Though <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/xcom-enemy-unknown"><em>XCOM: Enemy Unknown Elite Edition</em></a> arrived on Mac on April 25, one place it didn't launch was Steam. A representative of the Mac version's developer, Feral Interactive, told Joystiq that it "does not release games on Steam."<br />
<br />
This isn't the only game that Feral has shipped on platforms not owned by Valve, as the developer is credited with creating Mac versions of <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/bioshock-2"><em>BioShock 2</em></a>, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/grid"><em>Grid</em></a> and both <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/batman-arkham-city"><em>Batman: Arkham City</em></a> and <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/batman-arkham-asylum">Arkham Asylum</a></em>, among many other games. When asked about whether any games from its catalog would launch on Steam at any point, the representative said they "do not talk about future products."<br />
<br />
Feral is offering <em>XCOM: Enemy Unknown</em> on the <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/xcom-enemy-unknown-elite-edition/id594787538">Mac App Store</a>, among other online retailers listed on its <a href="http://www.feralinteractive.com/en/news/368/">site</a>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/05/06/xcom-enemy-unknown-mac-version-not-on-steam/">XCOM: Enemy Unknown Mac version not on Steam</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 06 May 2013 19:30:00 EST. Publisher DotEmu has <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/app/id579566522">released</a> the remake on Mac, with optional and switchable HD graphics. The more platforms the better, because everyone should play it.<br /><br />DotEmu also has an update on the way for the iOS version, adding support for controllers including the iCade. The touch controls <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/10/21/portabliss-another-world-20th-anniversary-edition-ios/">aren't bad</a> in this version, but buttons are usually preferable.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/20/another-world-20th-anniversary-edition-comes-to-mac/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Another World: 20th Anniversary Edition comes to Mac</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/02/20/another-world-20th-anniversary-edition-comes-to-mac/">Another World: 20th Anniversary Edition comes to Mac</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 20 Feb 2013 13:00:00 EST. Thankfully for us, modern technology lets us revisit older works via new platforms. <em>The 7th Guest</em>, for instance, has been available for quite some time on iOS and OS X.<br /><br />But hey, maybe you - like us - have yet to purchase Trilobyte's seminal work? You'll be glad to hear, then, that the <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/the-7th-guest/id503936035?mt=12">OS X</a> and <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/the-7th-guest/id407707744?mt=8">iOS</a> versions of <em>The 7th Guest</em> are totally free today in celebration of May Day. We're not second-guessing it either! Joystiq apologizes for the error.]<br /><br />Apple OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, which just started its "Developer Preview" period and will be released to the populous sometime this year, features a security protocol called Gatekeeper, which prevents unsigned applications from running, depending on user preferences. <a href="http://gamasutra.com/view/news/40354/Next_Mac_update_blocks_unapproved_nonApp_Store_games_by_default.php">Gamasutra</a> reports Gatekeeper is set to only allow applications from the Mac App Store and from developer who've registered with Apple.<br /><br />This means that, for any games and apps made by designers who have not registered with Apple, you will have to adjust Gatekeeper's initial restrictions.<br /><br />Since you can allow content from unidentified/non-App Store sources, it doesn't seem like the system itself is inherently malicious or anti-gaming. It is, however, prohibitive, and may affect off-store apps downloaded by users unfamiliar with Gatekeeper.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/02/16/next-os-x-update-blocks-unapproved-and-non-app-store-games-by-de/">Next OS X update blocks unsigned apps by default, unless security adjusted [update]</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 16 Feb 2012 20:00:00 EST. If you've been waiting for the Mac-compatible Steam release of 2010's noir-existential platformer, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/limbo"><em>Limbo</em></a>, know that your wait is over.<br />
<br />
<em>Limbo</em> has, of course, been available <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/21/limbo-is-in-mac-app-store-now-damned-to-steam-in-january/">via the Mac App Store</a> for about three weeks, but the fact that Steam's version of the title includes cross-platform SteamPlay support may have been enough to convince some people to keep their credit cards in their wallets until now. All we need are 3DS and Vita ports and we'll be able to play <em>Limbo</em> on virtually everything we own.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/01/14/psa-limbo-now-available-on-mac-via-steam/">PSA: Limbo now available on Mac via Steam</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sat, 14 Jan 2012 05:00:00 EST. <br />
