The <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/forza-motorsport-4"><em>Forza Motorsport 4</em></a> bundle includes a copy of Turn 10 Studios' latest, a 250GB Xbox 360 S console with one wireless controller, and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/07/wireless-speed-wheel-coming-from-microsoft-for-60-this-october/">a wireless racing wheel</a> - sorry, no Kinect sensor.<br /><br />You can grab all of this for $299, starting in mid-June at participating retailers.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/05/29/forza-4-xbox-360-bundle-tosses-in-steering-wheel-debuts-in-mid/">Forza 4 Xbox 360 bundle tosses in steering wheel, debuts in mid-June</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 29 May 2012 20:10:00 EST. Following last year's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/05/25/new-limited-ps3-bundle-throws-in-call-of-duty-black-ops/"><em>Call of Duty: Black Ops</em> bundle</a>, Sony is looking to cater to the demographic of people who own neither a PS3 nor <em>Modern Warfare 3.</em><br /><br />Launching on May 25, this $300 bundle features the positively reviewed shooter, a 320GB PS3 slim system and one DualShock 3 controller.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/05/10/modern-warfare-3-ps3-bundle-deploys-on-may-25/">Modern Warfare 3 PS3 bundle deploys on May 25</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 10 May 2012 19:00:00 EST. This time around, the great MOBA/RPG mashup <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/dungeon-defenders"><em>Dungeon Defenders</em></a> is included in the bunch, along with <em>Containment: The Zombie Puzzler</em> (which is of course a zombie puzzler), abstract arcade racer <em>Data Jammers: FastForward</em>, trippy falling game <em>Brainpipe</em>, and the indie space sim sequel <em>Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space</em>.<br /><br />All of these can currently be had for the minimum price of $5.28, but as always that price will fall if anyone comes along and pays above it. There are also a few extras already unlocked, including a couple of original soundtracks, extra tracks for <em>Data Jammers</em>, and two extra games: <em>Dr. Blob's Organism</em> and <em>Soup du Jour</em>. Anyone paying over $7 also gets an album from <a href="http://infinityshred.bandcamp.com/album/future-towards-the-edge-of-forever">chiptune band Starscream</a>. In short, that's more games than you have time to play, all for less than you'll pay to see <em>The Avengers</em> this weekend. The bundle's up for sale for the next week.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/05/04/dungeon-defenders-headlines-new-indie-royale-bundle/">Dungeon Defenders headlines new Indie Royale bundle</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 04 May 2012 19:00:00 EST. It gets better, is what we're saying.<br /><br />Indie Royale has opened pre-orders, at a $4 minimum, for four slightly mysterious titles in its St. Patrick's Day bundle, the actual day of which is Saturday, March 17. If you plan on being even a tad sober any time on Saturday, the games are teased as follows:<br /><br />"An explosive FPS with a future-leaning setting," "next up the flagpole is a jaunty Windows and Mac adventure game," "a brainy Steam-enabled Windows and Mac title 'dispensing' RTS action," "an acclaimed satirical platformer, plus a bonus DRM-free Windows RPG overhead shooter from the same creator."<br /><br />Pre-orders and those who pay over the minimum once the bundle is released will get <a href="http://dcapo1989.bandcamp.com/album/o-s-t-original-soundtrack">O.S.T.: Original Soundtrack</a> from Daniel Capo.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/03/14/indie-royales-st-patricks-day-bundle-is-partially-blind-for-n/">Indie Royale's St. Patrick's Day bundle is partially blind for now</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 14 Mar 2012 03:00:00 EST. Starting March 22, Japanese 3DS fans can pick up the handheld in "Cobalt Blue" -- not to be confused with the lighter "Aqua Blue" model. March will also see the release of four new 3DS bundles. A <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/monster-hunter-tri-g"><em>Monster Hunter 3G</em></a> bundle will be released on March 17 in both black and red flavors. White and pink <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/super-mario-3d-land"><em>Super Mario 3D Land</em></a> bundles are slated for March 24. These will include both <em>Super Mario 3D Land</em> and a preinstalled copy of the Virtual Console version of <em>Super Mario Bros</em>.<br /><br />There will also be a bundle celebrating the release of <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/fire-emblem-awakening"><em>Fire Emblem Awakening</em></a> on April 19. The bundle will include a special cobalt blue DS (pictured), a copy of the game and a card worth 1000 Nintendo Points. We can only hope the cobalt 3DS makes its way outside of Japan. Then again, we're still waiting on the Ice White 3DS here in North America.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/03/01/japan-gets-cobalt-blue-3ds-new-bundles/">Japan gets Cobalt Blue 3DS, new bundles</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 01 Mar 2012 13:30:00 EST. If so, you can finally get a Kinect unit to match, as part of Microsoft's new "Xbox 360 Special Edition 4GB Kinect Family Bundle" (whew.) The bundle includes a 4GB 360, the white Kinect from the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/02/07/not-a-jedi-trick-kinect-star-wars-and-console-bundle-coming-in/">long-delayed</a> <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/07/21/r2d2-style-xbox-360-kinect-bundle-rolling-out-for-star-wars-kine/">Star Wars bundle</a>, a white controller, copies of Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures, and three months of Live for $300.<br /><br />A "special edition" white Xbox 360 controller will also be available separately for $49.99. On this one, paying either the minimum price (currently just above $4) or above will net you five different indie titles: The impressive FPS (and IndieCade finalist) <em>Zeno Clash</em>, the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/11/12/hoard-review/">excellent and underrated <em>Hoard</em></a>, the gorgeous adventure title <em>Lume</em>, and top-down puzzle crawler <em>Soulcaster</em> and its sequel. Plus, buyers also get both <em>Hoard</em> DLC packs, and anyone who pays higher than the minimum will pick up <a href="http://www.onelifeleft.com/2011/12/22/863/">the "Music to Play Games by Too"</a> compilation album.