A Google group, java4psp, has been working hard on making Java ME programs work on the PSP (through homebrew, obviously). The current build is based off of Kilobyte Virtual Machine (KVM), and doesn't feature the a very friendly GUI. Because there are a wide assortment of Java programs available, PSP homebrewers can wake up right today, knowing that eventually, they'll have access to an even greater variety of programs to run on their systems.