<em>World of Goo</em> developer 2D Boy has reached one million sales of its sticky puzzler across both Mac App Stores. In classic style for the indie developer, the duo are being highly transparent about where their sales came from. The breakdown:<br />
<ul>
	<li>
		69% of downloads (79% of revenue) from the <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/world-of-goo-hd/id401301276">Universal version</a></li>
	<li>
		29% of downloads (17% of revenue) from the <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/world-of-goo/id415997203">iPhone version</a></li>
	<li>
		2% of downloads (4% of revenue) from the <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/world-of-goo/id414154107">Mac App Store</a></li>
</ul>
<p>
	"The Mac version has been out for a while and selling well," 2D Boy's Ron Carmel told us. That million only covers Mac iOS and OSX sales combined through their respective App Stores.<br />
	<br />
	2D Boy also noted the free Android demo of<em> Goo</em> has been downloaded 450,000 times, and the full game has been purchased 70,000 times since its <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/30/world-of-goo-gunks-up-android/">November launch</a>.</p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/01/10/world-of-goo-oozes-onto-a-million-devices-through-ios-and-mac-ap/">World of Goo oozes onto a million devices through iOS and Mac App Stores</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 10 Jan 2012 20:00:00 EST. Playdead <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/10/limbo-celebrates-one-million-in-sales-with-mac-os-release-by-en/">promised you</a> a Mac OS release of its charming (but grim!) indie platformer, <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/limbo">Limbo</a>,</em> by "the end of the year," and while we're not quite ready to call it a Christmas miracle the Danish developer has delivered on its promise. <em>Limbo</em> is live in the Mac App Store today, with a $9.99 sticker price accompanying the 83 MB download.<br />
<br />
Waiting for the Steam release, so you can take advantage of the cross-platform SteamPlay feature? Playdead's Dino Patti tells Joystiq that <em>Limbo</em> will be available on Steam on January 13th, a little over three weeks from today. But if that's too long to wait and/or you don't want to drop cheddar on the Mac App Store release, we think we've got a solution: Patti gave us a handful of codes to share with you all, which we'll be dropping onto <a href="http://www.facebook.com/joystiq">Facebook</a> and <a href="http://twitter.com/#!/joystiq">Twitter</a> sometime today.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/21/limbo-is-in-mac-app-store-now-damned-to-steam-in-january/">Limbo is in Mac App Store now, damned to Steam in January</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 21 Dec 2011 12:50:00 EST. If you want to try out the updated version of <em>Cave Story</em> that hit WiiWare in 2009 -- but, like, on a computer -- you can do so right this second. Developer Nicalis has released <em>Cave Story+</em> on the Mac App Store.<br />
<br />
Of course, Cave Story was originally a freeware game for PC, so why buy a computer version, beyond the positive feeling of giving Daisuke "Pixel" Amaya some compensation for his delightful game? This version includes the (optional) updated graphics and music from the WiiWare release, as well as a new "Wind Fortress" level designed by Amaya, with promises of more content updates in the future. Wind Fortress is "kind of tough, but features new enemies no one has seen," Nicalis producer Tyrone Rodriguez told Joystiq.<br />
<br />
A Steam version for PC will follow soon, the press release notes. And, of course, a <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/cave-story-3d">fully 3D remake</a> of <em>Cave Story</em> -- completely different from this 2D update -- is due for 3DS in November.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/cave-story-pc-mac/">Cave Story + (PC, Mac)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/cave-story-pc-mac/#4429406"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/001mcve0001_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/cave-story-pc-mac/#4429407"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/002mcve0001_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/cave-story-pc-mac/#4429408"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/003mcve0001_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/cave-story-pc-mac/#4429409"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/004mcve0001_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/08/cave-story-now-available-on-mac-app-store-with-new-content/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>'Cave Story+' now available on Mac App Store, with new content</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/08/cave-story-now-available-on-mac-app-store-with-new-content/">'Cave Story+' now available on Mac App Store, with new content</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 08 Sep 2011 16:20:00 EST. You can buy <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninja_Spirit"><em>Ninja Spirit</em></a> from the Mac App Store right now for $10. Well, OK, it's part of the <em>Irem Arcade Hits</em> collection by DotEmu, which also throws in games like <em>Kung Fu Master, Vigilante</em>, and <em>Hammerin' Harry</em> -- 18 in all -- but all you really need to know is that this is a convenient delivery system for <em>Ninja Spirit</em>, a truly excellent side-scrolling ninja game.<br />