<br /><br />Remember, the way the bundle works is that the price goes up as more people buy the bundle, but it drops when people spend more than the minimum (so giving more actually makes it cheaper for everyone, and supports the game's developers as well). Purchased titles are available on both Steam and <a href="http://www.desura.com/">Desura</a>, and the bundle is on sale through Valentine's Day.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/02/10/indie-royale-valentines-bundle-available-now-with-lume-hoard/">Indie Royale Valentine's Bundle available now, with Lume, Hoard, Zeno Clash and more</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 10 Feb 2012 21:15:00 EST. You know who you are.<br /><br />Indie Royale is offering its <a href="http://www.indieroyale.com/">Valentine's Bundle</a> for pre-order at the lowest minimum price, $3.99, but is keeping the games a mystery until the big day itself. If you live life on the edge, don't read the following clues before buying the bundle:<br /><br />"The games offered this time include a fantastical first-person action-adventure game (Steam for PC), an IGF-nominated puzzle adventure title (Steam for PC and Mac, Desura for PC and Linux, DRM-free PC, Mac and Linux download), a 'scorching' single and multiplayer arcade-strategy game (Steam for PC and Mac), and a world premiere on PC for a pair of retro RPG-defense games (Desura for PC, DRM-free PC download)," Indie Royale writes. On its <a href="http://www.facebook.com/IndieRoyale">Facebook</a> page it added, "None of these titles have been in previous standalone indie game bundles such as Humble, etcetera!"<br /><br />Pre-orders will receive the Valentine's Bundle the moment it launches, along with One Life Left's "Music to Play Games by Too."<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/02/08/indie-royale-valentines-bundle-offers-a-treat-without-the-calor/">Indie Royale Valentine's Bundle offers a treat without the calories</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 08 Feb 2012 00:15:00 EST. The <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/27/metal-gear-solid-3d-accessories-increase-your-3ds-camo-index/">Hori accessory kit</a> won't be the only way for Japanese customers to outwardly display their love of <em>Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D</em>. Kojima Productions' Jiroo Tsubuyaki tweeted that Nintendo plans to release a 3DS hardware bundle for the title, which comes out March 8 in Japan.<br />
<br />
The design has yet to be finalized, so Tsubuyaki didn't have any pictures to share. However, we can already tell you that it's going to make us want to buy a Japanese 3DS and a copy of a game we're still worried about.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/28/metal-gear-solid-3d-hardware-bundle-inflitrating-japan/">Metal Gear Solid 3D hardware bundle infiltrating Japan</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 28 Dec 2011 10:55:00 EST. The latest Indie Royale bundle has more than enough holiday cheer to warm the deepest, darkest cockles of your heart-meat. The "<a href="http://www.indieroyale.com/">Xmas Bundle</a>" nets its purchasers six games for the price of ... well, a street vendor hot dog -- there's the remastered <em>Blackwell Trilogy</em> (which is technically three games, right?), the Source-powered <em>Dino D-Day</em>, the topical sim <em>The Oil Blue</em> and the effortlessly delightful <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/eets"><em>Eets</em></a>.<br />
<br />
The whole bundle's currently available (at the time of this writing) for $3.80 -- a price which will increase as time goes on, but decrease if purchasers pay more than the minimum amount. Act fast! Or, for our sakes, act charitable.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/12/indie-royale-xmas-bundle-has-eets-dino-d-day-and-more/">Indie Royale Xmas Bundle has Eets, Dino D-Day and more</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 12 Dec 2011 22:00:00 EST. Indie games travel in packs now. A group of UK indies is concocting another pay-what-you-want offering, in the same vein as <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/humble-indie-bundle">The Humble Indie Bundle</a>, that collects several enticing games and lets you split your donation between the developers and charity organization GamesAid. Dubbed "The Little Big Bunch," it's expected to go live (and actually have, like, a website) by December 14th.<br />
<br />
According to <a href="http://www.develop-online.net/news/39286/Indie-charity-bundle-adopts-Radiohead-price-policy">Develop</a>, the bundle will contain <em>Explodemon</em>, <em>Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee,</em> recent <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/28/frozen-synapse-stars-in-new-humble-indie-bundle/">"Humble" headliner</a> <em>Frozen Synapse, </em>and unspecified contributions from New Star Games and Mommy's Best Games (the Indiana-based team behind <em>Serious Sam: Double D</em>).<br />
<br />
We'll let you know as soon as <em>The Little Big Bunch</em> opens itself to your unrestrained philanthropy / inability to resist cheap games.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/08/uk-indies-putting-together-little-big-bunch-charity-bundle/">UK indies putting together 'Little Big Bunch' charity bundle</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 08 Dec 2011 06:00:00 EST. The monsters of <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/resident-evil-revelations"><em>Resident Evil: Revelations</em></a> will arrive in Europe on January 27, and they'll bring another monster along with them: the 3DS-enlarging Circle Pad Pro. <a href="http://www.nintendo.co.uk/NOE/en_GB/news/2011/are_you_ready_for_the_revelations_ahead_46923.html">Nintendo UK</a> announced today that the 3DS attachment will be bundled with a "special limited edition" package of Capcom's horror game. <em>Revelations</em> will also be sold separately.<br />
<br />
