Destiny designer Luke Smith recently addressed concerns over Bungie's future updates for the game. Namely, Smith said "the mistakes [Bungie] made with the DLC1 reward economy will not be repeated," in a NeoGAF thread, admitting the developer's previous attempts at expanding the first-person shooter with add-on content resulted in a few problems for players. Smith claims the developer will avoid mistakes such as "vendor gear invalidating the effort of [Vault of Glass] Raiders" and exotic gear upgrades resulting in a talent reset.

"Our philosophy about rewards/loot continue to evolve as we see how players play and react," Smith wrote. He noted that item drop rates appear to be "much improved" in the Crota's End DLC compared to Vault of Glass, and that Bungie plans to "improve acquisition stories and frequency" as well as "lessen the grind and get players to the fun parts of their arsenal faster." It issued a hot fix for Destiny in December to boost the drop rates for the Crota's End raid mission.

The latest trailer for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare shows off the game's upcoming downloadable content, Exo Zombies. Arriving as part of the first content pack, Havoc, Exo Zombies features the voice acting talents of John Malkovich, Bill Paxton, Rose McGowan and Jon Bernthal. The Havoc DLC pack will launch on January 27 for Xbox One and Xbox 360. Havoc also includes four multiplayer maps, the AE4 assault rifle and Widowmaker custom variant.

While the Havoc DLC can be purchased separately for $15, season pass holders will receive the pack at no additional charge. Advanced Warfare's $50 season pass grants access to three other pieces of downloadable content: Ascendance, Supremacy and Reckoning. Activision struck a deal with Microsoft to bring Advanced Warfare DLC to the Xbox platforms before it arrives on other systems, so the publisher has yet to offer a release date for Havoc on PS4, PS3 or PC.

Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition will launch on Vita and PS3 in January, Devolver Digital announced via Twitter today. The game will arrive in North America on January 13, 2015 and in Europe the following day. The port was revealed in August 2013, months after its launch on Steam in March.

The PC, Mac and Linux versions of the Megaton Edition includes the core game as well as three DLC packs, and is still available for $10. It also received competitive and co-op multiplayer gameplay modes in a January update, allowing up to eight player to duke it out across the three platforms. The PS3 and Vita versions hit a few bumps since Abstraction Games took on the porting duties; the games were submitted to Sony in May and ran into "lots of certification issues" as of September.

The next major update for Titanfall will land tomorrow on Xbox One and PC, Respawn announced today. The patch is the "biggest update ever," according to the developer's blog, which revealed the inclusion of new modes in the update. For starters, Titanfall players will have a new "Frontier Defense" cooperative multiplayer mode in which teams of four stand their ground against waves of AI enemies, getting assistance from stationary turrets and loadout crates.

The other major addition is ranked play, which will be in beta through the end of the month. Respawn's dedicated discussion on its ranked play system for Titanfall notes that players will receive "Rank Chips," which act as "expensive pedometers" that measure players' prowess in the game. Players will have the ability to turn off their Rank Chips as well, so ranked play in Titanfall won't boil down to a separate set of maps or playlists. The update will introduce a multitude of other fixes and improvements, such as the ability to go full-screen with the mini-map, a "sudden death" addition to Capture the Flag mode and seven new Titan insignias.

Naming things you love is hard. We face a fresh dose of indecisiveness at the sight of every in-game character naming screen, and there are plenty of deleted, re-entered and deleted-again ideas that eventually get scrapped in favor of the default suggestion. Brink developer Splash Damage must be dealing with a similar style of indecision, because this week it switched the name of its shooter, Extraction, back to Dirty Bomb, the title it was originally revealed under.

The related press release explains that switching the name back to Dirty Bomb was done to "better fit the game's unique personality." That's sort of fair if you consider that its firefights take place in a post-disaster London, rife with Private Military Companies fighting over the radioactive area's abandoned goods.

Dirty Bomb is currently in closed beta on PC, but you can apply to get in on that if your interest is piqued. A release window for the public version has yet to be offered, but when Dirty Bomb does invite everyone to battle over territory and riches, it will offer dedicated servers in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Destiny, the Bungie-developed multiplayer shooter set in "the last city on Earth" (our guess is Boise, Idaho), received a new video today. The developer discusses its approach to crafting the game and briefly explains the skills and abilities players will use that are unique to each of Destiny's character classes.

