It's been a while since we've seen the two in anything new - and today they've re-emerged in a new web series.<br /><br />The premise behind their new show is pretty much the same as the premise behind their old show, except the two have ditched the half-hour format this time around. In this episode, Sifl and Olly check out some Kinetic games for the Zeus 720 - obviously this is a spoof on the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/kinect/">Kinect</a> for Xbox 360 - and engage in some, well, <em>mature</em> activity. This one may not be strictly work-safe. You've been warned!<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/09/10/sifl-and-olly-come-back-from-the-laundry-pile-to-review-fake-games/">Sifl &amp; Olly come back from the laundry pile to review fake games</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 10 Sep 2012 23:00:00 EST. The great secret Bethesda hasn't revealed to anyone yet is that citizens of <em><a href="http://joystiq.com/game/skyrim">Skyrim</a></em> are actually learning, adapting and evolving. If you set your PC or console forward a couple thousand years, you'll be able to play <em>Skyrim</em> in a modern setting, as seen in this clip.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/01/12/skyrim-if-it-were-set-in-2012/">Skyrim, if it were set in 2012</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 12 Jan 2012 02:00:00 EST. Apparently not satisfied with his already stellar lineup of <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/05/13/gamings-worst-voice-acting-set-to-incredible-face-acting/">hilarious face acting</a> set to hilariously <em>bad</em> video game voice acting, Dean has returned with "Dean's Face Acting: Episode 2." Dean is a man after our own heart. This video, in which he mimes <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulbotKa5LnM">the 50 worst video game voice acting lines</a> with brilliant facial expressions, reveals a natural talent for acting. One day, this guy will be a star -- maybe just on YouTube and gaming blogs, but a star nonetheless! Are you watching, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inside_the_Actors_Studio">James Lipton</a>?<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/05/13/gamings-worst-voice-acting-set-to-incredible-face-acting/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Gaming's worst voice acting set to hilarious face acting</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/05/13/gamings-worst-voice-acting-set-to-incredible-face-acting/">Gaming's worst voice acting set to hilarious face acting</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 13 May 2011 03:00:00 EST. The latest episode in long-running series <em>Modern War Gear Solid</em> has just been uploaded. It's kind of hard to describe the series: it's part homage, part irreverent mish-mash of gaming's most beloved franchises. We realize The Onion, purveyors of funnies, is joking with this video segment past the break that details a new head-and-neck peripheral for <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/madden-nfl-12"><em>Madden NFL 12</em></a>, but we think there's actually potential here. Think about the people who play <em>Madden</em>: people who like football; people who play professional sports; and people who wish they still played professional sports.<br />
<br />
That last group has got memories to relive and the cash to make it happen. They've also got skulls thick enough to not die when the pistons in the helmet fire.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/02/25/onion-madden-nfl-12-to-let-players-feel-tackles-go-deaf-from-c/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Onion: Madden NFL 12 to let players feel tackles, go deaf from crowd noise</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/02/25/onion-madden-nfl-12-to-let-players-feel-tackles-go-deaf-from-c/">Onion: Madden NFL 12 to let players feel tackles, go deaf from crowd noise</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 25 Feb 2011 07:00:00 EST. Even outside of being recognizable and beloved Nintendo royalty, Peach and Zelda have a lot in common: They've both grown quite contemptuous of their heroic better halves. In their defense, we can't imagine living without central air, either. It's the little things in life, people.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/13/peach-and-zelda-come-down-with-a-case-of-stockholm-syndrome/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Peach and Zelda come down with a case of Stockholm Syndrome</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/01/13/peach-and-zelda-come-down-with-a-case-of-stockholm-syndrome/">Peach and Zelda come down with a case of Stockholm Syndrome</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 13 Jan 2011 07:00:00 EST. Birds have always looked down on pigs due to their inability to fly, while pigs themselves have always been envious of their flight-enabled counterparts -- it's led to much conflict between the species, naturally. But we're happy to report that today the two finally sat down for peace talks.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/11/23/angry-birds-try-for-a-more-diplomatic-resolution-to-their-pig-pr/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Angry Birds try for a more diplomatic resolution to their pig problem</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/11/23/angry-birds-try-for-a-more-diplomatic-resolution-to-their-pig-pr/">Angry Birds try for a more diplomatic resolution to their pig problem</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 23 Nov 2010 02:00:00 EST. It would seem that Blanka's pre-<em><a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/street-fighter">Street Fighter</a></em> years living in the jungle have provided him with a set of skills valuable to today's parking attendant work force. The problem with <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/pokemon"><em>Pokemon</em></a> is that it's pretty embarrassing to tell people you play it, especially if you're over the age of 13 -- just ask <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/02/10/pokemon-video-game-championships-return-this-spring/">Griffin</a>. They're great games, don't get us wrong. It's just that we're <em>adults</em>, with actual utility bills and Netflix memberships, and alive and breathing <em>significant others</em>. We can't risk losing all of that.<br />