This is the first official announcement of a release date for the peripheral outside of Japan. Capcom USA has <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/31/a-circle-pad-revelation-for-resident-evil-revelations/">shown the game</a> to US press with the attachment, indicating future availability in North America. Capcom USA also said there were <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/31/resident-evil-revelations-supports-save-data-reset-no-plans-fo/">no plans</a> for a Circle Pad Pro/<em>Revelations </em>bundle here.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/30/resident-evil-revelations-bundled-with-circle-pad-pro-in-europe/">Resident Evil: Revelations bundled with Circle Pad Pro in Europe</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 30 Nov 2011 14:00:00 EST. <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/rock-band-3"><em>Rock Band 3</em></a> is still alive and kicking, despite everything happening <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/25/harmonix-rock-band-in-for-a-fundamental-creative-reinterpretat/">behind-the-scenes</a>, and in an effort to rekindle the world's love for rhythm games and plastic instruments, Mad Catz Interactive has released 5 new instrument bundles for the Xbox 360.<br />
<br />
Each bundle includes the game, a DLC code for 5 different Red Hot Chili Peppers songs, and your choice of Fender Mustang Pro-Guitar ($150), normal Stratocaster controller($70), or normal Precision Bass controller ($80, available in three designer colors). Absent from these bundles, as you may have noticed, are the microphone and drum kit controllers known and loved by annoying college roommates the world over; a void the used market will undoubtably step in to fill.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/27/new-rock-band-3-bundles-from-madcatz-include-5-free-dlc-songs/">New Rock Band 3 bundles from Mad Catz include 5 free DLC songs</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sun, 27 Nov 2011 11:30:00 EST. Whether you're looking to jump into the Sony waters or, like, the most generous gift-giver in existence, you may want to check out <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=tsm_1_tw_s_vg_lv0tia?ie=UTF8&amp;docId=1000750051">Amazon's hefty PS3 bundle</a>. Along with a 160GB PS3 console and copy of <em>Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 2</em> on Blu-ray (you know, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/15/say-hallow-to-the-new-harry-potter-ps3-bundle/">Sony's latest console bundle</a>), there's also a copy of <em>Resistance 3 </em>included, plus a media remote and a PS3 New Owner's Kit, which includes an additional controller, USB charge cable and a HDMI cable for the high-defs.<br />
<br />
All of this will set you (or somebody who likes you a whole lot) back a sum of $370. To get the bundle, you'll have to head on over to Amazon and manually add the additional items to the PS3 system bundle pictured above. A bundle within a bundle! What will they think of next?<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/21/amazon-offers-its-own-ps3-holiday-bundle/">Amazon offers its own PS3 holiday bundle</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 21 Nov 2011 21:00:00 EST. You've seen Nintendo's new 3DS bundles in a few Black Friday ads already, but the company made it official today, detailing the two special holiday packages it plans to release on Thanksgiving Day -- and giving us another opportunity to stare at that <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/08/europes-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3ds-is-a-magical-artifact/"><em>Zelda</em> system</a>.<br />
<br />
The Cosmo Black bundle contains a special Cosmo Black 3DS decorated with Zelda imagery, along with a copy of <em>The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D</em>. The Flame Red bundle contains a plain old Flame Red 3DS with <em>Super Mario 3D Land</em>.<br />
<br />
Both are priced at $199.99, but you'll be able to find them cheaper at <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/18/target-black-friday-deals-37-bf3-resistance-3-180-3ds-bundl/">certain</a> <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/11/best-buy-selling-mario-zelda-3ds-bundles-for-black-friday-bu/">retailers</a>.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/21/nintendos-mario-and-zelda-3ds-bundles-hit-the-us-november-24/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Nintendo's Mario and Zelda 3DS bundles hit the US November 24</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/21/nintendos-mario-and-zelda-3ds-bundles-hit-the-us-november-24/">Nintendo's Mario and Zelda 3DS bundles hit the US November 24</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 21 Nov 2011 10:00:00 EST. As if you didn't <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/17/torchlight-2-officially-delayed-runic-prez-suggests-other-games/">already have enough to play</a> this holiday season, Steam is offering up a special anniversary bundle to celebrate <em>Super Meat Boy</em>'s first birthday. By laying down $24.99 anytime from now until November 21, you get <a href="http://store.steampowered.com/sub/12315">a bundle with some of the best Steam games</a> of the last few years, everything from <em>Half-Life 2</em> to the <em>Bit.Trip</em> titles, <em>Braid</em>, <em>Machinarium, World of Goo, Gish, VVVVVV</em>, and <em>Super Meat Boy</em> itself. There are also soundtracks included in the bundle for <em>Super Meat Boy, Braid, Machinarium, Bit.Trip Beat</em>, and <em>Bit.Trip Runner.</em> <a href="http://store.steampowered.com/app/40800/?snr=1_6_4__421"><em>Super Meat Boy</em></a> by its lonesome is 50% off as well.<br />
<br />
And even if you already own all of those games (and let's be honest -- after all of these Steam sales, we probably all do), this coming Saturday Team Meat will <a href="http://supermeatboy.com/112/Happy_Birthday___MAC_ATTACK___/#b">finally unlock "Super Meat World" for all players</a> who have ever owned the game, bringing in tons and tons of user-created levels to play. The Mac version of the game is getting released as well, which means anyone who's ever bought the game on Steam will have access to that port too.<br />
<br />