The gameplay shown in the trailer is from Destiny's PS4 version, but the game will also arrive on September 9 for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3. Bungie recently offered a look at the game's loot after announcing plans to launch a beta version of the cooperative FPS in July. Developer VizionEck announced its black-and-white game for PS4 today, which is also called VizionEck. If that's not confusing enough, it also offered a minimalistic trailer with shifting dichromatic shapes, barely sussing out just what the eck the game is.

Lead developer and founder of Michael Armbrust described the gist of VizionEck on the PlayStation Blog, revealing that the game is technically a first-person shooter (Right? We totally thought so too!). Though Armbrust insists the mysterious trailer contains lots of "secrets and game features" hidden in its frames, he says players control a cube known as a Ranger, whose health is indicated by the brightness of its outlines. The multiplayer-focused game seemingly pits players against one another as they can blend in with other cubes, or the black backgrounds as their health is depleted and their cubes go dark, working to take others out.

Armbrust noted in the blog's comments that the game does contain single-player modes and that the developer is looking into using Project Morpheus for VizionEck. He also confirmed via the game's Twitter that VizionEck is "exclusive to PlayStation."

Crytek issued a new update for the PC version of Warface this week, adding two new modes to the multiplayer game. The free-to-play FPS received a co-op mode known as Tower Raid, shown in a new trailer for the game, in addition to the Capture versus mode. Crytek also renamed the Claymore mine in the update, changing it to the "Directional Mine," and increased the item unlock progression speed in both co-op and versus modes.

Crytek provided the full patch notes in a post on its GFace social platform. There's no word on whether these modes will wind up on Xbox 360 as well. Warface entered its beta phase on the platform earlier this month, and requires an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play.

Bundle Stars' latest cheap game pack is the FPS Warriors 2 bundle, which features eight games for $3.98. The game bundle site says the FPS Warriors 2 collection saves players a whopping $80 on total standard price of the games, each available for PC via Steam.

The following eight shooters are included in the bundle: Nuclear Dawn, Hard Reset Extended Edition, Painkiller Overdose, Painkiller: Black Edition, AirBuccaneers, Zeno Clash 2, Zeno Clash, and Chaser. If the four-dollar price tag isn't convincing enough, players have plenty of time to buy in, as the bundle is good for the next 28 days. Bundle Stars is also currently selling the Brutal and Kingdoms bundles for the next few weeks.
FPS Warriors 2 bundle has eight Steam shooters for four bucks originally appeared on Joystiq on Wed, 29 Jan 2014 00:30:00 EST.
Team-based first-person-shooter Rekoil is set for a late January release on PC and Xbox Live Arcade for $14.99, publisher 505 Games confirmed with Polygon this week. Steam users will be able to load up and aim for each other's vital organs on January 28, with Xbox Live Arcade players following suit on January 29 with Rekoil: Liberator.

Aside from their names, 505 Games explained that Liberator will be different "in that it does not support mod tools and/or eSports the way the PC version does."

The XBLA listing notes multiplayer for up to 10 players, which sounds like a decent-sized group to leverage the game's five classes and 40 weapons against each other. Rekoil will also launch with 10 maps and seven game modes.

"I have a slide deck, I have a pitch, I have concept art, I know pretty much what I want to do."

Cliff Bleszinski has his next project in mind: a first-person shooter for PC that pays homage to classic arena shooters like Unreal Tournament and Quake. Bleszinski revealed the news on former Attack of the Show host Kevin Pereira's podcast, Pointless.

"It will be a PC experience that will harken back to a certain type of game that we cut our teeth on, if you know what I'm saying." Bleszinski went on to say that "a lot of these kids playing Call of Duty, I don't think they know what a proper arena shooter is" and that he wouldn't "work with the old guard" on this potential new project.

"I'll talk to them, have meetings, but the last thing I need is some mid-level marketing guy telling me that, 'Well, traditionally, this doesn't sell well, so we're concerned,' and all that because they're all rearward-looking and it just drives me fucking batshit." In order to fully realize this vision, Bleszinski added, he'd need to have the support of a full studio.

Bleszinski, who created the Jazz Jackrabbit and Gears of War series, left Epic Games a little over a year ago. Bleszinski, who was looking for a fresh start, left in order to "redefine" his footprint on video games. For non-US streamers, don't fret! Ouya says it is "actively reaching out to international partners as well."

