In <em>Mr. Bill</em>, players guide the unlucky clay character through a series of jobs given to him by the Sluggo Employment Agency. <br />
<br />
Two jobs are available in the initial game: human cannonball and farm hand. Capcom plans to release more levels and jobs in the future -- for free. The first update will be a zombie-themed level due on Halloween. Do zombies eat clay?<br />
<br />
If you're at all curious about this vintage character's new adventure, Capcom has temporarily priced the game at 99 cents for the launch. The publisher didn't mention the regular price, but it's, you know, more.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mr-bill-iphone-ipad/">Mr. Bill (iPhone/iPad)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mr-bill-iphone-ipad/#3399276"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2010/09/mzl.ebfugwcz.320x480-75_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mr-bill-iphone-ipad/#3399277"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2010/09/mzl.iktfnyyt.320x480-75_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mr-bill-iphone-ipad/#3399278"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2010/09/mzl.jqjomylv.320x480-75_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mr-bill-iphone-ipad/#3399279"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2010/09/mzl.nqgjbspk.320x480-75_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/mr-bill-iphone-ipad/#3399280"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2010/09/mzl.tnajwaxo.320x480-75_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/25/oh-no-capcom-releases-mr-bill-game-for-ios/">Oh no! We're used to Alec Baldwin swooping down like some sort of comedy angel to save even the worst episodes of Saturday Night Live, but we doubt even Della Reese crossed with Don Rickles could have preserved the chuckles this week. A skit involving <em>Wario Land: Shake It</em> is a prime example of Baldwin's ability to bail out what's essentially a sinking ship.<br /><br />Jokes that tie Wiimote motion to masturbation are so old now as to be almost quaint, but Baldwin manages to bring a certain classiness to the proceedings, and the bit (which you can see after the break) ended up a semi-bright spot in an otherwise crushingly dim evening.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/02/16/alec-baldwin-waggles-wiimote-on-snl/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Alec Baldwin waggles Wiimote on SNL</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/02/16/alec-baldwin-waggles-wiimote-on-snl/">Alec Baldwin waggles Wiimote on SNL</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 16 Feb 2009 11:40:00 EST. <p>Reader Marc M. spotted this ad on television while watching Saturday Night Live. This ad features montages of <em>LittleBigPlanet</em>, <em>Metal Gear Solid 4</em> and <em>Gran Turismo 5: Prologue</em>. No pre-rendered footage here! All three of these beautiful games were showcased using realtime PS3 graphics ... and all are exclusively available on Sony's console. This ad's approach seems to be "let the games do the talking," but we do wish it were a bit more exciting. Y'know, like <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NKDvKx_9EHA">this one</a>.</p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/06/16/only-on-new-ps3-television-advertisement/">Only On: new PS3 television advertisement</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 16 Jun 2008 10:21:00 EST.