In other words, if you've ever wanted to play <em>Super Meat Boy</em> on a computer, now's your chance, and if you already own it you're getting a whole lot of new content. <em>Thanks a lot</em>, Team Meat. We'll never get all of these games finished now.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/17/super-meat-boy-gets-steam-sponsored-bundle-new-content-and-mac/">Super Meat Boy gets Steam-sponsored bundle, new content and Mac version coming this weekend</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 17 Nov 2011 22:45:00 EST. The "wizards" of Harry Potter would rather speak to one another by turning themselves into fireplace embers than using a phone, and they invented newspapers with moving pictures in them instead of learning how a TV works. We're pretty sure that Voldemort would run shrieking from a PlayStation 3.<br />
<br />
But <em>you</em> know how to wield a PS3's magic, so you can take advantage of this powerful Muggle artifact. Starting this week, you'll be able to buy a special PS3 bundle containing a 160GB PS3, a Blu-Ray of <em>Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2</em> in both 2D and 3D, and download vouchers for the first two <em>Harry Potter</em> movies. You'll also get 30 days of PlayStation Plus, meaning that some of the items in the PlayStation Store will suddenly be cheaper for you, as if by magic.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/15/say-hallow-to-the-new-harry-potter-ps3-bundle/">Say 'Hallow' to the new Harry Potter PS3 bundle</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 15 Nov 2011 12:00:00 EST. <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/10/indie-royale-offers-nightsky-ben-and-dan-and-more-for-a-small/">The Indie Royale bundle</a> started last week has hit over 25,000 sales so far. That means <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/10/indie-royale-offers-nightsky-ben-and-dan-and-more-for-a-small/">two more games</a> and a music and DLC bundle have been added to the mix of things you get for a very cheap price. In addition to <em>NightSky, Fate of the World, Scoregasm</em>, and the Ben and Dan titles, you can now pick up shooters <a href="http://www.indieroyale.com/games/preview/irukandji"><em>Irukandji</em></a> and <a href="http://www.indieroyale.com/games/preview/bullet-candy-perfect"><em>Bullet Candy Perfect</em></a> as part of the deal, and the full DLC and soundtrack for <em>Fate of the World</em> is given to buyers as well. That's a whole lot of amazing indie gaming, no question.<br />
<br />
And while we were worried the price might go up (it rises over time, and drops as people purchase the bundle for more than the average), it hasn't: You can still get all of this stuff for the price of $3.49. Black Friday hasn't hit us yet, but it's probably a safe bet that this is one of the best deals you'll see in gaming this holiday season. Ball's in your court, bundle buyer.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/15/indie-royale-celebrates-25k-downloads-with-two-more-games-sound/">Indie Royale celebrates 25K downloads with two more games, soundtracks</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 15 Nov 2011 10:00:00 EST. We've never personally felt the need for a 3DS that plays only European-format games ... until now. Nintendo of Europe announced an absolutely lovely <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3d"><em>Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D </em></a>bundle, featuring some gold embellishments on the top, and gold accents to power icons and the 3D slider.<br />
<br />
The bundle also includes a copy of the game, with an exclusive double-sided sleeve -- which means that if you import the set, you'll have at least one properly region-coded game. It'll be released on November 25, exclusively in Europe ... unless Nintendo of America would like to make an announcement today (please?). <div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3d-3ds-bundle/">The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (3DS bundle)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3d-3ds-bundle/#4593347"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/11/zelda11801_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3d-3ds-bundle/#4593348"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/11/zelda11802_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3d-3ds-bundle/#4593349"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/11/zelda11803_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3d-3ds-bundle/#4593350"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/11/zelda11804_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3d-3ds-bundle/#4593351"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/11/zelda11805_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/08/europes-zelda-ocarina-of-time-3ds-is-a-magical-artifact/">Europe's Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3DS is a magical artifact</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 08 Nov 2011 10:26:00 EST. The arrival of a new PSP hardware bundle may seem ill-timed with the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/18/playstation-vita-to-launch-in-north-america-on-february-22/">impending launch</a> of the Vita, but Sony isn't about to stop catering to the gift-craving siblings, cousins and nephews of the world this holiday. And we don't know about you, but we don't have any nephews that are worth spending <em>two hundred and fifty</em> dollars on.<br />
<br />
Instead, for $160 you can pick up the new <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/10/24/coming-soon-cars-2-the-video-game-for-psp-and-the-ea-sports-fifa-soccer-12-and-cars-2-the-video-game-psp-entertainment-pack/">PSP Entertainment Pack</a>, which includes a PSP-3000, 2GB Memory Stick Pro DUO, a UMD copy of soccer smash <em>FIFA 12</em> and a download voucher for <em>Cars 2 </em>(a racing game, we'd venture). The bundle should be available on November 15th.<br />
<br />