Also of note, iOS/Android first-person shooter Offensive Combat is headed to the Ouya. CEO Dusty Welch also said he "can't wait to bring all-new games in the Offensive Combat universe to the Ouya platform." Whoa Dusty, slow down there!

Ouya's Kickstarter page is just five days away from completion, and as of this writing has approximately $6.5 million accrued. The collaboration and the project itself is now completely dead, Notch confirms, following today's news of a mysterious cancellation.

The FPS was killed off in the prototype stage, not because it wasn't turning into a good game, but because Mojang "did not want more external dependencies," Notch says. "The success of Minecraft meant we could focus on projects fully owned by us."

Future collaborations aren't out of the question for Mojang, as long as they're "not to make money. If there are other reasons to collaborate, maybe!"

Here's a reason: Portal guns in Minecraft.
Canceled Mojang project was a first-person shooter originally appeared on Joystiq on Thu, 26 Jul 2012 17:30:00 EST. The same listing looks for "Experience designing fighting and/or action adventure games for PS3 or Xbox 360 with at least 2 shipped AAA titles."

The primary takeaway from these job listings is that Vigil is likely working on an unnannounced first-person shooter - probably on consoles, and with adventure elements. But we'd also like to point out that this is an opportunity for some of our game developer readers to come live in lovely Austin, Texas.
Darksiders studio hiring devs with FPS experience originally appeared on Joystiq on Thu, 26 Jul 2012 10:05:00 EST. It would seem Neversoft is currently developing a first-person-shooter. The longtime Tony Hawk Pro Skater and Guitar Hero developer is currently recruiting a variety of positions that specify "FPS" in the title. Could the project for which it's hiring be the same "action shooter" we heard about last year?

Neversoft's job listings page calls for engineers, designers, artists, network programmers, multiplayer experts, and even a Windows PC platform lead. Since Neversoft is hiring for so many positions, we're inclined to think that this project is still fairly early in development.
Neversoft hiring for FPS, according to job listings originally appeared on Joystiq on Thu, 22 Sep 2011 15:45:00 EST. The Official PlayStation Blog has announced a brand new title called Payday: The Heist, a downloadable first-person shooter for PSN built around a series of six high-stakes robberies. With AI or fellow co-op players, you'll charge into banks, prisons, and armored cars to get the goods and get out as alive as possible. The graphics look ... serviceable, but there's supposed to be some depth here too, with three classes to play with, and an experience-based upgrade system to unlock new weapons and other accessories.

The game's being developed by Overkill Software, and all we know about them is they're run by Bo Andersson, a Swedish developer from Grin, the company that developed Bionic Command: Rearmed and the PC ports for Tom Clancy's GRAW and its sequel. So there's a little pedigree here to begin with. We'll have to see how the game looks in full action later next week at E3.
Payday: The Heist announced, hopes to steal your free time on PSN originally appeared on Joystiq on Fri, 03 Jun 2011 18:40:00 EST. Left 4 Dead developer Turtle Rock Studios has had an odd career trajectory, having been acquired and absorbed wholesale by Valve after gaining no small amount of attention for its zombie-slaying multiplayer title. The studio re-materialized last March under the supervision of original CEO Michael Booth, and presumably started work on something big -- as evidenced by a hiring push this past February, and their opening of a shiny new studio space. Today, one big detail about said project came to light: It's going to be published by THQ, and released in 2013.

In a press release announcing the partnership, Turtle Rock COO Phil Robb said, "This project is the most ambitious thing we've ever attempted," later adding, "We're going to take the first person shooter experience to a whole new level, and we can't wait to show the game for the first time in the months ahead." The announcement lines up with a client list released by talent representation firm Verve (as discovered by supererogatory), which says GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra and Four Brothers writers David Elliot and Paul Lovett are working with Turtle Rock on a brand new IP for a "top-tier publisher."

