For those trying to find the Flash game equivalents.

The King of All Cosmos.

The framerates were absolutely killing me... quite literally. Two close dinos on the screen with my buddy in the cave and the game starts to stutter. I am trying to whip around or move away, and I finally realized that if you keep the camera in focus on only one dino and nothing else, you can keep playing... otherwise it starts to flip out on my console.

I like how Fox News can say anything they want as long as there is a question mark at the end. "Se"xbox? Are video games really the work of the devil? Makes their point without legally making it.

I always find it interesting that people wait for years before filing these lawsuits just so they can get the profit... I mean, really, the reason behind a patent is to protect a method, not to be a lottery entry for a lawsuit down the road.

I think you guys added wrong. The HR article says "The court fined Fantom Entertainment 10 million won ($10,900), and slapped penalties of an additional 6 million won ($6,500) each on Lee Han-woo and Hong Jeong-ho." Wouldn't that mean it's 22 million won, instead of 16?

More curious is the idea that it was won by a game that had very close advertising relations to the award bearer. Granted, Halo is immensely addictive, but you got to give it a little bit of a double-take for the "Fueled by Dew" award.

GameDaily estimated 2.48 million copies sold day 1 for Halo 3, which is about 32-33% purchase rate for XB360 owners with the current NPD numbers (which probably means it would be a bit higher). MGS4 is definitely an impressive franchise, it'll be interesting to see if it can pull off higher numbers than Halo 3.

Just hope it doesn't concerning 16 year-olds crying over the sports car their dads bought them. Those shows drive me insane.

I actually noticed that... but I also question if people are voting for the greatest price difference when it comes to the HD format, since the Toshiba player is apparently worth another $75 more and is being offered for the same price. Also interesting is that TiVo is beating Blu-Ray as well...
