This is exactly why Apple has an approval process for apps. It cant grant this kind of power to anyone who makes an app for its device. Of course I'm going to guess this guy is bluffing..

But regardless..I dont know anyone who has jailbroken their phone for legit uses. Everyone I know with a jailbroken iDevice has done so to get illegal copies of paid apps... And its not so they can try it for free, then buy it..

So this dude, releasing a paid app to the jailbroken community is not going to generate much money.. not a chance..