<br />
That's why we want to draw your attention to <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFnPSKf8pOk">this <em>Call of Duty</em> and <em>Pokemon</em> mash-up clip</a>, available just past the break. By incorporating the two, we can maintain our adult facade, while enjoying the deep and robust RPG experience Nintendo's line of games offers without all the kiddie stuff. It's the best of both worlds!<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/08/26/video-what-if-call-of-duty-was-a-pokemon-game/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Video: What if Call of Duty was a Pokemon game?</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/08/26/video-what-if-call-of-duty-was-a-pokemon-game/">Video: What if Call of Duty was a Pokemon game?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 26 Aug 2010 22:30:00 EST. <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/starcraft-2"><em>StarCraft 2</em></a> may be one of the most anticipated titles of this year, but after checking out <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8B16eAS1dwA">this 8-bit recreation</a> of the game that started it all, we're inclined to cancel our pre-order and spend the rest of our days praying for a playable version. It takes us back to our elementary school days, when we thought getting to play <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/oregon-trail"><em>Oregon Trail</em></a> in school was about the best thing ever. Can you imagine if we had this instead? Zerg rushing would be at, like, a whole 'nother level. <br />
<br />
But we digress. Instead of pining for what could've been, you should head past the break to watch the game in action and hope for what could be: an actual playable release of this charming 8-bit recreation. What else could you possibly want in life?<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/05/21/we-really-wish-8-bit-starcraft-was-a-thing-we-could-play/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>We really wish 8-bit StarCraft was a thing we could play</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/05/21/we-really-wish-8-bit-starcraft-was-a-thing-we-could-play/">We really wish 8-bit StarCraft was a thing we could play</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 21 May 2010 05:00:00 EST. We really think <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/tommy-tallarico">Tommy Tallarico</a> missed his calling in life by becoming a composer. If <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTP0RawPtoM">the first <em>Gamer Warz</em></a> and this followup are any indication, the man was meant for comedy. <em>Gamer Warz 2</em> (watch it after the break) is a collaboration between Tallarico and lulz-factory <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/mega64">Mega64</a> that really gets to the heart of the elitism and console preferences of the gaming community at large in a surprisingly civil and educated way.<br />
<br />
Don't get it twisted: we certainly love Tallarico's music, but this may be the funniest video we've seen in a long time.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/05/03/mega64-and-tommy-tallarico-present-gamer-warz-2/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Mega64 and Tommy Tallarico present: Gamer Warz 2</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/05/03/mega64-and-tommy-tallarico-present-gamer-warz-2/">Mega64 and Tommy Tallarico present: Gamer Warz 2</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 03 May 2010 23:00:00 EST. With all of that space travel going on, there's got to be plenty of downtime for the last Spartan in existence. Sure, Master Chief can just hop into a cryo-chamber and saw some wood between <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/halo">Halo</a> </em>games -- but every now and then, when nobody's around, MC likes to exercise the old pipes. You would not believe how dynamic his range is, clearly exhibited in the video past the break from <a href="http://video.ign.com/dor/articles/958530/best-of-the-web/videos/bestofweb_prt_masterchief_41910.html?show=hi">IGN</a>.<br />
<br />
Oh, and before you watch the video (and inevitably call that number to order your own set), know that we think we've finally figured out John 117's identity: <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKsHFvdbFjY">Michael McDonald</a>.<br />

We're not quite sure what we like best about <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HtzzRVAyIS8">the new video</a> from comedy goldmine <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/mega-64">Mega64</a> after the break: the proposed lifelike tech behind the upcoming <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/nintendo-3ds">Nintendo 3DS</a> (we've got our fingers crossed!) or that Korn is currently recording a new song for <em>Haze 2</em>. It's probably the <em>Haze 2</em> thing. <br />
