The film is still in progress, according to a report today from <a href="http://www.deadline.com/2012/05/chronicle-helmer-josh-trank-takes-on-shadow-of-the-colossus-for-sony-pictures/">Deadline</a> that puts Chronicle director Josh Trank in the director's seat. It appears Sony Pictures signed Trank pretty recently, and the company is already interviewing potential writers to work with him.<br /><br />According to the report, Trank requested the job from Sony. Given the slow-moving process of the project (we've been hearing about it for three years) and the lack of a ... ya know, script or anything, it seems to still be early in production.<br /><br />Team Ico's third project, <em>The Last Guardian</em>, has been just as slow to get out of the gate - the studio hasn't released a game since 2005's <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/05/23/shadow-of-the-colossus-film-is-still-a-thing-chronicle-director/">Shadow of the Colossus film still in the works, Chronicle director Josh Trank signed on</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 23 May 2012 16:02:00 EST. "Well, you know, it's not just Santa Monica," he says. "We have great tech people in Worldwide Studios. We have a central tech group in the U.S. and the U.K. so we are giving them whatever help they need. Technically, we have the best engineers in the U.S. and Europe, so these teams are helping them, giving advice."<br /><br />Progress on <em>The Last Guardian</em> may be slow right now, but Yoshida assures us <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/13/sony-confirms-uedas-departure-the-last-guardian-to-be-complete/">the game is still coming</a>. The departure of Fumito Ueda was exaggerated, he says, as the famed designer is still going to finish <em>The Last Guardian</em> <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/13/sony-confirms-uedas-departure-the-last-guardian-to-be-complete/">on contract</a> with Sony.<br /><br />"At one point the progress was great, so we talked about the timing of the launch in the past. But now it's making progress, but still not to the level -- it's playable, but not to the point that we can talk about the timing of launch." But now, "the progress is slow," he says, and "sometimes the team has to go back and review things."<br /><br /><em>The Last Guardian</em> is still planned for 2012, but there seems to be little certainty over that time frame. "There's a vision that we want to realize but it's very very tough and technical issue that the team is tackling and some plans have to be made to evaluate and go through the process," Yoshida says.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/02/21/sony-santa-monica-helping-with-the-last-guardian/">Sony Santa Monica (and more) helping with The Last Guardian</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 21 Feb 2012 23:30:00 EST. His departure was "an arrangement so he could focus on the creative side," Yoshida said. "But his work and his presence on that team never changed, so it was just more a contractual rearrangement, and that was taken [by many] as 'he left.'"<br /><br />Ueda is still in the office, "probably one of the people who works the longest hours," Yoshida said. The real news, of course, is that Sony is publicly promising <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/the-last-guardian"><em>The Last Guardian</em></a> will be finished ... at some point. The respected creative force behind the project, Fumito Ueda, is "committed to completing" his third major game with Sony on a contract basis. Sony confirmed his departure with <a href="http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/39100/Confirmed_Ico_Creator_Fumito_Ueda_Leaves_Sony.php">Gamasutra</a>, concluding a swirl of <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/30/rumor-the-last-guardian-lead-fumito-ueda-quits-sony-working-as/">rumors</a> from last month.<br />
<br />
<em>The Last Guardian</em> has yet to receive a solid release date after being bumped <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/04/20/the-last-guardian-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection-del/">out of holiday 2011</a>. "I sincerely apologize to all the customers who have been waiting for 'The Last Guardian' for so long, but I beg for your patience," Ueda said in April. "I will also announce the new release timing at a later time."<br />
<br />
The game's other notable <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/07/last-guardian-executive-producer-resigns-joins-bossa-studios/">departure</a>, Executive Producer Yoshifusa Hayama, has joined social gaming studio Bossa Studios. Ueda hasn't provided a clear indication of his post-<em>Guardian</em> future yet, giving us enough time to envision dream team-ups with Grasshopper Manufacture's Suda 51, or Shinji Mikami at the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/10/28/shinji-mikami-to-develop-games-for-bethesda-as-zenimax-acquires/">Zenimax-owned Tango</a>. Apparently, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/the-last-guardian"><em>The Last Guardian</em></a> creative lead and Team Ico head Fumito Ueda has quit Sony and is working on Team Ico's latest project as a freelancer. <a href="http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2011-11-30-the-last-guardian-creator-fumito-ueda-leaves-sony-rumour">Eurogamer</a> is reporting as much, saying that Ueda's departure from the team has accentuated the ever-growing delay of the project's launch.<br />
<br />
<em>The Last Guardian</em> was <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/04/20/the-last-guardian-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection-del/">pushed out</a> of a "holiday 2011" release window earlier this year, and the development team were said to be <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/28/team-ico-moving-to-main-sony-offices-in-japan/">moving offices</a> this past summer, getting up close and personal with SCE's main HQ. Requests to Sony for comment have gone unreturned as of publishing.<br />
