Sure, we assumed that'd be the answer too. But as CVG discovered, the Valve chief's real favorites (<em>Super Mario 64</em>, <em>Doom</em> and a punch card game called <em>Trek</em>) are far more mundane. Boy ... you think you know somebody.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/04/05/what-are-gabe-newells-three-favorite-games/">What are Gabe Newell's three favorite games?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 05 Apr 2011 23:45:00 EST. You know what? Driving around is <em>boring</em>. Luckily, some Germans are taking steps to amp up the experience by incorporating <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/doom">Doom</a> </em>graphics into billboard ads, effectively upping their cool factor exponentially. Check out <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/31192713@N03/sets/72157622828179733/">this Flickr set</a> and tell us these billboards are anything but <em>completely awesome</em>. We dare you!<br />
<br />
Hopefully, this is the beginning of a trend that will cross the oceans of the world and spread throughout every major city, causing us to actually <em>care</em> about these outdoor advertising eyesores. In the spirit of international sharing, we've got a couple ideas of our own you can check out past the break.<br />

We like kittens. <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/07/23/tenchu-iv-to-feature-kittens-might-be-the-best-game-ever/">This post from yesterday</a> just got them on our brains and their cute, furry little selves won't get down from up there. So, we figured we'd ask you all about your favorite game kittens, or just plain old felines.<br /><br />So, out with it! Love the cat in <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/06/24/born-for-wii-chuchu-rocket/"><em>Chu Chu Rocket</em></a>? Are you a fan of <em>Bubsy</em>?<br /><br />Just kidding, Nobody likes <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bubsy"><em>Bubsy</em></a>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/07/24/wii-warm-up-best-kitten-in-a-game/">Wii Warm Up: Best kitten in a game?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 24 Jul 2008 08:00:00 EST.
