In the comments, reader John B. <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/07/03/moon-footage-defies-gravity-hardware-limitations/#c12997633">argued</a> that no matter how much impressive technology Renegade Kid throws at <em>Moon</em>, it wouldn't be enough, because first-person shooters just don't work as well on the DS.<br /><br />We're of the opinion that the handheld currently lacks a great FPS, but do you think the DS will ever see a triple-A game in this genre, given its obvious technical limitations?<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/07/04/ds-daily-fps/">DS Daily: FPS</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 04 Jul 2008 10:00:00 EST. With 8 of the country's finest bounty hunters going at it, the competition was fierce and only one man was able to walk away victorious. Jeff Hawthorne of Brisbane was able to win in the end using the character Sylux. Jeff explains how he managed to best his competition:<br /><br />"<em>The Battle was in Processor Core, and I got Lucky to have the Spawn Point closest to the Jump pad so I could race and get the Death-alt only moments before eXc35um (Ali) could get it. I got a quick 4 or 5 points with that, then just mainly Magmauled and used my shock coil when I needed health. Not to forget laying trap wires around the arena.</em>"<br /><br />You can see the other 7 finalists <a href="http://www.nintendo.com.au/mph/index.html">here</a> as well as view pictures from the event <a href="http://www.nintendo.com.au/mph/event.html">here</a>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/08/22/bounty-hunters-battle-down-under/">Bounty hunters battle down under</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 22 Aug 2006 09:30:00 EST. Oddly enough, however, is that the debut collectible is not for everyone's favorite bounty <strike>huntress</strike> hunter Samus. No, instead we get Kanden. <br /><br />The figures is looking sharp, even if it is not the finalized product. However, I've always felt you should always put your best foot forward, which would apply to First 4 Figures' debut collectible being one of the Samus variations. Featuring an interconnecting base that will allow Kanden to connect with other upcoming hunters, we're sure his first opponent will be none other than the blonde bombshell herself.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/06/16/first-metroid-prime-hunters-statue-revealed/">First Metroid Prime Hunters statue revealed</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 16 Jun 2006 15:00:00 EST. The image updates every two hours and is perfect for forum signatures, compacting
key information in regards to your WiFi experience into one handy little place for all to <strike>laugh</strike> marvel
at.&nbsp;Props should be directed to KAAOSA at the Official Nintendo Nsider Forums for creating this awesome little
utility.</p>

Scrolling down after
the jump will display proof of such as you'll be able to see Shorties' Hunter's License displayed. You'll first want to
gain your GSPID, which can be easily accomplished by going through the brisk tutorial found <a
href="http://forums.nintendo.com/nintendo/board/message?board.id=metroid_prime&amp;message.id=136323">here.</a><br
/><br />[Thanks Shorties!]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/03/29/displaying-your-hunters-license/">Displaying your Hunter's License</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 29 Mar 2006 22:00:00 EST.
