to eliminate simple sugars from my diet a few months ago. I've adopted a paleo style diet. Lean meat with lots of vegetables some fruit and a touch of healthy fats.
Almost immediately I noticed a difference, especially in the afternoon, during the post lunch slump.

The craziest thing is how I feel now after I do eat a sugar bomb. It's like I've taken some kind of drug that puts me in a fog.

Another thing I've noticed is that my allergies haven't kicked in at all this year. Normally by this time of year I wake up ever morning with a stuffy head.

It's hard to make the change initially, but it's well worth it.
