Really? The only time I ever had a problem with my 360 was two weeks before GTA4 came out. I made my complaint, I had the coffin the next day, and I had my 360 with a few days to spare. Now maybe I just got lucky because Microsoft had a surplus of refurbished consoles, and not too many orders to fill out, but I still had mine just over a week after I shipped.

This better not happen, I already have a hard time convincing myself to buy a game for eighty dollars. Even if it is only a five dollar a title increase I won't buy new anymore.

With the new map pack and the Annex update I have rediscovered this game. I now play the game online and have given the single player another shot on a harder difficulty. Gears has too many intense moments that made me stand up and say "wow." New achievements are a welcome addition to extend the life of an already solid package.
