Along with the announcement, the info pages for both <a href="http://vc-pce.com/usa/e/title/gradius2.html"><em>Gradius II</em></a> and <a href="http://vc-pce.com/usa/e/title/digitalchamp.html"><em>Digital Champ</em></a> are available. This is the <a href="http:// http://www.joystiq.com/2008/09/05/hudson-firing-cho-aniki-final-soldier-at-wii-shop-next-week/">second</a> set of imports in a row for Hudson, as well as the second set of imports to be released as a pair.<br /><br />Keeping in mind the obligatory disclaimer that Nintendo may decide at any moment to apply their veto power and just put up <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/29/vc-friday-convergence/"><em>MaBoShi</em></a> or something, we're tentatively excited. We aren't sure if this is a <em>good</em> time or a bad time to put out a boxing game, though.<br /><br /><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/10/03/gradius-ii-digital-champ-on-vc-this-monday/">Gradius II, Digital Champ on VC this Monday</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 03 Oct 2008 10:55:00 EST. Sounds exciting, right? This game was published by <em>Alien Crush/Devil's Crush</em> publisher Naxat Soft in 1989, and it <em>never</em> made it out of Japan. This ESRB rating means that it's going to be released in the U.S. for the first time.<br /><br />Unfortunately, the awesome title of <em>Break In </em>has been squandered on a pool game. We were pretty disappointed, after seeing a game called <em>Break In</em> and imagining some kind of unknown police-style brawler or something, to find it was some pool thing.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/03/25/break-in-rated-for-vc-isnt-as-exciting-as-it-sounds/">Break In rated for VC, isn't as exciting as it sounds</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 25 Mar 2008 11:15:00 EST. Call it a <em>retro-speculative</em>.<br /><br />Whenever possible, I like to freak out on the Internet about how awesome Naxat Soft's <em>Crush</em> series of pinball games is. <em>Alien Crush</em> and <em>Devil's Crush</em> are not only the best pinball games ever made for a not-pinball-machine, they also happen to be the best games on the Virtual Console (I am allowed to have opinions!) When we gave away a bundle of VC games, I made sure that <em>Devil's Crush </em>was part of the bundle.<br /><br /><em>Jaki Crush</em> is another one of those. It's another <em>Crush </em>game. That's really the only motivation I need to freak out.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/01/24/virtually-overlooked-jaki-crush/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Virtually Overlooked: Jaki Crush</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/01/24/virtually-overlooked-jaki-crush/">Virtually Overlooked: Jaki Crush</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 24 Jan 2008 21:00:00 EST.
