Your stubborn reluctance to purchase any of Capcom's digital releases is about to pay off. The publisher is collecting eight of its XBLA games for a $40 disc dubbed "Capcom Digital Collection," out next spring. It's exclusive to Xbox 360.<br />
<br />
The set includes <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/1942-joint-strike"><em>1942: Joint Strike</em></a>, <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/bionic-commando-rearmed-2"><em>Bionic Commando Rearmed 2</em></a> (not 1 ...), the two-game <em><a href="http://joystiq.com/game/final-fight-double-impact">Final Fight: Double Impact</a>, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/flock">Flock!</a>, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/rocketmen-axis-of-evil">Rocketmen: Axis of Evil </a></em>with "It Came from Uranus" DLC, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/super-puzzle-fighter-ii-turbo-hd-remix"><em>Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix</em></a>, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/super-street-fighter-ii-turbo-hd-remix"><em>Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix</em></a>, and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/wolf-of-the-battlefield-commando-3"><em>Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3</em></a>.<br />
<br />
That's an overwhelming windfall of games to receive at once -- and it would be $100 if you bought it all digitally. If you want more than a couple of these games (and especially if you're light on hard drive space), it's a pretty appealing deal.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/capcom-digital-collection-xbox-360/">Capcom Digital Collection (Xbox 360)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/capcom-digital-collection-xbox-360/#4679776"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/12/capcomdigital001_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/capcom-digital-collection-xbox-360/#4679777"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/12/capcomdigital002bmpjpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/capcom-digital-collection-xbox-360/#4679778"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/12/capcomdigital004bmpjpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/capcom-digital-collection-xbox-360/#4679779"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/12/capcomdigital005bmpjpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/capcom-digital-collection-xbox-360/#4679780"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/12/capcomdigital10.226.4.116-image2_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/14/capcom-collects-ssf2-turbo-hd-remix-seven-other-xbla-games-on-d/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Capcom collects SSF2 Turbo HD Remix, seven other XBLA games on disc</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/14/capcom-collects-ssf2-turbo-hd-remix-seven-other-xbla-games-on-d/">Capcom collects SSF2 Turbo HD Remix, seven other XBLA games on disc</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 14 Dec 2011 13:45:00 EST. <p> So ... you want more <em>Rocketmen</em> media? Capcom's not giving up on the poorly-reviewed PSN downloadable. It's offering an expansion next week ... and unfortunately, you'll have to <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/05/03/todays-least-wanted-expansion-rocketmen-it-came-from-uranus/#comments">pay for it</a>. For some bizarre reason, some of you really enjoyed <em>Rocketmen</em>. We enjoyed watching this trailer of the <em>It Came From Uranus</em> expansion more than actually playing the game. Maybe because this video actually had more production values (like music) than the original game.<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-it-came-from-uranus-1/">Rocketmen: It Came From Uranus</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-it-came-from-uranus-1/#798302"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2008/05/rmu10_bmp_jpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-it-came-from-uranus-1/#798301"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2008/05/rmu9_bmp_jpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-it-came-from-uranus-1/#798300"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2008/05/rmu8_bmp_jpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-it-came-from-uranus-1/#798299"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2008/05/rmu7_bmp_jpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-it-came-from-uranus-1/#798298"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2008/05/rmu6_bmp_jpgcopy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/05/09/it-came-from-uranus-alright-new-media/">It Came From Uranus, alright (new media)</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 09 May 2008 22:00:00 EST. The worst part is that this expansion will cost you 400 Microsoft points on top of the 800 points which are required to spend on <em>Axis of Evil</em>. An amount that <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/03/07/x3f-tv-xbla-in-brief-rocketmen-axis-of-evil/">we doubt</a> most XBLA fanboys would be willing to spend.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/05/04/rocketmen-expands-and-it-came-from-uranus/">Rocketmen expands and It Came From Uranus</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sun, 04 May 2008 13:30:00 EST. Despite having one of the more unique names on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/xbla/">Xbox Live Arcade</a>, <span style="font-style: italic;">Rocketmen</span> turns out to be yet another omni-directional shooter. You know, move with the left stick, shoot with the right stick. Rinse, repeat. It does throw a few extra bits into the mix, namely an RPG upgrade system that lets you level up your character and weapons. It's not bad, but it's definitely not great. Also, it's worth noting that the "ending" of trial version could use some work. Worth 800 points? Based solely on the trial version, we say no. And yes, we know we pretty much confirmed this week's release last week when Capcom sent us an <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/02/29/rocketmen-axis-of-evil-rockets-to-xbla-next-week/">early word</a>. But we figured we'd remind you and because we have new <em>Rocketmen</em> screenshots as well. New screenshots showing off some of the gameplay, cel-shaded cut scenes and (gasp) the character selection screen. Oh, and guess what? They're in the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-axis-of-evil-xbla/">gallery</a> below. Surprise!<br /><br />
<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/03/03/rocketmen-aoe-this-wed-new-screenshots-too/">Rocketmen: AoE this Wed, new screenshots too</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 03 Mar 2008 13:30:00 EST. Capcom also included a few new screenshots (<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/rocketmen-axis-of-evil-xbla/">galleried</a> below) and from what we can tell, we're in for some cel-shaded arcade shooter shenanigans. <em>Rocketmen: Axis of Evil</em> will set you back 800 Microsoft points and supports four player co-op locally and over Xbox Live as well as fully customizable character creation. Let's hear it fanboys, "<em>Rocketmen</em> GO!"<br /><br />
<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/02/29/rocketmen-axis-of-evil-rockets-to-xbla-next-week/">Rocketmen: Axis of Evil rockets to XBLA next week</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 29 Feb 2008 15:45:00 EST.