If you're jumping into PlayStation Portable gaming now (and feel free to use the "nephew" excuse we fabricated above), you should keep an eye out for the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/18/mega-man-and-monster-hunter-bundled-up-for-psp/"><em>Mega Man</em> and <em>Monster Hunter</em></a> packs at Gamestop. That is, if you're willing to add UMD clutter to your life -- with an <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/13/sony-looking-into-umd-download-discount-for-vita-hedging-about/">uncertain</a> shot at backwards compatibility.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/25/fifa-12-and-cars-2-in-psp-hardware-bundle-this-november/">FIFA 12 and Cars 2 in PSP hardware bundle this November</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 25 Oct 2011 03:00:00 EST. Microsoft's annual Holiday bundle streak continues this year, with two different SKUs: one targeting the family crowd that enjoys flailing around together, the other targeting the hardcore gaming crowd that's all about no-scoping domes. Both bundles are shipping to retailers today, <a href="http://majornelson.com/2011/10/18/xbox-360-250gb-holiday-bundles/">Major Nelson</a> says.<br />
<br />
The first bundle includes a 250 GB Xbox 360 S console with a <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/kinect">Kinect</a>, a copy of <em>Kinect Adventures </em>and <em>Carnival Games: Monkey See Monkey Do</em>, and three months of Xbox Live Gold, all for $399.99. The other bundle has a suggested price of $299.99, and sports a 250 GB Xbox 360 S console, three months of Xbox Live Gold and copies of <em>Halo: Reach</em> (downloadable) and <em>Fable 3</em>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/18/microsoft-lines-up-two-xbox-360-bundles-for-the-holidays/">Microsoft lines up two Xbox 360 bundles for the holidays</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 18 Oct 2011 18:00:00 EST. It was inevitable. Upon hearing the revelation that Europe would soon receive a new Wii <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/17/new-european-wii-model-loses-gamecube-compatibility/">without Gamecube compatibility</a>, it was only a matter of time before the model made the trip across the Atlantic Ocean. Nintendo has now made the supposition a reality, <a href="http://press.nintendo.com/articles.jsp?id=31124">announcing a new bundle</a> for North America which will include a black Wii Remote Plus, a black Nunchuck, a copy of <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/new-super-mario-bros-wii"><em>New Super Mario Bros. Wii</em></a> and, oddly, a <em>Super Mario Galaxy</em> soundtrack CD.<br />
<br />
What it won't include, however, is any support for GameCube games or accessories. Also, like its European cousin, the "newly configured black Wii console sits horizontally rather than vertically." The bundle will be released on October 23 for $150.<br />
<br />
The little red flag that just shot up in your brain was probably the realization that $150 is also the asking price for the <em>Mario Kart Wii</em> console bundle, which is available in black and includes nearly the same contents ... and a Wii that still supports GameCube. According to Nintendo, the <em>Mario Kart Wii</em> bundle "will continue to be available" alongside the new bundle. So, unless you really don't want to spend an extra $50 on a copy of <em>New Super Mario Bros. Wii</em>, or you <em>really</em> hate the added value of GameCube support, the new bundle is more than a little baffling.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/11/new-wii-bundle-includes-new-super-mario-bros-loses-gamecube-sup/">New Wii bundle includes New Super Mario Bros, loses Gamecube support</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 11 Oct 2011 16:15:00 EST. When we first saw this <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/batman-arkham-city">Batman: Arkham City</a></em> Xbox bundle, outed by Amazon Germany, we assumed it was the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/26/the-xbox-360-pax-deserves-but-not-the-one-it-needs-custom-batm/">fancy custom console</a> given away to one lucky PAX-goer; instead, this bundle includes a 250GB matte black Xbox 360, the usual headset and controller, and a copy of the game.<br />
<br />
At &euro;279.99, that puts this console at just a &euro;30 premium over the un-Batman'd Xbox offering. Though it may not have a fancy paint job, it respects the fact that we're not all Bruce Wayne.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/28/batman-arkham-city-xbox-360-bundle-swoops-onto-amazon-de/">Batman: Arkham City Xbox 360 bundle swoops onto Amazon.de</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 28 Sep 2011 12:00:00 EST. For years, you've been left out of the <em>Wii Fit</em> craze. Not because you're unwilling to put in the requisite physical effort, but because the Balance Board simply doesn't match the sleek black lines of your entertainment center. In a month, that all comes to an end -- in the UK, at least -- as Nintendo will soon release a black <a href="http://electronictheatre.co.uk/wii/wii-news/10897/wii-fit-bundle-revealed"><em>Wii Fit Plus</em> console bundle</a>, which looks to retail for &pound;99.99 ($155), though <a href="http://www.zavvi.com/games/platforms/nintendo-wii/wii-fit-plus-bundled-with-black-board/10557397.html">Zavvi.com</a> has it listed for &pound;73.85 ($114).<br />
<br />
Arriving October 7, the bundle includes a black Wii console with Wii Remote Plus, a black Balance Board and a copy of <em>Wii Fit Plus</em>. And, as an added bonus, new Balance Board adopters can soon belatedly take part in another fad: <em>Never using the Balance Board again</em>.<br />
<br />
We've contacted Nintendo to see if the new bundle is headed to North America as well.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/26/black-wii-fit-plus-bundle-headed-for-uk/">Black Wii Fit Plus bundle headed for UK</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 26 Sep 2011 10:35:00 EST. To enjoy <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/uncharted-3-drakes-deception"><em>Uncharted 3</em></a>, you need a highly developed sense of adventure, the ability to spot unorthodox paths through a chaotic landscape, the patience to stay cool during protracted firefights, and a PlayStation 3.<br />
<br />
For those first three, you're on your own, but Sony has a plan to help with the last one: a new Uncharted 3 hardware bundle, including a 320GB system, a copy of the game, and -- why not -- a month of PlayStation Plus access. Despite appearing in the picture, there's no mention of an included PS3 vertical stand.<br />
<br />
