But that's exactly what Equilibrio creator DK Games has presented us with. Fishie Fishie is based on a one-button PC game by Captain Forever creator Farbs, about a fish who must eat continuously.

DK Games seems to have added some strange extra modes for the WiiWare version, essentially turning it into a multiplayer sports game. That you control by flapping your fins to swim. See Fishie Fishie football and more weirdness in the trailer after the break.

How about a free demo that happens to be exactly as long as the full game? That's essentially what developer DK Games is offering in one hell of a goodwill gesture. The company is offering a freely downloadable PC version of its side-scrolling maze game, in which players rotate the environment to move a ball to an exit, Cameltry-style.

The PC version doesn't support the Wiimote or the Balance Board, and it doesn't include multiplayer, but it does have its own level editor. And we think we mentioned that, you know, it doesn't cost anything.

Independent French developer DK Games has revealed a new project for Wii in Equilibrio. Described as a "gyrating ball puzzle-solving and manipulation game," the title is due for release in Europe first, then will make its way over to the Americas. Some other features of Equilibrio include:
  • 4 Game Modes: Conquest, Random Level, Challenge and Multiplay
  • Simple and intuitive game
  • Can be played with the Wii Remote or Wii Balance Board
  • Up to 4 players can play simultaneously
  • High score table
  • 25 rewards with unlockable prizes
  • Difficulty settings that is automatically adapted
  • High score table
  • Low price point