<br />

	<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/27/deja-review-the-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection/"><img alt="" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2011/09/gamicosotccoll530.jpg" style="border-top-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-top-style: solid; border-right-style: solid; border-bottom-style: solid; border-left-style: solid; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; width: 530px; height: 293px; " /></a></div>
It would be difficult to think of two games that have so unanimously been labeled as masterpieces by gaming critics and consumers alike than <em>Ico</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em>. Each possesses a unique beauty possessed by (regrettably) so few other games: <em>Ico</em> with its sense of childlike wonder and grand adventure, <em>Colossus</em> with its abject desolation and foreboding. They're poignant, and sad, and (fortunately for Sony and Team Ico) inimitably timeless.<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection"><em>The Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection</em></a> pairs HD-remastered versions of the two titles in one tidy $40 package. Their visual revivification -- the most substantial improvement over the PS2 originals -- isn't quite as thorough as ground-up reconstruction of <em>Halo: Anniversary</em> or the total reskinning of <em>Ocarina of Time 3D</em>. But it's certainly enough to make these once-beautiful games even more staggering.<br />

Next week's <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection"><em>ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection</em></a> will have HD ports of both Team ICO's beloved games -- as you might have guessed from the name, and the box. It also has a lot of <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/07/20/bonus-content-detailed-for-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-hd/">bonus content</a>, including some new video material, as detailed by the <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/09/20/ico-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection-next-week-bonus-content-preview/">PlayStation Blog</a> (and sampled above).<br />
<br />
The disc includes the concept video for "NICO," a prototype the team worked on before <em>ICO</em>, as well as a new roundtable discussion and behind-the-scenes developer video. Oh, and there's new footage of<em> <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/the-last-guardian">The Last Guardian</a></em>, the new game allegedly being worked on at the studio. But what we really want to see is Fumito Ueda and crew discussing "the original US packaging for ICO." We don't know whether to expect an attempt at justification, or just an apology.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/20/preview-new-bonuses-for-the-old-games-in-the-ico-shadow-of-the-c/">Preview new bonuses for the old games in the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus Collection</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 20 Sep 2011 17:10:00 EST. The North American box art for the <u><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection"><em>ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection</em></a></u> is ... <a href="http://www.amazon.com/ICO-Shadow-Colossus-Collection-Playstation-3/dp/B002I0J5FG">not super great</a>. We're no graphic designers or anything, but we do prefer our game cases to be a tad less hideous than that. Fortunately, the <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/09/08/ico-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection-hit-soon-see-final-box-art/">flipside of that cover</a> plays host to a much more appealing vision: A stylish representation of the Japanese and European cover for <em>ICO</em>, and a slightly modified version of the European version of <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em> -- neither of which are obstructed by gaudy frames or signage.<br />
<br />
We hope the inclusion of this good-looking cover is enough to fill you with goodwill towards Team ICO, because this next part certainly won't: <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/09/08/ico-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection-hit-soon-see-final-box-art/">PlayStation Blog</a> has revealed that <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/the-last-guardian">The Last Guardian</a></em> won't appear at the Tokyo Game Show. The blog explains, "we can assure you that Ueda-san and the rest of the development team are hard at work to bring his lofty vision to life and deliver the very best gaming experience possible." We just hope they can do so before the <em>heat death of the universe</em>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/08/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-has-reversible-boxart-last-guard/">ICO and Shadow of the Colossus has reversible boxart, Last Guardian not at TGS</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 08 Sep 2011 19:30:00 EST. Eurogamer's Digital Foundry previously <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/06/01/a-look-at-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-in-hd/">speculated</a> what Team Ico's <em>ICO</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus </em>would look like in HD, but now they've gotten their hands on the real thing. Obtaining Bluepoint Games' conversions allowed the site to match up the PS3 and PS2 versions side-by-side.<br />
<br />