No more specific window was given for the game's proper announcement, though the press release explains that the title will not be shown off at E3. Or is that just to throw us off the scent? Nice try, you crafty press release, you. As for any complications this might cause concerning Valve's current relationship with the studio remains to be seen -- a THQ representative told us, "To clear up any confusion, we are getting clarification on the Turtle Rock/Valve relationship - and should have that info later today." Stay tuned!
THQ publishing re-formed Turtle Rock Studios' next FPS originally appeared on Joystiq on Thu, 26 May 2011 12:08:00 EST. God of War developer Sony Santa Monica has posted two new job listings, one for a Level Designer that specifically asks for experience with "'open world' games," and another for a Senior Combat Designer that mentions both first- and third-person shooters, as well as "experience working with, developing or designing vehicle combat."

That's all in addition to the job listing posted at the studio last month, which had the team looking for a Senior Online Programmer with lots of experience developing social tools. So we're not sure just what they're working on over in Santa Monica -- we drove by there the other day to try and sneak a peek, but all we heard coming out of the doors was a few band saws and loud hammering. It could be anything!
Sony Santa Monica hiring devs with open world and shooter experience originally appeared on Joystiq on Thu, 28 Apr 2011 19:50:00 EST. Much like seasonal allergies and taxes, the gaming populace is periodically subjected to mainstream news coverage of its favorite entertainment medium. And while said coverage is often laced with inaccurate statements and fear-laden non sequiturs, it doesn't usually ask questions in the headline like Fox News' latest treatment: "Is Bulletstorm the Worst Video Game in the World?"

Our brief time with the game's demo -- not to mention the time we spent playing Superman 64 so many years ago -- certainly gives us the impression that Bulletstorm isn't "the worst video game in the world," but we get the feeling that Fox's John Brandon is asking something else.
Continue reading How Bulletstorm became 'the worst video game in the world'

How Bulletstorm became 'the worst video game in the world' originally appeared on Joystiq on Wed, 09 Feb 2011 14:30:00 EST. The studio formerly known as Free Radical Design may now be called Crytek UK, but that doesn't mean it has abandoned its popular TimeSplitters franchise. Managing director Karl Hilton said the developer is still shopping around that IP to publishers to see if it's something they're interested in. We've known that Crytek UK has been working on both another TimeSplitters and some sort of original FPS IP for a while now, but Hilton says the coin flip hasn't landed yet. "If [publishers are] keen for a TS game," he says, "then we'd be happy to do one. If they'd like us to develop something new then we'd do that."

Hilton also says that even if it is agreed that Crytek UK will create a new TimeSplitters game, it may not look like the old ones. Publishers are excited about the brand, he says, but they may need it to be updated or tweaked in some way. But Hilton guarantees players that no matter what personality a new TimeSplitters game might eventually bear, it will definitely be a strong one. Doesn't matter to us, either, Mr. Hilton -- just please make sure that we get to play as a monkey at some point.
Crytek UK still shopping around new TimeSplitters title originally appeared on Joystiq on Mon, 01 Nov 2010 23:05:00 EST. And when we say "brief look," we mean "barely a glimpse's worth." It's, like, a half-glimpse -- almost a peek. But, we digress.

In the sixth episode of its third season, The Jace Hall Show toured Jace's old stomping grounds: Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The publisher currently has an unannounced FPS in the works and Hall was allowed to show approximately five seconds of the game. You can check it out around the 15-minute mark in the video past the break.
Turns out the name wasn't just short for "black ops" -- the senior designer on the title was Stuart Black, and the vice president of development for Codemasters has now confirmed that he's working on a new game in a new studio for the company. Black will join former game director at Sony London, Tom Gillo, and senior producer Andrew Wilson on an 80-person team working with Codemasters' EGO engine to develop the brand-new IP, which the UK's Official Xbox Magazine seems to be hinting is "the shooter that everybody asked for."

We've heard a lot of people ask for a next-gen No One Lives Forever sequel, but that's probably not what they mean. Black did have some nice stylistic twists, however, so while this game is definitely not a direct sequel (Criterion still owns that IP), we'll expect to see Black's ideas assembled in a new form.
Codemasters working on new FPS from creator of Black originally appeared on Joystiq on Mon, 15 Feb 2010 20:00:00 EST. It's not often we see a game that effectively mixes genres to create something entirely new. Borderlands did just that this year, taking the obsessive, loot-driven mechanics of a dungeon crawler and stuffing them within the friendly and familiar confines of a first-person shooter. Borderlands also oozes style and never takes itself too seriously. It's a fun adventure, full of charismatic NPCs and an experience akin to the kind of childhood adventures you'd embark on with friends, battling imaginary monsters and building forts in the back yard.
Continue reading Joystiq's Top 10 of 2009: Borderlands