<br />
Regardless, it's a great spoof on an upcoming gaming handheld we know virtually nothing about, which kinda makes the handheld the easiest thing to make fun of right now. Besides <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/haze"><em>Haze</em></a>, of course.<br />

Hey, did you ever want to see what it would be like for your fat, obnoxious uncle to take a stab at "the <em>Call of Duties</em>?" Well, you're going to have to undertake that quest on your own. But we've got the next best thing: <em>Family Guy</em>'s Peter Griffin trying to play <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/modern-warfare-2"><em>Modern Warfare 2</em></a>. It's like every single stereotype about those 'rents that <em>just don't get it</em> rolled into one minute-long segment, which you can check out past the break.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/04/13/family-guy-gets-pwnd-in-modern-warfare-2/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Family Guy gets pwnd in Modern Warfare 2</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/04/13/family-guy-gets-pwnd-in-modern-warfare-2/">Family Guy gets pwnd in Modern Warfare 2</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 13 Apr 2010 23:00:00 EST. You know, we always thought GLaDOS ran the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/portal"><em>Portal</em></a> simulation just so she could discover <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/weighted-companion-cube">the true value of friendship</a>, but it may really have been in the name of public service. In the video after the break -- created by Freddie Wong, who you probably recognize from his ridiculous (and hilarious) <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ua3hZXfNZOE"><em>Guitar Hero </em>video</a> -- we get a glimpse at the likely ramifications of improper <em>Portal</em> gun training and how a few apathetic "friends" can ruin one of the most exciting experiences ever. And here, all this time, we thought GLaDOS was the bad guy!<br />
<br />
Note: For those of you who spot that weird frame at the end of the video -- yep, with all that gibberish -- don't bother to decipher it. It's apparently just another gag from Freddie and "friends." Yuk-yuk-yuk.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/09/psa-portal-guns-are-for-trained-professionals-only/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>PSA: Portal guns are for trained professionals only</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/09/psa-portal-guns-are-for-trained-professionals-only/">PSA: Portal guns are for trained professionals only</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 09 Mar 2010 23:00:00 EST. As much as we'd like to think Mario is an accredited doctor with the papers to back it up (that University of Phoenix diploma above might as well be toilet paper), the dude is just a plumber in a white lab coat. Unlike most practitioners, he's willing to throw pills at any problem and can only really deal with two issues: the chills and fever. Nothing makes this more evident than the video made by College Humor user Brentalfloss, which adds lyrics to the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/dr-mario"><em>Dr. Mario</em></a> theme ... and some kinda disturbing imagery, too. Check it out at your own risk!<br /><br />[Thanks, Adrian!]<br /><br /><a href="http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1924706">Source</a> - Dr. Mario with Lyrics (probably <strong>NSFW</strong>)<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/11/13/video-dr-mario-kinda-doesnt-know-what-hes-doing/">Video: Dr. Mario kinda doesn't know what he's doing</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 13 Nov 2009 17:45:00 EST. <br /><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/mario">Mario</a>: lovable mascot of the world's greatest videogame company, or <span style="font-style: italic;">dangerous child sex predator</span>? Like every predator that walks into the <span style="font-style: italic;">real</span> Hansen's web, Mario immediately begins stuttering far-fetched excuses, though "I'm-a here to fix tha' pipes" is a new one on us, you <span style="font-style: italic;">beast</span>. We're not ones to peruse the seedy underbelly of the adult film industry (hard to believe, with us working on <em>the internet </em>and all), but this story is too much to pass up. Does the above cover remind you of anything? Well, if it doesn't, you probably never played the Japanese title <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/search/?q=brain+training"><em>Brain Training</em></a> (also known as <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/brain-age"><em>Brain Age</em></a>). Look at <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/media/2008/06/brain_training_boxart.jpg">the game's boxart</a>. Satire site <a href="http://www.theonion.com/content/news/wii_video_games_blamed_for_rise_in">The Onion</a> has made its take on video game violence the headlining story today. In a piece entitled "Wii Video Games Blamed For Rise In Effeminate Violence," activist group Parents Against Wii (PAW) is suing Nintendo for $52 million in damages following sissified violence spawned from the Wii remote. Colorful language aside, the article follows pretty accurately the usual template of "violent video game" pieces. <br /><br />Our favorite statistic from the article is "a shocking 200-percent increase in wuss-on-wuss violence." If you happen to be affected when Wii games "use disturbing pastel imagery, graphic representations of adorable characters, and disorienting kaleidoscopes of color," this is a must-read.