As a result, says Capcom Senior VP Christian Svensson, the company can no longer sell physical or digital copies of Wii fighter <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/tatsunoko-vs-capcom-ultimate-allstars"><em>Tatsunoko vs. Capcom</em></a>.<br /><br />Capcom published the Eighting-developed <em>Tatsunoko vs. Capcom</em> on the Wii back in 2010. Svensson also seems to imply "slim" chances for a Wii U version, unless Capcom and Tatsunoko strike up a new deal.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/11/07/capcom-rights-to-tatsunoko-lapse-cant-sell-tatsunoko-vs-capc/">Tatsunoko vs Capcom no longer being sold due to rights lapse</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 07 Nov 2012 20:00:00 EST. No, not bundles of <em>actual sticks</em>, but bundles of the Wii fighter <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/tatsunoko-vs-capcom"><em>Tatsunoko vs. Capcom</em></a> and its <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/01/05/official-tatsunoko-vs-capcom-fightstick-is-officially-real/">special edition FightStick</a>. Should you desire a copy of the game and the artwork laden stick, the bundle will set you back $124.95 at the <a href="http://shop.capcom.com/store/capcomus/en_US/DisplayProductDetailsPage/productID.170844300">Capcom Store</a>. Taking the individual prices of each product -- $49.99 for the game, $79.99 for the stick -- the bundle will save you a whopping <em>five dollars</em>. So yeah, it's not exactly the most amazing deal in the world, though we suppose it does save you the hassle of dealing with <em>two</em> boxes.<br />

Capcom has dropped word on the titles it plans to feature at the GamesCom Conference in <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: Arial;">Cologne</span> later this month, and (for the most part) the games feature a hearty scoop of violence. Kicking things off with the oft-delayed <em>Dark Void</em>, Capcom will feature <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Tatsunoko-vs-Capcom">Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars</a></em>, <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Monster-Hunter-Tri/">Monster Hunter Tri</a></em> and <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Spyborgs/">Spyborgs</a></em> for the Wii, along with <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Lost-Planet-2/">Lost Planet 2</a></em> and <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/MotoGP-09-10/">MotoGP 09/10</a></em> for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.<br /> <br /> To promote the Rocketeer/alien battle simulator <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Dark-Void/">Dark Void</a></em>, Capcom is hosting an event in which attendees can take flight in the <em>Dark Void Body Flying Machine</em>, a rigged, vertically-oriented airstream shooting gamers into the air at speeds of up to 180km/h. Luckily, Capcom is also sponsoring taxis throughout <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: Arial;">Cologne</span>, so if something goes wrong during its "sounds like a tremendous idea on paper" <em>gamer cannon</em> event, attendees can make their way safely to the emergency room. GamesCom runs from August 19-23 in Cologne, Germany.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/08/11/capcom-reveals-gamescom-2009-lineup-safety-hazard/">Capcom reveals GamesCom 2009 lineup, safety hazard</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 11 Aug 2009 16:00:00 EST. Not only that, but the game was also awarded "Best Console Game" and "Best Action/Adventure Game," taking the lead with three wins. Check out the trailer above (yes, again) for a good indication of why <em>Uncharted 2</em> was handed the grand prize. <br /><br />Meanwhile, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/scribblenauts"><em>Scribblenauts</em></a> also got the recognition it deserved, coming in second with two awards for "Best Original Game" and "Best Handheld Game." No other games received multiple awards, though Valve recaptured the "Best Online Multiplayer" award with <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/left-4-dead-2"><em>Left 4 Dead 2</em></a> a year after its predecessor did the same in 2008. While EA's <em>Br&uuml;tal Legend</em> is nowhere to be seen in the list of winners, EA did take home more wins than any other publisher (three, if you're curious). And while the PS3-exclusive <em>Uncharted 2</em> took top honors, from a console perspective the Xbox 360 edged out the PS3 by a single win, at eight versus seven. <br /><br />Check out the full list of winners after the break and, for more granular stats, check out the breakdowns at the <a href="http://www.gamecriticsawards.com/win-stats-2009.html">Game Critics Awards website</a>.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/23/uncharted-2-crowned-best-of-e3-in-game-critics-awards/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Uncharted 2 crowned Best of E3 in Game Critics Awards</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/23/uncharted-2-crowned-best-of-e3-in-game-critics-awards/">Uncharted 2 crowned Best of E3 in Game Critics Awards</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 23 Jun 2009 10:30:00 EST.