The Mac version is a new release, but there's been a PC version available for some time now -- if that's your platform of choice for arcade collections, you can buy that <a href="http://www.dotemu.com/en/download-game/24/irem-arcade-hits">direct from DotEmu</a>, DRM-free.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/irem-arcade-hits-pc-mac/">Irem Arcade Hits (PC/Mac)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/irem-arcade-hits-pc-mac/#4406576"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/08/irembattle-chopper_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/irem-arcade-hits-pc-mac/#4406577"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/08/iremcosmic-cop_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/irem-arcade-hits-pc-mac/#4406578"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/08/iremdragon-breed_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/irem-arcade-hits-pc-mac/#4406579"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/08/iremgunforce-2_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/irem-arcade-hits-pc-mac/#4406580"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/08/iremgunforce_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/08/31/irem-arcade-hits-brings-ninja-spirit-to-mac-app-store/">Irem Arcade Hits brings Ninja Spirit to Mac app store</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 31 Aug 2011 03:00:00 EST. The first two episodes of Hothead Games' <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/26/penny-arcade-adventures-discontinued-there-wont-be-an-episode/">truncated</a> <em>Penny Arcade Adventures</em> trilogy are currently ranking high in the bestselling apps chart at number 21 and 56, respectively (and certainly boosted by their $4 sale prices). This prompted the developer to <a href="http://twitter.com/HotheadGames/status/24533193210200064">tweet</a>, "We're thrilled that <em>Precipice of Darkness</em> has been doing well on the Mac App Store!"<br /><br />While that was heartening, it was the now-pulled followup tweet (screen-capped above) that raised eyebrows: "For those of you that want <em>PA Episode 3</em>, all you need to do is get 100,000 of your friends to buy 1&amp;2. Seriously. Do that and we'll make it," a Hothead staffer wrote. Turns out that's not quite the case.<br /><br />"That's certainly news to me!" Penny Arcade biz dude Robert Khoo told Joystiq, adding, "there's nothing new to say about future [episodes]." Penny Arcade's Mike Krahulik <a href="http://twitter.com/cwgabriel/status/24549007372066816">responded to Hothead's tweet</a>, stating simply, "that's actually not true."<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/10/penny-arcade-adventures-tearing-up-mac-app-store-charts-ep-3-s/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Penny Arcade Adventures tearing up Mac App Store charts, Ep. 3 still unlikely</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/10/penny-arcade-adventures-tearing-up-mac-app-store-charts-ep-3-s/">Penny Arcade Adventures tearing up Mac App Store charts, Ep. 3 still unlikely</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 10 Jan 2011 18:20:00 EST. Much like a gaggle of proud seamen, christening the bow of a shiny new ocean liner with a bottle of their most decadent champagne, the computer software pirating community has welcomed the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/mac-app-store">Mac App Store</a> into this world by reportedly discovering loopholes which allow them to plunder its wares for free. <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-12135460">According to BBC News</a>, one such loophole -- which only works on certain Apps and includes mobile darling <em>Angry Birds --</em> simply requires the user to copy and paste the application's in-store purchase code. Why, that doesn't sound very difficult <em>at all</em>.<br />
<br />
A group of hackers by the collective name of Hackulous also reported to BBC News that its developed a piece of software titled Kickback which can break the copy protection on any App on the store. A representative from the group told BBC, "We're not going to release Kickback until well after the store's been established," as they "don't want to devalue applications and frustrate developers."<br type="_moz" /><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/07/hackers-claim-to-find-mac-app-store-loophole-pirating-angry-bir/">Hackers claim to find Mac App Store loophole, pirating Angry Birds</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 07 Jan 2011 11:30:00 EST. Former Ensemble Studios lead designer Graeme Devine's new development studio, GRL Games, released its very first title today on the (similarly recently released) Mac App Store: a remake of Trilobyte's 1996 adventure game <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/clandestiny"><em>Clandestiny</em></a>. Considering Devine helped develop the original -- shortly after co-creating <em>The 7th Guest</em> and <em>The 11th Hour</em>, no less -- we trust that this remake simply <em>reeks</em> of authenticity. <br />