The bundle will sell for $299.99, the same price as a 320GB system by itself. <em>Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception</em> is out on November 1.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/22/drake-advantage-of-a-great-deal-on-a-ps3-uncharted-3-bundle/">Drake advantage of a great deal on a PS3 Uncharted 3 bundle</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 22 Sep 2011 09:30:00 EST. You'll have to wait until next year for that <em>Star Wars</em>-themed <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/24/kinect-star-wars-and-inspired-console-bundle-to-miss-holiday/">Xbox console</a>, but there's a custom console for a different "war" coming out this year. At Activision's <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/call-of-duty-xp">Call of Duty XP</a> event, the publisher announced a <em>Modern Warfare 3</em>-themed 320GB Xbox, which will include two matching controllers, and custom startup and disc loading sounds (which you can listen to <a href="http://majornelson.com/2011/09/02/xbox-360-limited-edition-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3-console-wireless-headset-with-bluetooth-and-wireless-controller/">here</a>). Those controllers a will be available separately, for $60, packaged with tokens for exclusive downloads.<br />
<br />
In addition, Microsoft will launch a new MW3-themed headset, which can be used either on the console or as a Bluetooth headset. It'll also include exclusive downloads, for $70.<br />
<br />
Oh, and of course the bundle includes a copy of <em>Modern Warfare 3</em>. A month of Live is also thrown in. Check out the hardware in our gallery below, and decide if it's something you want to drop $399 on. Major Nelson reports that it's up for pre-order in "the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and EMEA," and will ship November 8.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/modern-warfare-3-xbox-360-console-0/">Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 console</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/modern-warfare-3-xbox-360-console-0/#4417890"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mwxbox9201_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/modern-warfare-3-xbox-360-console-0/#4417892"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mwxbox9202_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/modern-warfare-3-xbox-360-console-0/#4417894"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mwxbox9203_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/modern-warfare-3-xbox-360-console-0/#4417896"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mwxbox9204_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/modern-warfare-3-xbox-360-console-0/#4417901"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mwxbox9205_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3-limited-edition/">Xbox 360 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Limited Edition (official shots)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3-limited-edition/#4418332"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mw3xb3601_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3-limited-edition/#4418330"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/610696747213e9ac668eo_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3-limited-edition/#4418340"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mw3xb3609_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3-limited-edition/#4418338"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mw3xb3607_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3-limited-edition/#4418339"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/mw3xb3608_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/02/modern-warfare-3-xbox-360-bundle-coming-includes-bluetooth-head/">Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 bundle coming [update: Headset sold separately]</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 02 Sep 2011 15:31:00 EST. You'll need a MotionPlus or Wii Remote Plus to play <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/the-legend-of-zelda-skyward-sword"><em>The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword</em></a>. If you don't already have one, don't worry: Nintendo will offer the game in a $69.99 bundle, which includes the limited-edition gold Wii Remote Plus first seen at <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/07/nintendo-e3-keynote/">E3</a>. If you don't want the fancy (and exclusive) Wiimote, the game will still be available as a standalone, for $49.99.<br />
<br />
The initial print run of <em>both</em> versions, out November 20, will include a CD of performances from the upcoming <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/07/22/the-legend-of-zelda-celebrates-25-years-with-a-symphony/">Zelda 25th anniversary concert</a>. So don't make too much noise when you go to that concert, or you'll ruin our CD. Thanks!<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/29/zelda-skyward-sword-bundle/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>$70 Zelda: Skyward Sword bundle includes gold Wii Remote Plus</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/29/zelda-skyward-sword-bundle/">$70 Zelda: Skyward Sword bundle includes gold Wii Remote Plus</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 29 Aug 2011 12:20:00 EST. Reader Darren Christie tweeted a rather official-looking image of a new Xbox 360 bundle. According to the picture, taken at the Future Shop store in which Christie works, the new package includes a 250GB Xbox 360 console and download codes for five of its biggest games: <em><a href="http://joystiq.com/game/alan-wake">Alan Wake</a>, <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/halo-3">Halo 3</a>, <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/halo-wars">Halo Wars</a>, <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/fable-3">Fable 3</a></em>, and <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/gears-of-war-2"><em>Gears of War 2</em></a>. In addition to being big in terms of profile, they're also big in terms of file size, with the box warning that these games will occupy 29.51 GB on the hard drive.<br />
<br />
