We aren't exactly sure about the demographic crossover between the Biebster and those who purchase NBA 2K13, but here we are.

It would appear that NBA 2K13 executive producer Shawn "JAY Z" Carter-Knowles saw fit in his artistic vision to include the international sensation in the game, but not on the game's soundtrack. Clever.