"The good news with the PS3 version of <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em> is that the performance is much more consistent, with none of the sudden lurches between 30, 20 and 15 frames per second that characterized the PS2 original," the site notes. "Both <em>Ico</em> and <em>Colossus</em> on PS3 run at 30 frames per second ... and while we might have hoped for a locked 60FPS, quite why Ico can't hit that target is a bit of a mystery, the final code that Bluepoint Games has handed in ticks pretty much every box that <em>Ico</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em> fans would want."<br />

Studio head Fumito Ueda of Team ICO (the folks behind the much-awaited PS3 title <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/the-last-guardian"><em>The Last Guardian</em></a>) <a href="http://twitter.com/#!/fumito_ueda/statuses/84160191997804544">tweeted</a> that the developer is <a href="http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/2011/06/24/last_guardian_move/">moving offices in Japan</a> this week, into Sony Computer Entertainment's main building in the Shinagawa ward of Tokyo. Ueda said that the move was part of a "major reformation of our development environment," designed to set up Team ICO for even bigger and better things in the future.<br />
<br />
Here's hoping the move goes well. Just be sure, guys, that the first box you open says <em>The Last Guardian</em> on it, so you can get that title out and into our hands. That box that says "Failed <em>Colossus</em> Ideas?" That one you can leave taped up for the time being.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/28/team-ico-moving-to-main-sony-offices-in-japan/">Team ICO moving to main Sony offices in Japan</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 28 Jun 2011 05:00:00 EST. We're pretty sure it doesn't constitute a spoiler, because, well, it <em>isn't the ending</em>, and it's a difficult image to parse anyway.<br />
<br />
Looking at the picture, we think we can just barely make it out ... it looks like ... Wander is waking up to discover that it was all just a dream! And then there's a knock on the door, and it's Argo the horse and all of the Colossi. And they've all brought birthday presents, and a Colossus-sized pizza with all your favorite giant toppings!<br />
<br />
If you'd like to inspect the image for yourself for evidence of monolithic birthday parties, you can find it in slightly larger form after the break. We're not trying to make it a puzzle or anything -- that's just the size of the image that Ueda tweeted.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/14/shadow-of-the-colossuss-lost-ending/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Shadow of the Colossus' lost ending</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/14/shadow-of-the-colossuss-lost-ending/">Shadow of the Colossus' lost ending</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 14 Jun 2011 00:20:00 EST. We might have guessed this was coming, after final release dates were just announced for Japan, but now it's official. The once-delayed <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection"><em>ICO</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus Collection</em></a> for PS3 has now been dated for North America.<br />
<br />
You'll be able to feel bad about destroying ginormous creatures, and yell at a teenage girl, in glorious HD and 3D in September, the same month it arrives in Japan.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/06/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection-coming-this-september/">ICO and Shadow of the Colossus collection coming this September</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 06 Jun 2011 20:44:00 EST. Following the recent <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/04/20/the-last-guardian-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection-del/">delay</a> of the <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection"><em>ICO</em> and S<em>hadow of the Colossus</em> remakes</a>, Sony Computer Entertainment has now provided a new release window for the PS3 games in Japan: September 22. In that region, each game is sold separately for &yen;3,980 ($50). Sony is also offering a single box with both games in it for &yen;6,980 ($87), which adds a 100-page booklet and dynamic PS3 themes.<br />
<br />
Along with the announcement, new Japanese sites have opened for both <em><a href="http://www.jp.playstation.com/scej/title/ico/">ICO</a></em> and <em><a href="http://www.jp.playstation.com/scej/title/wander/">Shadow of the Colossus</a></em> And if you listen closely, you can hear Ico calling you past the break of this post, beckoning you toward the new trailer. Can you hear it? <em>Buhhhhhhhhhhh</em>!<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/03/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-arriving-separately-in-japan-on-s/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Ico and Shadow of the Colossus arriving separately in Japan on September 22</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/03/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-arriving-separately-in-japan-on-s/">Ico and Shadow of the Colossus arriving separately in Japan on September 22</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 03 Jun 2011 16:30:00 EST. Perhaps it's best that we don't hasten the inevitable, tragic death of a majestic creature or its adventurous boy companion. Sony has announced a worldwide delay for <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/the-last-guardian"><em>The Last Guardian</em></a>, the third of Team ICO's wistful adventures and the first to debut on PlayStation 3.<br />
<br />