<br /><br />[Thanks, Caleb]<br /><a href="http://www.theonion.com/content/news/wii_video_games_blamed_for_rise_in" _fcksavedurl="http://www.theonion.com/content/news/wii_video_games_blamed_for_rise_in"></a><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/03/17/the-onion-spoofs-game-violence/">The Onion spoofs game violence</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 17 Mar 2008 19:00:00 EST. <br /><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/promotionalconsideration">Promotional Consideration</a> is a weekly feature about the Nintendo DS advertisements you usually flip past, change the channel on, or just tune out.<br /><br />Many of the commercials for Nintendo-published DS titles in Japan or Korea follow the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/08/14/ffcc-ring-of-fates-media-constipated-face/">same</a> <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/06/14/more-phantom-hourglass-commercials-for-japan-nothing-for-us/">formula</a> -- alternating shots between in-game clips and reactions from the player, typically a celebrity. It's an effective approach, as game and system sales can attest, but what happens when a bored video editor decides to mess with the recipe, replacing the cheerful game scenes from a Korean <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/animalcrossing">Animal Crossing</a></em> ad with much more violent footage? Thank goodness there's now a <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPn73Z7hC4g&amp;eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Emacspoofs%2Ecom%2F2006%2F07%2F26%2Ftoaster%2Dvs%2Dps3%2F">video guide</a> to the relative benefits of each unit. According to the video, while the PS3 excels with its myriad cords and inputs, excellent love-making ability and saucy German attitude, the toaster is definitely the choice for fans of toast and Pop Tarts. We're a little skeptical of the video's claims that the PS3's self-replicating ability will ensure <a href="http://e3.joystiq.com/2006/09/06/north-american-japanese-ps3-launch-limited-to-500-000-units/">plentiful supplies at launch</a>, but it's still worth due consideration.<br /><br />Previously: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/08/11/the-ultimate-mac-spoof-ps3-vs-wii/">PS3 vs. Wii Mac Spoof</a><br /><br />[Via <a href="http://www.macspoofs.com/2006/07/26/toaster-vs-ps3/">MacSpoofs</a>]<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/09/09/ps3-better-than-a-toaster/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>PS3: better than a toaster?</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/09/09/ps3-better-than-a-toaster/">PS3: better than a toaster?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sat, 09 Sep 2006 15:55:00 EST. Well, they've spawned some fairly <a href="http://www.bestweekever.tv/2006/07/07/bwe-mac-ads/">funny</a> knock-offs. Now G4 has taken the premise and applied it to the PS3 and the Wii. Suffice to say, the ad is a bit more sexually charged than the videos you're used to seeing here at Wii Fanboy, so we've not embedded it into the post and would rather have you exert the extra energy to click through and check it out. We're sorry, we really don't hate you. <br /><br />Actually, is that a new hair style? One of mine watched, with vulgar curiosity, as I scaled skyscrapers and snatched civilians in the craptacular <em>Rampage</em>. The other wrapped her arthritic claws around a Gameboy and spent hours -- <em>hours</em> -- playing <em>Bugs Bunny's Crazy Castle</em>. <br /><br />But the reality is that most Grandmas fall into the former camp, and so it is that Something Awful's latest Photoshop Phriday honors these geriatric non-gamers. My favorite: <em>Make Sure It's Two Person: So Your Sister Can Play Too</em>. That one's a classic.<br /><br /><strong>See also:</strong><span id="ppt71341"><br /><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2005/11/04/sas-photoshop-phriday-honest-game-titles/">SA's Photoshop Phriday: honest game titles</a></span><span id="ppt607021"><br /><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/04/09/gallery-of-photoshopped-mega-man-powers/">Gallery of Photoshopped Mega Man powers</a></span><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/05/28/sas-photoshop-phriday-grandma-doesnt-get-video-games/">SA's Photoshop Phriday: Grandma doesn't get video games</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sun, 28 May 2006 12:00:00 EST. That's
the question asked by this promotional site for upcoming car-combat MMO <em>Auto Assault</em>, and like <a
href="http://www.joystiq.com/2005/10/18/hex-168-countdown-ends-a-new-360-contest-begins/">other promotions before
it</a>, there's a competition involved. By taking photos or video of your apocalypse prevention methods, you could win
copies of the game and 6-month subscriptions.<br /><br />Hopefully there will be a gallery of submissions available
later, to demonstrate whether this attempt at viral marketing works or not. It's an interesting premise, but the
disaster-prevention-spoof theme might prove too realistic for some people.<br /><br />[Via <a
href="http://www.brokentoys.org/2006/03/28/in-case-of-fallout-dance/">Broken Toys</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2006/03/29/apocalyptic-auto-assault-competition/">Apocalyptic Auto Assault competition</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 29 Mar 2006 12:30:00 EST.
