The U.S. <em>SingStar</em> Store is still playing catch-up with its European counterpart, but today's <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/01/05/singstore-update-no-doubt-maroon-5-and-over-65-songs-arrive-today/">60-odd new arrivals</a> should bring us a bit closer to parity. Check out the full list of new tracks, including packs from No Doubt, A-Ha and Lionel Richie and the Commodores, after the jump.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/06/singstore-update-hello-is-it-no-doubt-and-a-ha-youre-looking/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>SingStore Update: Hello, is it No Doubt and A-Ha you're looking for</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/06/singstore-update-hello-is-it-no-doubt-and-a-ha-youre-looking/">SingStore Update: Hello, is it No Doubt and A-Ha you're looking for</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 06 Jan 2011 06:00:00 EST. <div align="left">When we saw the marked-down <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/06/12/a-limited-deal-on-a-limited-ds-lite/"><em>Gundam Cross Drive</em> DS Lite</a> yesterday -- which, by the way, we hope you did, or the picture above won't even come close to making sense -- we briefly considered dropping the $160 for it. But in the end we decided that, even though $160 was cheap <em>for that item</em>, it's still pretty expensive for a thing we didn't need and didn't expect to pay for.<br /><br />Do you have a ceiling for impulse buys? Does it vary by mood? Or is there a certain amount that you don't mind spending on unplanned game stuff? At what point do you have to start thinking about it?</div>

<br />I have fond memories of your mother -- yes, <em>all of your mothers</em>. Up until now, I've kept those memories separate from Wii Fanboy, mostly out of professional courtesy. After seeing how most of you ignored <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/zack-and-wiki/">Zack &amp; Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure</a></em>, however, I have thrown civility out the window. The gloves are off now, and <span style="font-style: italic;">good riddance</span>, as it'd be difficult to type about the games that remind me of your mom while wearing those restrictive mittens.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/12/20/best-of-2007-games-that-remind-me-of-your-mother/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Best of 2007: Games that remind me of your mother</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/12/20/best-of-2007-games-that-remind-me-of-your-mother/">Best of 2007: Games that remind me of your mother</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 20 Dec 2007 11:15:00 EST. Every time I go back through <em>Metroid-</em>related posts while looking for background material on a new post, I stop in my tracks when I get to <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/08/31/metroid-week-judge-a-metroid-by-its-cover-part-two/">this post</a> from our <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/MetroidWeek/">Metroid Week</a> event. Eric's Samus/Lionel Richie image is so hilariously out-of-nowhere that it short circuits my thought process and I have to stop and appreciate it before I can even remember what I was doing. I laugh out loud pretty much every time I see it. And then I imagine the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0Mj5VGqtKQ&amp;mode=related&amp;search=">"Hello" video</a> with a fully-armored Samus Aran in place of Ola Ray and I <em>can't breathe</em>,I'm laughing so hard.<br /><br />Something this good deserves not only to be re-run, but to be celebrated in its own post. So I'm taking the Saturday discussion topic to do just that. I'm celebrating our friend Eric<em> and his brilliantly weird post image. Feel free to chat about <em>Metroid </em>or Lionel Richie or how "Hello" makes you cry.</em><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/09/29/wii-warm-up-is-it-this-metroid-image-youre-looking-for/">Wii Warm Up: Is it this Metroid image you're looking for?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sat, 29 Sep 2007 10:30:00 EST.