In a statement on the <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/04/19/update-on-the-last-guardian-and-icoshadow-of-the-colossus-collection/">PlayStation Blog</a>, creative director Fumito Ueda says <em>The Last Guardian</em> had to be bumped out of its original holiday 2011 launch window "to provide more challenging and better quality of content to users and to fulfill First Party Studio's obligations." He assures readers that the development team is working at a "fast pace," while ensuring a "First Party Studio" level of quality. "I sincerely apologize to all the customers who have been waiting for "The Last Guardian" for so long, but I beg for your patience," he said. "I will also announce the new release timing at a later time."<br />
<br />
Please, Mr. Ueda, there's no need to <em>beg</em>. We understand, and appreciate your dedication to -- what's this? The <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection"><em>ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection</em></a> has also been pushed out of Spring 2011? So ... whoa.<br />

You might classify our position as "ornery," but we're finding it difficult to get excited about the HD <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-collection"><em>ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection</em></a> that's due out on the PS3 this Spring. Sure, we're excited about reliving the magic of <em>ICO</em>, but we'd actually prefer some <em>lower</em> definition graphics. Like, way, way low. Like, non-existent, so that we have to draw up our own visuals using our mind's eye. In fact, if someone would just adapt Miyuki Miyabe's 2004 novelization of the game for English-speaking audiences, that would probably -- wait, they're actually doing that? How serendipitous!<br />
<br />
The novel, <em>ICO: Castle in the Mist</em>, appeared on a recently release <a href="http://www.simonandschuster.net/search/_/N-/Ntk-BOOKS/Ntt-VIZ+Media+LLC?No=0&amp;Ns=ON_SALE_DATE|1">Simon and Schuster</a> release calendar for the summer and fall of 2011, and is tentatively dated for August 16, 2011 on <a href="http://www.amazon.com/ICO-Castle-Mist-Miyuki-Miyabe/dp/1421540630">Amazon</a>. We look forward to getting our hands on it, but we're also willing to bet that a large portion of the text therein is composed of <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTrm4Yie4ow">unintelligible beckoning</a>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/02/07/ico-novel-being-translated-coming-to-the-us-this-fall/">ICO novel being translated, coming to the US this fall</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 07 Feb 2011 16:40:00 EST. Though the game is back in the spotlight thanks to an <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/14/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-ps3-updates-listed-in-famitsu-so/">upcoming HD re-release</a>, things have been quiet on the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/shadow-of-the-colossus"><em>Shadow of the Colossus</em></a> film since we first heard about it in <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/04/07/rumor-shadow-of-the-colossus-is-hitting-the-big-screen/">April of last year</a>. <a href="http://playtilldoomsday.com/2010/09/21/kevin-chang-sotc-movie/">Play Till Doomsday</a> and <a href="http://gamenorth.ca/2010/09/20/in2010-kevin-ping-chang-shadow-of-the-colossus-movie/">GameNorth</a>'s interview with production executive Kevin Ping Chang is a bit light on details about the film, but it's nice to know things are still moving forward.<br />
<br />
In the interview, Chang talks about the narrative difficulties in bringing the episodic (think: one colossus per episode) structure of the game to a two-hour film, and hints that adaptations of other Fumito Ueda games like <em>Ico </em>and <em>The Last Guardian </em>could be in the cards if this one pans out. Listen, Kevin, we're happy to see you're passionate, but let's take this one movie at a time, okay? Don't want to put the cart before the gigantic, furry dragon horse.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/23/production-exec-talks-shadow-of-the-colossus-film-future-team-i/">Production exec talks Shadow of the Colossus film, future Team Ico projects</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 23 Sep 2010 19:00:00 EST. <em>Famitsu</em> has <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/14/ico-shadow-of-the-colossus-hd-bundle-pops-up-in-retail-listing/">confirmed</a> remastered PlayStation 3 versions of both <em>Ico</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em>. The PS2 classics will reportedly be released as two separate games in Japan. This differs from the leaked European retailer listing, which showed a single package featuring the two titles on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/14/ico-shadow-of-the-colossus-hd-bundle-pops-up-in-retail-listing/">one disc</a>. Presumably, this will all be confirmed during tomorrow's Sony Japan press conference at the Tokyo Game Show.<br />
<br />
The magazine doesn't offer any additional details on the remakes, but the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/god-of-war-collection"><em>God of War Collection</em></a> should give us a good idea of what to expect. The horrible American box art for Ico (seen above) should also give us an idea of what to expect from the packaging.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/14/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-ps3-updates-listed-in-famitsu-so/">Ico and Shadow of the Colossus PS3 updates listed in Famitsu, sold separately in Japan</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 14 Sep 2010 23:59:00 EST. Following a recent <em>"ICO / Shadow of the Colossus</em> HD bundle" <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/11/walmart-lists-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-pack-for-ps3/">listing on Walmart's site</a> with an April 2011 release date, the unofficial remake package has popped up on Swedish retail website <a href="http://www.webhallen.com/spel/playstation_3/114561-ico-shadow_of_the_colossous-collection">Webhallen</a>. This new listing also cites an April release and even adds box art (larger version after the break), though it's not been verified as authentic. The listing was spotted by a Twitter account named "<a href="http://twitter.com/PlayStationTEAM/status/24494941022">PlayStationTEAM</a>," which we've verified is not an official Sony account. <br />