Christie told us that the bundle will be released tomorrow for $299.99. He is located in Canada, so it's possible this hardware package is a Canadian-only promotion. We've checked in with Microsoft to get the details. Just to be safe, maybe you should wait a day or so before buying an Xbox.<br />

All right, so the Xbox is kind of tanking in Japan, and has been since day one. Microsoft has introduced a new bundle that seems custom-designed for reclaiming the shelf space that retailers have <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/17/report-japanese-retailers-backing-away-from-xbox-360/">reportedly</a> been taking away from the platform: one with the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/monster-hunter-frontier"><em>Monster Hunter Frontier</em></a> logo on it.<br />
<br />
The 29,800 yen ($389) bundle includes a 250GB Xbox 360, a download code for <em>Monster Hunter Frontier Online</em>, and free armor and weapons. Here's where it gets rough: the code allows you to play until hunter rank 2, so ... it's really more of a demo. Still, there will be people who buy this whole thing (which costs the same as a plain 250GB Xbox) just for the in-game items.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/24/microsoft-goes-for-broke-in-japan-with-xbox-360-monster-hunter-b/">Microsoft goes for broke in Japan with Xbox 360 Monster Hunter bundle</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 24 Aug 2011 10:00:00 EST. We imagine anybody in the market for a PSP has already gone and tracked one down (or is simply waiting for the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/playstation-vita">PlayStation Vita</a>) but regardless EA and Sony have teamed up on <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/08/10/coming-soon-madden-nfl-12-need-for-speed-shift-psp-entertainment-pack">a new bundle</a>. As you may have gathered from the headline to this very post, the bundle comes with a copy of <em>Madden NFL 12</em> and <em>Need for Speed: Shift.</em> It also throws in the requisite black PSP-3000 and a 2GB Memory Stick Pro Duo, all for $159.99.<br />
<br />
Sony will release the bundle on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/04/13/madden-nfl-12-will-launch-on-august-30-regardless-of-nfl-lockou/">August 30</a>, the same day that <em>Madden</em> will be released on basically every platform in existence including the PSP.<br />

If you've just <em>gotta get those blue sparks</em>, but also have to maintain your personal fiscal responsibility during these tough and uncertain economic times, Walmart.com has made your internal struggle between green-backs and green shells a little easier to reconcile by dropping both <a href="http://www.walmart.com/ip/Loading-Zone-Toys-Video-Games/16539609">black</a> and <a href="http://www.walmart.com/ip/Nintendo-White-Wii-Console-w-Mario-Kart-Bonus-Controller/16606658?findingMethod=rr&amp;ssm=0&amp;sspt=1">white</a> Wii <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/mario-kart-wii"><em>Mario Kart</em></a> bundles to $134.00.<br />
<br />
Other online storefronts such as <a href="http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Nintendo+-+Nintendo+Wii+Console+(Black)+w/Mario+Kart+Wii+Bundle+and+Wii+Remote+Plus+-+Black/2539739.p?id=1218334222491&amp;skuId=2539739">Best Buy</a> and <a href="http://www.target.com/Nintendo-Console-Mario-Kart-Bundle/dp/B004WLRQAU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&amp;searchView=grid5&amp;keywords=wii&amp;fromGsearch=true&amp;sr=1-2&amp;qid=1312741333&amp;rh=&amp;searchRank=target104545&amp;id=Nintendo%20Console%20Mario%20Kart%20Bundle&amp;node=1038576|1287991011&amp;searchSize=30&amp;searchPage=1&amp;searchNodeID=1038576|1287991011&amp;searchBinNameList=subjectbin%2Cprice%2Ctarget_com_primary_color-bin%2Ctarget_com_size-bin%2Ctarget_com_brand-bin&amp;frombrowse=0">Target</a> still have the bundle listed for $149.99, so this appears to be a Walmart-thing, rather than a Nintendo-thing. It will be interesting to see if other retailers follow suit, or if Nintendo will drop the price themselves ahead of the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/wii-u">Wii U</a>'s launch, which would render Walmart's 15 dollar discount irrelevant. Either way, Walmart certainly seems determined to <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/05/rumor-walmart-dropping-3ds-price-early/">move some Nintendo merchandise out the door</a>.<br />

The Limited Edition <em>Star Wars</em> Xbox 360 console, priced at <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/07/21/r2d2-style-xbox-360-kinect-bundle-rolling-out-for-star-wars-kine/">$449 in the States</a>, has been given a suggested retail price of &pound;349.99 in the UK (ouch, that's $570 US!). The standard 250GB Xbox 360 Kinect bundle retails at &pound;299.99.<br />
<br />
The rebellious console from a galaxy far, far away was revealed last week at San Diego Comic-Con. It includes a 320GB hard drive, a white Kinect, the R2-D2 inspired console, a C-3PO colored controller, <em>Kinect Star Wars </em>and<em> Kinect Adventures</em>. The console will also feature <em>Star Wars</em> sound effects for operations like powering up, ejecting discs, and setting coordinates for Dagobah. Xboxes can do that, right?<br />

"Beep! Beep beeeeep boop whiiiirrr boop boop (fall over)!"<br />
<br />
Or, in English, Microsoft just revealed a new R2D2-styled Xbox 360 Kinect bundle at Comic-Con, in honor of <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/star-wars-kinect">Kinect Star Wars</a></em>. The Xbox has a special R2D2 look and custom console sounds, and is bundled with a gold, C3P0-style controller (Oh, my!) and an all-white Kinect. It also includes<em> Kinect Star Wars, Kinect Adventures</em>, and a 320GB hard drive!<br />
<br />
The bundle will be out this fall. Pre-orders for the $449 bundle are expected to begin today.<br />
<br />
Update: Added official pics to the gallery, and moved our Comic-Con snapshot past the break!<br />

