After nearly a month long hiatus, Fanswag Weekly is back and ready for some payback ... Soldier of Fortune: Payback. This week we're giving away a new and freshly shrink wrapped copy of Soldier of Fortune: Payback to one lucky fanboy who can handle all its extremeness. This game is so extreme that Activision included its own anti-dismemberment "low-violence option". Now that friends, is extreme. To win a copy, simply follow the directions outlined below.

Hey kids, Fanswag Weekly is back this week with a copy of Undertow for Xbox Live Arcade. Something like a mix between Geometry Wars and Battlefield, Undertow tasks your underwater faction with taking control of certain territories. It's a lot of fun and easily one of the most graphically impressive games available for XBLA (this sucker uses the Unreal 2 engine, after all). If you'd like to get your hands on a free download code for Undertow, all you have to do is follow the instructions below.

So, perhaps you've heard, but Xbox Live turned five last week. In celebration of this fact, Microsoft sent us a little gift, an Xbox 360 wireless controller with a nice orange finish and the words "Live Turns Five" emblazoned upon us. Nice folk that we are, we've decided to give this sucker away. But wait, there's more. Along with the controller, we received a little pamphlet detailing some of the criticisms faced by Xbox Live before it launched.