<br />
In response to the listings, Sony has told us it "doesn't comment on rumor or speculation," but with <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/tgs-2010/">Tokyo Game Show</a> about to pop off this week, we've got all our fingers and toes crossed for news about this HD remake bundle containing two games that are very near and dear to our hearts.<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/14/ico-shadow-of-the-colossus-hd-bundle-pops-up-in-retail-listing/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>ICO / Shadow of the Colossus HD bundle pops up in another retail listing, with box art</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/14/ico-shadow-of-the-colossus-hd-bundle-pops-up-in-retail-listing/">ICO / Shadow of the Colossus HD bundle pops up in another retail listing, with box art</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 14 Sep 2010 14:10:00 EST. Once again, Walmart has <a href="http://www.walmart.com/ip/ICO-Shadow-of-the-Colossus-PS3-PlayStation-3/15061046">added a product listing</a> for a heretofore unannounced (but heavily rumored) PS3 title: A bundle including (presumably visually updated versions of) <em>ICO</em> and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/shadow-of-the-colossus"><em>Shadow of the Colossus</em></a>. The mega-retailer included an April 1, 2011 release date for the game -- hopefully not an indication of an outrageously early April Fools' Day joke -- and a bargain-level price tag of $39.82.<br />
<br />
We've contacted representatives at Sony and Walmart (again) to try to get a comment on the listing, and will let you know when we hear more.<br />

Except the images projected don't look exactly like the PS2 game: the aspect ratio is different, the textures are better, and the character models are sharper -- and that's just what can be picked up from looking at pictures of a projector showing the images. NeoGAF's Gribbix and SolidSnakex posted <a href="http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=23117766&amp;postcount=154">direct</a> <a href="http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=23114914&amp;postcount=74">comparisons</a> between the CEDEC presentation and the PS2 <em>Ico</em>.<br />
<br />
With the persistent rumor of a <em>God of War Collection</em>-style remake of Team Ico's PS2 games, and with TGS around the corner, it's tempting to take these images as evidence. It seems just as likely, however, that Ueda mocked up nice illustrations of iconic scenes for his presentation. In any case, they're lovely and can be seen at <a href="http://game.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/news/20100902_391080.html">GAME Watch</a>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/09/03/team-ico-shows-off-cleaned-up-ico-shots-at-cedec-awards/">Team Ico shows off cleaned-up Ico shots at CEDEC</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 03 Sep 2010 10:10:00 EST. With rumors suggesting that Team Ico's art house games, <em>ICO</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus, </em>will receive the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/god-of-war-collection"><em>God of War Collection</em></a> Blu-ray treatment, <a href="http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-emulated-in-hd">Digital Foundry</a> decided to have a look at what the results might be. Using PC emulation -- which reportedly got "very, very close" to looking like the final product with <em>God of War</em> -- the group captured video of the SD version and what the games <em>may</em> look like in HD.<br />

<em>God of War</em>'s PS3-fication allegedly didn't replace any in-game art "aside from the on-screen text and button graphics." If <em>ICO</em> and <em>Colossus</em> are indeed given the same Blu-ray treatment, the latter is sure to benefit from the PS3's hardware. <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em> pushed the PS2's tech to the breaking point, with a frame rate that could turn the Colossi into <a href="http://www.harryhausen.com/">Harryhausen monsters</a>.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/06/01/a-look-at-ico-and-shadow-of-the-colossus-in-hd/">A look at ICO and Shadow of the Colossus in HD</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 01 Jun 2010 15:11:00 EST. </a></div>
We're not going to pussy-foot around this (ha, you said -- <em>nevermind</em>): Team Ico's highly-anticipated <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/the-last-guardian"><em>The Last Guardian</em></a> finally has an honest-to-goodness <a href="http://www.jp.playstation.com/scej/title/trico/">website</a> now, chock full of saliva-inducing high-res screens. Aside from that, there isn't really much there at the site now -- apart from the trailers we've all seen way too many times but, hey, you might as well <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/09/24/fumito-ueda-on-the-reality-of-the-last-guardians-fantasy-oh-a/">watch</a> <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/11/the-last-guardian-full-trailer-screens-and-our-love/">them</a> again because it's been [insert any amount of time here] since you last watched them and why not? Anyway, go to the site and look at the new screens. <br />
<br />
What? No more words! The only thing we want to hear is you going "awwww" at the beautiful relationship between a young boy and his catbird <em>thing</em>.<br />

