Resident Evil 2's soy boy returns for Darkside Chronicles
After the break, enjoy a trailer featuring some alternate costumes for the playable characters, all of whom are made of meat, as far as we know.
Zombified Londoners take to the streets for Resident Evil
Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles may not come out until November 27 in the UK, but a gaggle of Resident Evil fans recently took to the streets to celebrate the impending release regardless. Following the end of the London Games Festival, Capcom organized around 50 undead at the Tate Modern for a good ol' group shamble.
As you can see in the image above captured by The Tanooki, the event erred on the side of Shaun of the Dead rather than 28 Days Later. Though now that we think about it, we're not sure if it's more or less terrifying if zombies are smiling. We're thinking more.

Japanese gamers get Darkside Chronicles collector's pack
While the rest of the world will be shooting zombies next month, Japanese gamers are forced to wait until early next year for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles to be released. But it isn't all bad news for our Far East brothers and sisters: Japanese gamers will have the opportunity to purchase a special collector's edition of the game.According to Siliconera, the collector's edition includes a soundtrack CD labeled Darkside Symphony, a promotional DVD, a (sweet, we guess) reversible cover and the game for 8,390¥ ($91 USD). Also, in the seemingly never-ending world of preorder bonuses, Japanese gamers willing to throw a deposit down for the game will nab a detailed character booklet called the Darkside Report.
No zombie shirt? We win.
Latest RE: Darkside Chronicles trailers terrify us for the wrong reasons
The latest Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles trailers reveal a very competent on-rails shooter being played by someone who is guaranteed to become zombie noms in the upcoming apocalypse. We feel obligated to remind our younger readers that when The Zombie Apocalypse™ happens -- and it will -- that one should always aim for the head!
Please don't flail about like a meth monkey, shooting the torso or arms. That's just tickling the zombie, who after being knocked down for a few seconds, will proceed to shamble up to your face and bite off your nose to spite your life. Check out the video above and after the break and learn what not to do when we fight for survival.
