<br />
Additionally, Marvelous's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/10/marvelous-licenses-western-wiiware-games-for-japan/">World Game Parade</a> brings another game to WiiWare, this time, Bplus's<em> <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/bit-boy">Bit Boy!!</a></em>, significantly <a href="http://wiiware.nintendolife.com/news/2010/02/interviews_bplus_bit_man">reworked</a> for its Japanese release. The full list of weekly releases follows:<br />

The publisher just started a new label, World Game Parade, to release localized Japanese versions of some WiiWare games originally developed and published outside of Japan.<br />
<br />
In March, World Game Parade will release <em>Zombie in Wonderland</em> (called <a href="http://www.akaonistudio.com/games.htm"><em>Zombie Panic in Wonderland</em></a> outside of Japan) and <em>Bit Man!!</em> (Bplus's <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/bit-boy"><em>Bit Boy!!</em></a>). <em>Katamuki Spirits</em> (<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/equilibrio"><em>Equilibrio</em></a>) and <em>Rakugaki Hero</em> (<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/max-and-the-magic-marker"><em>Max &amp; the Magic Marker</em></a>) will follow in April. WiiWare sales figures aren't normally released, so we may have to wait until Marvelous's next earnings report to determine the effectiveness of the plan. We can confirm right now that the logo is adorable.<br />

The goal is to rescue Bit Boy Kubi's pals, who've been imprisoned across the various worlds.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/07/13/nintendoware-weekly-bit-boy-brings-the-bits/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>NintendoWare Weekly: Bit Boy!! brings the bits</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/07/13/nintendoware-weekly-bit-boy-brings-the-bits/">NintendoWare Weekly: Bit Boy!! brings the bits</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 13 Jul 2009 16:00:00 EST. And on DSiWare, the <em>Mario</em> calculator and clock apps arrive. Roll your eyes all you want, but they're surprisingly <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/02/27/youve-got-mario-in-my-dsi-calculator-app/">delightful</a>. Details after the break.<br /><br />Nintendo also announced Hanabi Festival titles you can expect in following weeks: <span style="font-style: italic;">Bomberman '94, Kirby's Dream Land 3, Zoda's Revenge: StarTropics II, MUSHA, Detana!! As the technological level progresses, the protagonist Kubi increases in complexity as well, gaining access to special attacks and a jump move that allows him to "jump onto objects to hide himself from enemies."<br /><br />Geiblinger also discusses some extra modes, as well as the chiptune-based sound design.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/19/bplus-explains-how-to-play-bit-boy/">Bplus explains how to play Bit Boy</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 19 Jun 2009 12:44:00 EST. In fact, it looks delightfully <em>old!</em> <br /><br /><em>Bit Boy!!</em> follows a character called "Kubi" on an adventure that spans console generations, starting at 2600-style "4-bit" and progressively increasing in graphical complexity toward a modern 128-bit look. No real details about the gameplay have been given, other than that it uses either d-pad controls or a virtual Wiimote joystick, and that it features co-op play.