It seems Sony is attempting to drum up interest in Team Ico's upcoming, Griffin-infused adventure, <em>The Last Guardian</em>, by showcasing its earlier opus to poor, unenlightened folks who missed it the first time around. The opus in question is <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/shadow-of-the-colossus"><em>Shadow of the Colossus</em></a>, which, according to <a href="http://teamicogamers.blogspot.com/2009/12/shadow-of-colossus-re-release-next.html">a Team ICO fan site</a>, has been listed by a number of <a href="http://www.enet-japan.com/shop/g/g4948872193351/">Japanese retailers</a> to be reprinted and sold on February 4. Sadly, it didn't get the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/god-of-war-collection"><em>God of War Collection</em></a> treatment -- the game's still on its original platform, the PlayStation 2.<br />
<br />
If you were the speculatin' type, you might think that <em>The Last Guardian</em> would be released not too much later than this reprint, ensuring that the warm, Team ICO-esque feeling would still be fresh in everyone's minds. We're more the wait-and-see types, so we plan on waiting and, shortly after that, <em>seeing</em>.<br />

<br />Though the Japanese aren't exactly known for their love affair with first-person shooters, Team Ico director <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/fumito-ueda">Fumito Ueda</a> can name at least one that he digs: <em>Half-Life 2</em>. Speaking to <a href="http://g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/post/699720/Fumito-Uedas-A-Big-Half-Life-2-Fan-Interested-In-Making-A-First-Person-Game.html">G4TV</a> (through a translator), Ueda named the Valve-developed sequel when asked which games he has had an emotional reaction to.<br /><br />"There was variation in terms [of] locations and also [in] the way of storytelling in the game. Usually, you have to incorporate storytelling with constraints, but the way [Valve] implemented constraints was something different that I enjoyed, compared to other games," observed Ueda. He's even considered making his own first-person game at some point, stating, "I have an interest in making first-person games."<br /><br />If Ueda's previous development cycle lengths are any indication, we tentatively expect to see a Ueda-developed first-person game by 2025 or so ... at <em>the earliest</em>.<br /><br />

Before last week's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/e3-2009">E3</a>, two major surprises were spoiled for Sony, in the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/30/qore-leak-reveals-new-psp-metal-gear-jak-and-daxter-and-more/">PSP Go</a> and <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/19/rumor-team-icos-third-project-trico-revealed/"><em>The Last Guardian</em></a> leaks. That's made Tretton somewhat bitter -- as one would expect -- and he's told <a href="http://www.cnbc.com/id/31204970/site/14081545">CNBC</a> that the industry needs to do a better job of keeping a lid on it.<br /><br />"People don't respect confidentiality in this industry," said Tretton, who is now concerned for the future of his company down the line, where he sees leaks once again beating Sony to its own news. "You have to prepare for people to know things in advance. The frustrating thing is they only know a part of the story and that opens up a lot of conjecture and misinformation that ultimately waters down the reality when you roll it out."<br /><br />Sure, it's tough, but it's all part of the game (sorry!). If Sony is so concerned with the confidentiality of who it trusts with this information, then it needs to do a better job of policing leaks and encouraging silence. To us, it's as simple as that.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/12/call-the-waah-mbulance-tretton-talks-psp-go-leaks/">Call the waah-mbulance: Tretton talks PSP Go leaks</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 12 Jun 2009 18:15:00 EST. <div style="text-align: left;">This week's DLC pack for <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/littlebigplanet"><span style="font-style: italic;">LittleBigPlanet</span></a> is, <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/05/team-ico-littlebigplanet-dlc-coming-next-week/">as teased</a>, related to Team Ico's first two games, <span style="font-style: italic;">Ico</span> and <span style="font-style: italic;">Shadow of the Colossus</span>. The pack will contain costumes, stickers and sound effects and the <span style="font-style: italic;">Ico</span> costumes have already <a href="http://www.mediamolecule.com/2009/06/08/team-ico-costume-pack-ico-and-yorda/">been revealed</a>, with <span style="font-style: italic;">Shadow of the Colossus</span> costumes being shown off tomorrow. You can see <span style="font-style: italic;">Ico</span> himself in the image above and Yorda after the break. It's slightly disappointing that this pack doesn't include new levels a la the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/mgs4"><span style="font-style: italic;">Metal Gear Solid 4</span></a> DLC, but we'll still take it. Who knows, maybe one of the stickers will show the Kitty Dragon from <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/06/video-comparison-trico-leak-and-the-last-guardian-debut/">the <span style="font-style: italic;">Last Guardian</span> trailer</a>. </div>