Joystiq's Top 10 of 2009: Borderlands originally appeared on Joystiq on Fri, 01 Jan 2010 13:30:00 EST. Aside from efforts like The Conduit and Call of Duty: World at War, Nintendo's Wii hasn't exactly enjoyed a glut of capable FPS titles. According to a recent interview with games[TM] (via NowGamer), Zelda director Eiji Aonuma recognizes this -- and sees great potential for fixing that problem in Link's Crossbow Training, the pack-in minigame included with the Wii Zapper. "To tell you the truth, I actually wanted to create Link's Crossbow Training 2 ... I thought that we should do something more and better in the field of the first-person shooter." Wait, haven't we heard this before?

Unfortunately for Aonuma, the execs above him at Nintendo didn't think much of the idea, nixing it in favor of a completely new entry in the Zelda series. "I was thinking that maybe we could intensify the multiplayer mode ... [but] a lot of people inside Nintendo insisted that I should work on a new Legend of Zelda title." We're sorry about that, Mr. Aonuma! And to the Nintendo executives who killed a sequel to Link's Crossbow Training, we'd like to personally thank you.
Nintendo's Aonuma pitched Link's Crossbow Training 2 originally appeared on Joystiq on Sat, 26 Dec 2009 19:00:00 EST. Considering the lack of correlation between Metacritic scores and the sales numbers of Wii games, though -- at least according to Peter Moore -- you probably shouldn't let these numbers get to you too much.
The truth is you probably wouldn't bat an eye at The Conduit had it appeared on PC, PS3 or Xbox 360 ... The solid, yet unremarkable single-player won't win any awards, but The Conduit still features the most finely honed online outings available on Wii."

We're as tired as anyone of our seemingly never-ending tour of duty in the Great War, Part Deux. Still, given the unconventional road Red Orchestra has traveled we're just a teensy bit curious what developer Tripwire Interactive has tucked inside its pit helmet. The Georgia-based studio has officially made known Red Orchestra: Heroes of Stalingrad, the sequel to 2006's Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45, itself based on the company's celebrated Unreal Tournament 2004 mod, Red Orchestra: Combined Arms. And, breathe.

Heroes of Stalingrad will again find players seeking shelter in gun-pits as bullets fly between German and Soviet forces, this time during the historic and bloody Battle of Stalingrad. Setting expectations, Tripwire promises "gritty, vicious combat" and "unrivaled accuracy and attention to detail." While there will of course be multiplayer, the dev also notes players will lace up in the boots of a German soldier as part of a solo campaign told from the Axis point-of-view, something Tripwire claims as a "first" for the FPS genre. No release date has been announced, though armchair soldiers can find out more in the pages of May's PC Gamer.
Red Orchestra: Heroes of Stalingrad announced originally appeared on Joystiq on Wed, 06 May 2009 10:30:00 EST.
Our hearts were briefly aflutter this morning upon seeing news of a Steel Battalion port for the Wii. Could it be? Were we about to get a second chance at buying that insane 40-button, $200 controller/dashboard that shipped with the Xbox original? Well, no, we weren't -- and for two reasons. Reason one: Capcom was planning to develop the game with support for the Wii Remote, the Nunchuk, the Wii Wheel, and the Balance Board, and sell it for a mere $45, sans amazing controller. Reason two: the story isn't actually real.

That's right: this was all a prank by Spanish site Vandal.net, which has now posted a disclaimer at the top of its article stating that the story was merely "a joke similar to the English April Fool's Day." Gutted. On the bright side, some sites are still reporting this as the real deal, which makes us feel a bit less stupid for believing it in the first place.

With a few exceptions, they generally end up steaming piles of bantha fodder. For every Knights of the Old Republic or Rogue Squadron there's a Super Bombad Racing or Revenge of the Sith. Still, each console generation manages to grab hold of a few shining stars of the Star Wars galaxy, and oftentimes these games are universally praised and well-received -- after all, anything Star Wars George Lucas didn't manage to screw up is something worth celebrating.

