Sony E3 press conference bingo results are in

It's a shame that we didn't get bingo. We were so close, too. If only the PSP had trophies, then we would've been set to win. Alas, it didn't happen. We guessed wrong on the new SKU; it turns out that there's a new 80GB SKU at $400. We were also looking forward to a new PS3 controller or maybe some new PSP colors, but those things didn't happen. Anyway, we did all right with nine out of 25. Really, that's not too bad. Check out the results for Microsoft and Nintendo. Who do you think did best?

Sony E3 2008 press conference bingo results

The Sony E3 2008 press conference bingo results are in! Yet again, we were this close to a bingo -- if only the PSP had trophies. The absence of a new Kojima IP is sad but not surprising. But God of War 3? Good news all! Check out the results from Microsoft's and Nintendo's bingo card.

Nintendo press conference bingo results

Eat it, Microsoft bingo! With six out of our 24 predictions for Nintendo's E3 press conference coming true, we wiped the floor with your paltry five correct predictions from Microsoft's conference. Of course, the Microsoft results don't count all the confirmed MS news that leaked out outside the press conference. And of course, both bingo games utterly failed to get the five in a row that's traditionally considered a win. But who cares? We're number one! We're number one!

Microsoft press conference bingo results

Ohhhh, you thought we all won the Microsoft co-op prediction bingo game? Nope, we're all failures. See, the rules were that the things on the card had to be mentioned during the press conference and, although many things on here came to fruition, they didn't fall within the rules of the game. Feel free to play along with Nintendo and Sony tomorrow. After the break we've added links for boxes crossed off and added another card with all pre-conference items crossed off as well -- bad news, we're still all losers.

In anticipation of next week's E3 Media and Business Summit, we've prepared bingo cards for each of the big press conferences and some general topics. All are filled with some likely (and some not-so-likely) predictions for what the console makers and genre developers are going to be rolling out at this year's trade show.

Massively multiplayer games are bigger than ever, and so the folks at Massively.com have put together this handy guide to what we might see ... and what we might not see. This card reads like a 'who's who' of upcoming MMOs, so if you don't know who Red 5 Studios are, or didn't know that Curt Schilling's game is code-named Copernicus this is the bingo card for you. Click on through the images for their full predictions.