Okay, fine. We had two thoughts. First: we really want a kitty dragon; and second: we wonder what the game looks like now. <br /><br />Lucky for us, Sony's E3 keynote answered the latter, with a fresh dose of video footage of the game, newly dubbed <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/The-Last-Guardian/">The Last Guardian</a></em>. Here's the thing though: the first three and a half minutes of the trailer were shot-for-shot identical to the leak, with obvious visual enhancements and that got us thinking: a video comparison! If you've been swooned by both Team Ico's self-titled adventure/puzzler <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Ico/">Ico</a></em> and Media Molecule's DIY platformer <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/LittleBigPlanet/">LittleBigPlanet</a></em> -- and seriously, <em>who hasn't </em>-- you should turn your attention to <a href="http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/6771/littlebigteaser.jpg">a recently discovered image</a> depicting Sack-ified versions of Ico and Yorda, running away from an illustrated castle. A Media Molecule logo embedded in the image lends some amount of credence to the picture -- as does <a href="http://twitter.com/Media_Molecule/status/1960478592">a recent tweet</a> from Media Molecule which confirms it is responsibility for the art.<br /><br />What's the image mean, though? Is it perhaps just a doodle from one of <em>LBP</em>'s artists? Is it a tribute to one of Media Molecule's <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZsIJCdrae8">favorite user-made levels</a>? A hint at an upcoming costume pack? Better still, is it foretelling the coming of an <em>Ico</em> theme pack? We'll do our best to squeeze some answers out of Media Molecule <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/e3-2009">at E3</a>.<br /><br />[Via <a href="http://www.vg247.com/2009/05/29/littlebigplanet-teaser-shows-what-could-be-ico/">VG247</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/29/ico-littlebigplanet-mash-up-teaser-spotted/">Ico/LittleBigPlanet mash-up teaser spotted</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 29 May 2009 16:45:00 EST. A video of what is allegedly 'Project Trico,' the third game from developer Team Ico, has surfaced on rumor-site <a href="http://playstationlifestyle.net/2009/05/19/team-ico-next-game-revealed/">PlayStation Lifestyle</a>. We've no idea when the video was made, but it shows off almost four minutes of footage from the game. The art style is very similar to <em>Ico</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em> -- particularly the environment and character design, which lends credence to the idea that this is an official video. (There's also the fact that its opening scene looks exactly like a <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/01/24/first-screen-of-next-team-ico-project-the-chain/">teaser image released by Team Ico last January</a>.)<br /><br />Hopefully this leak means we'll be hearing more about this game soon. We'd be happy if the entire Sony E3 press conference was a video dedicated to this amazing kitty dragon (LOLCATs go!). That thing is too adorable for words. Check out the video for yourself after the break.<br /><br /><strong>[Update]</strong> When contacted by Joystiq, SCEE stated it's "not making any comment" regarding the Trico video.<br /><br />[Thanks, Simon!]<p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/19/rumor-team-icos-third-project-trico-revealed/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Rumor: Team Ico's third project 'Trico' revealed</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/05/19/rumor-team-icos-third-project-trico-revealed/">Rumor: Team Ico's third project 'Trico' revealed</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 19 May 2009 21:08:00 EST. <div align="left">During this morning's GDC 2009 panel on Eastern vs. Western development philosophies, Team ICO head Fumito Ueda was asked -- by Grasshopper Manufacture boss, Goichi "<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/suda51">Suda51</a>" Suda -- what the deal is with <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/05/team-ico-boss-not-feeling-pressured-to-show-new-title/">his crew's next game</a>. You know, the <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/01/24/new-artwork-depicting-third-team-ico-game-released/">follow-up</a> to <em>Shadow of the Colossus </em>that everyone (even other Japanese devs!) are eager to know <em>anything</em> new about. Ueda couldn't say much, but we found his comments interesting.<br /><br />After joking (or was he?) that his bosses were in the room listening, Ueda said that his next game -- widely referred to by the nickname "<em>Trico</em>" -- will be "something in-between" <em>ICO </em>and <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em>. "It will be similar to those past games, the essense is close to <em>ICO</em>," he added.<br /><br />Suda51 then excitedly asked if he'd brought screenshots -- anything -- of or about the game. Ueda laughed slightly and conveyed the non-verbal equivalent of "next!" with his face.<br /></div>

The third project from the "<a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/04/obvious-next-team-ico-game-will-be-really-really-good/">Olympic Team</a>" behind both <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/shadow-of-the-colossus"><em>Shadow of the Colossus</em></a> and <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/ico">Ico</a> </em>looks like it might make its <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/01/24/first-screen-of-next-team-ico-project-the-chain/">long anticipated</a> reveal next month at the 2008 Tokyo Game Show. What appears to be a newly launched TGS teaser website calls the game <em>ICO 3 The Queen</em>, adding that Japanese PS3 owners will be able to yank the title off store shelves on October 9, 2009.<br /><br />Given the name, as well as the site's reuse of the original game's logo, it remains unclear if the title will be any sort of direct follow up to the original <em>Ico </em>or another stand alone project, but whatever the case we cannot wait to find out more once TGS gets underway.