<br />
Check out the trailer posted after the jump to get a sense of the game's super charming, retro animated style. If it floats your boat, you can grab <em>Clandestiny</em> on <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/clandestiny/id408472400?mt=12">the Mac App Store</a> for $9.99. If it doesn't, you should take a look deep inside yourself, and try to figure out exactly when it was that your <em>soul died</em>.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/07/graeme-devines-new-studio-releases-clandestiny-on-mac-app-store/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Graeme Devine's new studio releases Clandestiny on Mac App Store</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/07/graeme-devines-new-studio-releases-clandestiny-on-mac-app-store/">Graeme Devine's new studio releases Clandestiny on Mac App Store</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 07 Jan 2011 01:00:00 EST. Apple's Mac App Store has arrived <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/12/16/mac-app-store-opens-its-doors-on-january-6/">right on time</a> via the Snow Leopard 10.6.6 update, opening up a version of the ludicrously lucrative iOS storefront for Mac desktop and laptop users to peruse. The Store is accessed through its own application (separate from iTunes), but purchases and downloads are tied to an Apple ID, and any credit from iTunes is seamlessly applied to the Mac App Store upon logging in.<br />
<br />
The Mac App Store is as impeccably tidy as the iOS Store -- it's organized just the same -- and accessing the Games category is just a few clicks away. As of writing, there are 98 games listed in the "Top Paid" ranking (which shows up to 100), led, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/12/11/apple-reveals-2010s-most-popular-ios-games/">unsurprisingly</a>, by a $5 (50 percent off "introductory price") version of <em>Angry Birds</em>. In fact, Rovio's phenomenon leads all Mac App Store sales, currently, and is joined by <em>Chopper 2</em> ($1), <em>Flight Control HD</em> ($5) and <em>The Incident</em> ($3) among the top-ten bestselling apps. No <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/08/26/Mac-Halo-now-with-Universal-Binary/"><em>Halo</em></a> in sight, yet.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/06/mac-app-store-live-with-angry-birds-topping-charts/">Mac App Store live, with Angry Birds topping charts</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 06 Jan 2011 10:40:00 EST. The Mac App Store, the OS X software distribution platform which <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/10/20/mac-app-store-coming-to-os-x-10-6-and-10-7-within-90-days/">was announced</a> during Apple's late October press conference, has been stocking up on app submissions for over a month -- today, <a href="http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2010/12/16macappstore.html">the company announced</a> these apps will be available for Mac owners' perusal on January 6, 2011. We still have plenty of time to digest this news, because 2011 is still ... let's see ... <em>three weeks away</em>? Jeez. That's another year of our lives, siphoned away, like so many grains through the hourglass' unforgivingly wide channel.<br />
<br />
There's no telling how strong of a contender the new storefront will be in the gaming space -- especially now that Steam is catering to Mac users. However, considering developers still be making that <em>mad money</em> on the iOS App Store, the new platform should be given the benefit of the doubt.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/12/16/mac-app-store-opens-its-doors-on-january-6/">Mac App Store opens its doors on January 6</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 16 Dec 2010 19:30:00 EST. During Apple's "Back to the Mac" press event (<a href="http://www.engadget.com/2010/10/20/live-from-apples-back-to-the-mac-event/">happening now!</a>), Steve Jobs introduced the Mac App Store, a Mac OS X variant of the hugely successful iOS App Store seen on its iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad products. Like the portable counterpart, the Mac App Store offers an app clearinghouse ("the best place to discover apps," in Apple's words), one-click downloads, both free and paid apps (which will share the same 70/30 revenue split between developers and Apple as the iOS App Store), and automatic installation and app updates. Apps you purchase from the Mac App Store will be licensed for use on all your personal Macs - we imagine you'll be required to authenticate with your Apple ID on each system.<br />
<br />
While the Mac App Store will be arriving with copies of OS X 10.7, dubbed "Lion," this summer, Jobs revealed that Apple would be releasing this feature early. "We don't want to wait for Lion," Jobs said. "We're going to put it out on Snow Leopard, and will open within 90 days."<br />
<br />
For any game developers who want to get in on the desktop-oriented gold rush, Apple is accepting app submissions beginning in November. At least for now, there doesn't appear to be any reason to worry about the relatively "open" confines of Mac OS becoming any more iPad-like ...
