While further details regarding pricing, release dates and the platform's complete catalogue of games are being withheld until February 7, Capcom did confirm that Black Tiger will be part of the US release, as it is in Japan.

Assuming that Capcom Arcade Cabinet's business model for the states is the same as it is in Japan, however, there are some inferences that we can make. The XBLA/PSN app itself will likely be free and include one game (probably Black Tiger), though that hasn't been officially announced as of yet. As far as games that aren't Black Tiger, we're assuming they'll either be sold individually or in packs, but we won't know for sure until February.
Capcom Arcade Cabinet confirmed for the west originally appeared on Joystiq on Thu, 10 Jan 2013 16:00:00 EST. Also available: two more Virtual Console Arcade games by Capcom, which is dangerously close to making us forget how moribund the Virtual Console has become.

DSiWare is home to the first non-PSN release from MonkeyPaw Games, and it's ... a poker game!
Black Tiger (an early candidate for Final Fight: Double Impact inclusion), Ghosts 'n Goblins (which is already available on Virtual Console in its NES form) and 1942 will be released in Japan in the near future. Though no announcements have been made about these titles' releases outside of Japan, recent Australian ratings show that Capcom is likely planning to launch some of its other Virtual Console Arcade games in additional territories.
Final Fight: Double Impact hits download services this week, with the side-scrolling fantasy action game Magic Sword as the delicious second course in the Final Fight meal. Lest you be satisfied with those two games, Capcom design director Kraig Kujawa revealed two more games that were considered for the pack: the 1987 action game Black Tiger, and the horizontal shmup Forgotten Worlds.

In the tweet, Kujawa said these two were the "other games ... considered for Final Fight: Double Impact second billing," suggesting that the plan was for two total games all along. That means that we don't have to cry as we imagine the four-game pack Double Impact that almost was, and instead we can concentrate on our delight with Magic Sword.
Final Fight: Double Impact almost included Black Tiger or Forgotten Worlds originally appeared on Joystiq on Mon, 12 Apr 2010 13:00:00 EST. Really, it's quite disgusting.

Alekmaul hasn't revealed much about the project, except that it's coming this September sporting a 60 fps frame rate, likely without any sound due to technical difficulties implementing the audio. For now, you'll have to settle with the screenshots below!

If this is your first time hearing about the game, Black Tiger was originally released to arcades in 1987 before later being ported to various home computer systems and game compilations for the PSP/PS2/Xbox 360. Designed to be the spiritual successor to Ghosts 'n Goblins, the game stars a barbarian on a quest to slay three dragons.
