Class action lawsuit over Xbox Live consumer fraud

I think this guy is banking on Microsoft giving him a settlement deal. I lot of larger corporations would rather not deal with these shenanigans, and throw a few bucks to keep people quiet. However, I would love to see the courtroom footage if this thing ever gets a trial.

Rumor: Halo 3 360 bundle in the wild

Costco has a Halo 3 bundle in-store. It comes with the Limited Edition game, a Halo-themed 360, themed headset and controller. $500 USD on their website.

It's hard to argue against additional free content being made for a $10 game. A lot of full-titles seem to get axed with no extra content beyond icons, so I consider it a nice thing.