Update 2: According to <a href="http://twitter.com/#!/gavspicer/status/94170067088056323">Gavin Spicer</a> of Xbox UK PR, the bundle is coming to the UK as well, though no details have been announced yet.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-limited-kinect-star-wars-bundle/">Xbox 360 Limited Kinect Star Wars Bundle</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-limited-kinect-star-wars-bundle/#4312003"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/07/starwarskinectle7_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-limited-kinect-star-wars-bundle/#4311996"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/07/starwarskinectle1_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-limited-kinect-star-wars-bundle/#4312004"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/07/starwarskinectle8_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-limited-kinect-star-wars-bundle/#4311997"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/07/starwarskinectle2_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/xbox-360-limited-kinect-star-wars-bundle/#4312006"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/07/starwarskinectle10_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/07/21/r2d2-style-xbox-360-kinect-bundle-rolling-out-for-star-wars-kine/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>R2D2-style Xbox 360 Kinect bundle rolling out for Kinect Star Wars [update]</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/07/21/r2d2-style-xbox-360-kinect-bundle-rolling-out-for-star-wars-kine/">R2D2-style Xbox 360 Kinect bundle rolling out for Kinect Star Wars [update]</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 21 Jul 2011 13:40:00 EST. Without looking, we'd like for you to tell us where all of your various and sundry <em>Resident Evil</em> games are located right now. Your copy of <em>Resident Evil 4</em> is out of its box, lying face-up on the entertainment center? <em>Code Veronica</em> is in a box in the attic? <em>Resident Evil 2</em> is in the oven? You clearly need a better way of keeping tabs on them -- like, for instance, having nearly all of the franchise's main entries enclosed in Capcom's recently announced <a href="http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/2011/07/08/resident_evil_box/">15th Anniversary Box</a>.<br />
<br />
The bundle, which will be available in Japan through <a href="http://www.e-capcom.com/ec/srDispProductDetailCsLink/doColorSizeLink/1/1/A10003113/10/10/srDispProductDetail/1">e-Capcom</a> this September, contains the three PSOne <em>Resident Evils</em>, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/resident-evil-revival-selection"><em>Revival Selection</em></a> (the HD remastering of <em>RE4</em> and <em>Code Veronica</em>) and soundtracks for the two games in the <em>Revival Selection</em>.<br />
<br />
<em>Resident Evil 5</em> is not included in the package, but the Box does include a spacer in which to keep your copy. Voila! No more scratched, misplaced or broiled discs.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/07/08/resident-evil-games-assembled-in-15th-anniversary-box/">Resident Evil games assembled in 15th Anniversary Box</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 08 Jul 2011 10:55:00 EST. And Nintendo is really hammering home the fact that it's a <em>European</em> localization. A video clip from a recently posted <a href="http://www.nintendo.co.uk/NOE/en_GB/news/iwata/iwata_asks_xenoblade_chronicles_32883_33122.html#top">Iwata Asks interview</a> reveals a surprising amount of Britishness in the voice acting. See the clip in question after the break, and find lots more in the interview itself.<br />
<br />
An <a href="http://www.nintendo.de/NOE/de_DE/news/2011/xenoblade_chronicles_fantastische_welten_frei_erkunden_43658.html">announcement</a> on Nintendo of Germany's site reveals that not only is <em>Xenoblade</em> being released in Europe on September 2, it's being released in a limited edition with a red Classic Controller Pro. That's like twisting the <em>Xenoblade</em> in the backs of already irritated Americans.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/28/xenoblade-chronicles-gets-european-special-edition-very-europea/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Xenoblade Chronicles gets European special edition, very European localization</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/28/xenoblade-chronicles-gets-european-special-edition-very-europea/">Xenoblade Chronicles gets European special edition, very European localization</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 28 Jun 2011 20:00:00 EST. Worried you won't be ready to blast Chimera with a white and orange PlayStation Move when <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/resistance-3"><em>Resistance 3</em></a> launches this September? Worry no more, as Sony today announced the Resistance 3 "Doomsday Edition," which retails for $150 and comes packed with a copy of the game (naturally), a PlayStation Move/Navigation Controller, a Sharp Shooter peripheral, and a PlayStation Eye. As you might expect, it launches alongside the regular retail pack on September 6 in North America, though no international details were revealed.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/06/resistance-3-doomsday-edition-pack-launching-on-september-6-fo/">Resistance 3 'Doomsday Edition' pack launching on September 6 for $150, includes PS Move Sharp Shooter</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 06 Jun 2011 20:49:00 EST. Ubisoft and Nintendo are allegedly teaming up for <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/splinter-cell-3d">Splinter Cell 3D</a></em> and <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/driver-renegade">Driver Renegade</a></em> 3DS bundles for this October. MCV reports the information comes to them through a "leaked release schedule from a leading distributor." The bundles, which which will be offered in both cosmic black and aqua blue versions, will reportedly launch October 1.<br />
<br />
There have yet to be any announced 3DS bundles including software (but, you know, that <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/e3-2011">E3</a> thing is next week). The information regarding these bundles likely comes from a European source, so the bundles may not be available in North America. We're following up with Ubisoft for comment.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/01/report-3ds-bundles-for-driver-and-splinter-cell-coming/">Report: 3DS bundles for Driver and Splinter Cell coming</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 01 Jun 2011 16:00:00 EST.
