Next week's <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/rock-band-weekly"><em>Rock Band</em> DLC</a> includes packs from Bruno Mars and Rise Against (totally not The Machine). There are also pro guitar upgrades for M&ouml;tley Cr&uuml;e's "Kickstart My Heart" and Pearl Jam's "Even Flow" legacy titles.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/03/rock-band-weekly-bruno-mars-rise-against/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Rock Band Weekly: Bruno Mars, Rise Against</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/03/rock-band-weekly-bruno-mars-rise-against/">Rock Band Weekly: Bruno Mars, Rise Against</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 03 Jun 2011 18:20:00 EST. <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/25/guitar-hero-5-and-band-hero-march-dlc/">As expected</a>, the '80s Track Pack for <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/guitar-hero"><em>Guitar Hero 5</em></a> and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/band-hero"><em>Band Hero</em></a> is now available for download on all the various consoles, featuring three respectable songs from the decade of New Wave and hair bands. Well, two or three, depending on how you like The Go-Gos. The entire thing is available for 440<img border="0" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.xbox360fanboy.com/media/2007/11/microsoftpointslogosmall.gif" alt="" /> on Xbox Live, $5.49 on PSN, or 550 Wii Points, and the individual songs are as follows:<br />
<ul>
    <li><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4ehGN-nTkw">"Girls, Girls, Girls"</a> by Motley Crue <span class="album_title">(160<img border="0" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.xbox360fanboy.com/media/2007/11/microsoftpointslogosmall.gif" alt="" /></span><span class="album_title">/ $1.99</span><span class="album_title"> /</span><span class="album_title"> 200 Wii Points</span><span class="album_title">)</span></li>
    <li><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_1BGKNk85M">"We Got the Beat"</a> by The Go-Go's <span class="album_title">(160<img border="0" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.xbox360fanboy.com/media/2007/11/microsoftpointslogosmall.gif" alt="" /></span><span class="album_title"> / $1.99</span><span class="album_title"> /</span><span class="album_title"> 200 Wii Points</span><span class="album_title">)</span></li>
    <li><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qilMbQ563wE">"Sister Christian"</a> by Night Ranger <span class="album_title">(160<img border="0" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.xbox360fanboy.com/media/2007/11/microsoftpointslogosmall.gif" alt="" /></span><span class="album_title">/ $1.99</span><span class="album_title"> /</span><span class="album_title"> 200 Wii Points</span><span class="album_title">)</span></li>
</ul>
Say what you want about "We Got the Beat," but we won't tolerate hating on the Crue or Night Ranger and, from the looks of those hairstyles above, they won't either. These songs are available now for both games, so get yourself <em>mo-tor-in'</em> on over to the store if you want 'em.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/26/80s-track-pack-available-now-for-guitar-hero-5-and-band-hero/">'80s Track Pack available now for Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 26 Mar 2010 04:57:00 EST. Next month's <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/guitar-hero-5"><em>Guitar Hero 5</em></a> and <em><a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/band-hero">Band Hero</a> </em>DLC should satisfy would-be rockers of all types, offering an eclectic mix of --<span style="font-style: italic;"> oh, </span><em>there's totally some Flogging Molly</em>! Sorry, we just had to get that out of our system, because St. Patrick's Day is next month and because, <em>man</em>, Flogging Molly is <em>totally awesome</em>. <br />
<br />
There are four distinct track packs <a href="http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/guitar-heror-5-and-band-herotm-offer-rockers-a-strong-lineup-of-downloadable-tracks-in-march-85336312.html">coming next month</a>, featuring OK Go, Blink-182, the aforementioned Molly Floggers and an '80s track pack -- because nothing says March like a dusty old denim jacket with the sleeves cut off and some Night Ranger.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/25/guitar-hero-5-and-band-hero-march-dlc/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero: March DLC</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/25/guitar-hero-5-and-band-hero-march-dlc/">Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero: March DLC</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 25 Feb 2010 14:30:00 EST. Your regularly scheduled <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/rock-band-weekly">Rock Band Weekly</a> and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/rock-band-wiikly">Rock Band Wiikly</a> will not be seen today, as we interrupt your programming with an amalgamation of the two. Harmonix has announced the latest round of <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/rock-band">Rock Band</a> </em>DLC and, as post headlines would have you believe, it contains notable amounts of Blink-182, Weezer, and KISS. Don't let your parents know you're downloading any KISS, though. It totally stands for <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-style: italic;"></span></span><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMkoxVhlpYQ"><em>Knights in Satan's Service</em></a>.<br /><br />

This week's Wii <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/rock-band-2"><em>Rock Band</em></a> DLC offering not only delivers the eclectic mix from last week's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/08/rock-band-weekly-social-distortion-steely-dan-disturbed-elvi/">Rock Band Weekly</a> announcement, but also adds ample variety of its own. With 25 tracks available, across many different genres of music, there's likely something in the list to satiate the DLC track hunger. This is the dim sum of <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/rock-band-wiikly">Rock Band Wiikly</a> announcements. Check out the full list after the break.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/11/rock-band-wiikly-steely-dan-disturbed-costello-replacements/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Rock Band Wiikly: Steely Dan, Disturbed, Costello, Replacements, more</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/11/rock-band-wiikly-steely-dan-disturbed-costello-replacements/">Rock Band Wiikly: Steely Dan, Disturbed, Costello, Replacements, more</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 11 May 2009 13:25:00 EST. Coming out of nowhere, a single off of M&ouml;tley Cr&uuml;e's new album will be available as <span style="font-style: italic;">Rock Band</span> downloadable content this week. This marks the first time a brand-new song is released as a playable track in the game.
