Yesterday's PSN update brought something for the casual fans, the twitch gamers and the racing club. Magic Ball is a PSN title that delivers some updated Arkanoid love, while Ultimate Ghost 'N Goblins and GTI Club+ bring something for the adrenaline crowd. As per usual, many of your favorite rhythm titles also have new DLC to peruse. Oh yeah, there's also the Skate 2 demo. The complete North American PSN update can be found after the break.

Konami's PS3-exclusive remake of GTI Club finally arrives on the US PlayStation Store today. The arcade-style racer features 8 player online free-for-all events and team play. Players will race through various European locales in cars such as the Mini Cooper and Volkswagen Golf.

GTI Club+ is also enhanced with DualShock 3 support, Trophies and PlayStation Eye support.

It's been awhile since we last reported on GTi Club+ -- roughly more than two months to be exact. Konami's PSN arcade-racer remake is closing the gap between now and its release date, and will be out just in time for some pre-Christmas racing. It'll be available for download off the PlayStation Store on December 4 for £9.99 (roughly €12.99 for other European countries).

While a North American date and price haven't been set yet, we estimate that the title shouldn't cost more than $14.99 and would be out around the same time. The game is being developed by Sumo Digital, makers of other PS3/PSP titles: Sega Superstar Tennis, Go! Sodoku and TOCA Race Driver 2.

The game, now called GTI Club+, will feature a visual overhaul, eight-player online multiplayer and support for the PS Eye (because what we really want is to see our fellow racers while we make sharp turns), along with the usual remake details of new cars, new tracks and new gameplay modes. It is being developed by Sumo Digital (Outrun, Driver 76) and is due out in November.

Konami has a new PSN title called GTi Club+. It's based off the 1996 arcade game that, perhaps, you might remember (read: we don't). But hey, if you do remember this racing title, then the following statement about the game boasting "all-new HD visuals and widely expanded gameplay elements" might hold a lot more meaning.

For the tech savvy who like numbers, the game runs at 720p at 60fps and also support 5.1 sound with a remix of the original arcade's music by Atjazz. It also supports the PlayStation Eye, allowing users to keep watch over online opponents during play. Free Run, Arcade, and Bomb Tag are several of the modes mentioned in this new release. The game is set for release this November (for Europe at least). Update: Added a gallery with 20 new screenshots. Update 2: Trailer attached, after the break.
