Tucked away in the dark, at the far back of E for All is a fair-sized Gears of War 2 booth with many stations showing off the Horde mode, and handing out COG tags. Over the holiday break we were diligently trying to locate the last few COG tags in Gears of War so we could get those special COG achievements. And we still haven't succeeded.