<br /><br /><strong>Note: </strong>As some have pointed out, the site's validity is suspect, meaning we now wait until next month's TGS to see if in fact the next game from Team ICO will make an appearance or simply break our hearts.<br /><br />[Thanks pico!]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/09/13/team-ico-reveals-the-queen-all-bow-down/">Rumor: Team ICO reveals The Queen, all bow down</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sat, 13 Sep 2008 21:55:00 EST. It's been a long time coming, but <a href="http://www.videogaming247.com/2008/08/28/yoshida-team-icos-ps3-game-will-be-shown-soon/">VG247</a> quotes Sony Worldwide Studio head Shuhei Yoshida as saying Team ICO's next project may be revealed "soon." The anticipated next project by the team behind <a href="http://joystiq.com/tag/shadow-of-the-colossus"><em>Shadow of the Colossus</em></a> and <em>Ico</em> has merely been <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/01/24/first-screen-of-next-team-ico-project-the-chain/">teased with some nondescript screenshots</a>.<br /><br />Yoshida tells the site that plans for the Tokyo Game Show have not been finalized -- presumably, the show would be the last major opportunity this year to reveal the project. It's about time this game made its public appearance, don't you think?<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/28/team-icos-next-game-may-be-shown-soon/">Team ICO's next game may be shown soon</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 28 Aug 2008 13:00:00 EST. <ol>
    <li>del Toro, who has been enamored with gaming's charming beeps and boops since the days of <em>Pong</em>, lavishes a considerable amount of praise on Sony's <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/ico">Team ICO</a>. "There are only two games I consider masterpieces," he says. "Ico and Shadow of the Colossus."</li>
    <li>The popular filmmaker has excellent taste in games.</li>
</ol>
Those are far from the only titles he appreciates, however, as he tells Edge that he "absolutely loved <em>BioShock</em>." In addition, he approves of <em>Resident Evil</em>, <em>Devil May Cr</em>y and <em>Silent Hill</em>, which he likens in particular to a "Lynch, Polanski or Romero type of horror experience." It seems our only point of disagreement can be found in his "happy" working experience with Konami's <a href="http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/ps3/hellboy?q=hellboy%20science%20of%20evil"><em>Hellboy: The Science of Evil</em></a>. "There are only two games I consider masterpieces: <em>Ico</em> and <em>Shadow of the Colossus</em>," said Guillermo del Toro in an interview with <a href="http://www.edge-online.com/news/pans-labyrinth-director-a-team-ico-fan">Edge</a> magazine. Both titles are creations of SCEJ's Team ICO, who are currently working on an <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/tag/team-ico">unnamed title</a>.<br /><br />Guillermo, director of the widely acclaimed <em>Pan's Labyrinth</em> and the <em>Hellboy</em> movies, is himself a gamer since the Pong era. He's even a video game director, having worked with Konami on adapting the <em>Hellboy</em> series ... which unfortunately <a href="http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/ps3/hellboy?q=hellboy%20science%20of%20evil">didn't do too well</a>. <br /><br />With such a prominent figure giving the thumbs up to Team ICO, we're sure they're happy to hear that their hard work is getting noticed outside the realm of gaming. We're also sure, whatever they have in store next would probably be pleasing del Toro -- and us for that matter. <br /><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/26/team-ico-has-a-fan-in-pans-labyrinth-director/">Team ICO has a fan in Pan's Labyrinth director</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 26 Aug 2008 19:30:00 EST. Speaking with UK magazine gamesTM and <a href="http://www.videogaming247.com/2008/08/05/team-ico-boss-my-ps3-game-hasnt-hit-critical-development-yet/">brought to our attention by videogaming247</a>, Fumito Ueda said "production has not reached the critical stage. The company is very reasonable thanks to my achievements in the past. So, although I do get pressurised, that's not happened yet [on the current project], and that's something I feel gratitude for, that the company gives us the opportunity to focus by giving us time."<br /><br />What does this mean? Simply put, Ueda isn't getting pressured to show off his game yet because Sony knows brilliance takes time. The game is too young, too early in production stages, to really show off. We're willing to wait because we're sure when Ueda is ready to show the world, the world will watch.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/05/team-ico-boss-not-feeling-pressured-to-show-new-title/">Team ICO boss not feeling pressured to show new title</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 05 Aug 2008 20:30:00 EST. First off, yes, they are working on a game (this has only been confirmed from <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/01/24/new-artwork-depicting-third-team-ico-game-released/">one arbitrary, assumed screenshot</a> on their official site), but it's going to be a while until we see anything. <br /><br />Yoshida started work on <em>ICO</em> before moving to the United States, so he's seen how Ueda works -- uncompromising was the word used. Four years is the general time to wait for each game, Yoshida concludes, but this game will be worth it because "<span class="text_article_body">they have something really, really good on the way." We look forward to hearing more!</span><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/04/new-team-ico-game-impresses-shuhei-yoshida/">New Team ICO game impresses Shuhei Yoshida</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Mon, 04 Aug 2008 14:30:00 EST.