Star Wars: Republic Commando, developed in-house at Lucasarts, seemed to pass under the radar last generation, receiving less attention than most of its contemporaries. Those who gave it a chance were treated to a squad-based first-person shooter better than the Battlefront series and considerably darker in tone than most Star Wars games (hello, Lego Star Wars). Gritty, bloody, and atmospheric, Republic Commando is an underappreciated gem and a great opportunity for the Wii to bolster its rather meager library of first-person shooters.
If you woke up this morning thinking, "Man, I just want to watch a bunch of dudes and creatures fall over in a sanitary and blood-free way," you have come to the right place. The video above hardly deserves the name, but it's hilarious and so worth a play. What's fifty seconds, anyway? Especially when you get to watch the bouncing bloodless bodies of The Conduit. Nothing goes with coffee like animated corpses!
You posses the only (un-modded) home console capable of hosting the greatest gaming catalogue of all-time. The Virtual Console's ability to provide an extensive back catalog coupled with the retail and WiiWare releases of Nintendo's latest instant-classics makes your system the inarguable flagship of Nintendo gaming. It's quite an amazing accomplishment: stuffing such immense gaming potency inside one little white box (save for disk space, you freakin' otaku).

Yet it'd be foolish and utterly fanboy-ish to act as if Nintendo were the all-powerful supreme chancellor of gaming. They are considered the best by many, but Nintendo is not the only company that creates amazing titles. Many of these come from third parties. Despite claims to the contrary, third party relations appear to be proceeding very well on the Wii. However, through a combination of first party titles on other systems as well as numerous issues which affect third party efforts, we must face the truth: good games sometimes go to non-Nintendo systems. Madness, right?! Here's our Top Five games that we wish Wii had.

After viewing Zero Punctuation's latest video, I've decided that the old phrase distributed liberally by parents and teachers is indeed very true: "you can't please everyone." Nintendo themselves must have felt this pretty hard after their E3 showing was widely perceived as sub-par. On the gamers' side, even those who were most disappointed usually turned to any of the numerous third party efforts for hope. Understanding that Zero Punctuation is mostly intended as farce, it's difficult to call them out. Yet one glaring assertion must be rebutted: E3 2008 was most definitely not the year of the sequel. In fact, on the Nintendo side, the exact opposite was true.

For the first time in a long while, I'm much more excited about upcoming third party releases than Nintendo titles as a whole (save for Wario Land: Shake It!). As those of us who braved the GameCube generation quickly learned, a console cannot survive on first party titles alone -- even those of the highest quality. Here are the top five original third party games that we are excited about.

Dementium: The Ward launches in Japan today, and Japanese publisher Interchannel-Holon could not have found a more perfect venue to promote Renegade Kid's horror title*. "Alcatraz E.R." is a novelty restaurant in Tokyo's Shibuya ward with a mental asylum theme where patrons must announce their blood type before entering. They are then handcuffed by girls dressed as nurses who serve up food in surgical trays and drinks in hospital drips.

In other words, it's a totally amazing and ideal place for a Dementium promotion. Hit the break for more gory pics of the press-only event (our invites must have got lost in the mail).

* Admittedly, they could have used an actual abandoned psychiatric asylum, but that probably comes with its own issues.

Continue reading Asylums, nurses, and gore: Dementium's awesome Japanese launch event

Asylums, nurses, and gore: Dementium's awesome Japanese launch event originally appeared on Joystiq on Thu, 26 Jun 2008 17:00:00 EST. Expressing interest for The Conduit is good for the Wii. Why, it's even good for gaming in general. The latest press release from High Voltage Software describes the vision for this unique shooter, and CCO Eric Nofsinger is going right against the grain, saying "Too many Wii owners have been told that the Wii is a casual platform with no room for serious games or top-tier graphics."

That statement gets our hopes up for the exact opposite of everyone's favorite Wii word -- shovelware. The Conduit looks to be entirely original and crafted with the utmost care, as evidenced by the gorgeous trailer, drooled over by many. Nofsinger wants to avoid the casual stigma entirely, "by providing gamers with the kind of title they imagined back when the platform was first announced."

Best of all, the release window has been confirmed for Q1 2009. That's less than one year, which is practically heaven considering some developers often jump the gun and leave us hanging with their tantalizing announcements.
The Conduit really connects with the Wii originally appeared on Joystiq on Wed, 11 Jun 2008 09:30:00 EST.
