Vinyl line of collectible figurines is welcoming four new <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/halo-4"><em>Halo 4</em></a> figures into its already plentiful ranks of super-deformed pop-culture characters. Available on November 8, the new line includes Master Chief, both red and blue Spartan Warriors, as well as the unbelievably cute Cortana figure seen above.<br /><br />Seriously, it's like if Betty Boop were a hyper-intelligent, holographic artificial intelligence from the future. Check out all four figures in the gallery below.<div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/halo-4-funko-pop-vinyl-figures/">Halo 4 (Funko Pop Vinyl Figures)</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/halo-4-funko-pop-vinyl-figures/#5391848"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2012/10/masterchief_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/halo-4-funko-pop-vinyl-figures/#5391849"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2012/10/lilcortana_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/halo-4-funko-pop-vinyl-figures/#5391850"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2012/10/bluespartan_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/halo-4-funko-pop-vinyl-figures/#5391852"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2012/10/redspartan_thumbnail.png" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2012/10/27/new-halo-4-figures-include-the-most-adorable-cortana-ever/">New Halo 4 figures include the most adorable Cortana ever</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Sat, 27 Oct 2012 22:30:00 EST. The adorable <a href="http://joystiq.com/game/super-scribblenauts"><em>Scribblenaut</em></a> himself, Maxwell, is heading to toy stores this June. First, he's <a href="http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=FNK10727&amp;mode=retail">an action figure</a>, complete with a pencil and notebook used to create anything you can dream of. Then while you're dreaming, you can <a href="http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=FNK10728&amp;mode=retail">hug a little plush Maxwell</a>, available for $10 plus shipping.</div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/03/29/scribblenauts-maxwell-now-available-for-pre-order-in-toy-form/">Scribblenauts' Maxwell now available for pre-order in toy form</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Tue, 29 Mar 2011 07:00:00 EST. Though we still lament the all-too-early demise of the late, great Sega Dreamcast, its maker lets us know from time to time that our unending loyalty does not go unrequited. Case in point: the pre-order bonus item for <em><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/game/dreamcast-collection">Dreamcast Collection</a></em> in Australia. It's a silver record (an ancient audio storage media made of vinyl) containing songs from <em>Sonic Adventure</em>, <em>Space Channel 5: Part 2</em> and <em>Crazy Taxi </em>in a sleeve that looks like a Dreamcast. Pretty cool, right?<br />
<br />
Pretty collectible, too, no doubt. The <a href="http://blogs.sega.com/europe/2011/02/15/dreamcast-collection-a-look-at-the-dreamcast-vinyl/">Sega Europe Blog</a> has a bunch and intends to give them away in an upcoming contest. Hopefully, foreign fans will get a shot at them -- hey, we can dream, right?<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2011/02/16/dreamcast-collection-bonus-vinyl/">Dreamcast Collection gets dreamy pre-order bonus vinyl Down Under</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Wed, 16 Feb 2011 05:00:00 EST. Your record collection is looking a little ... rough around the edges. Don't get us wrong, we think it's great that <em>someone</em> out there owns the soundtrack to <em>Men in Black</em> on vinyl, and also, oh, is that Spin Doctors' "Homebelly Groove Live?" Nice. That's a ... <em>classic</em>. And wow! That's a <em>lot</em> of Michael Bolton. Listen, this is an intervention: You need to class up your act, which you might be able to do with the <em>Red Dead Redemption</em> soundtrack ... <a href="http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/11881/collectors_item_red_vinyl_lp_of_the_red_dead_redemption_original_soundtrack_now_available_at_the_rockstar_warehouse.article">now on vinyl</a>!<br />
<br />
The "blazing red" record is available from the "<a href="http://rockstarwarehouse.stores.yahoo.net/rdrliedfrco.html">Rockstar Warehouse</a>" for $15 and features all the music from the game, including Jose Gonzalez's haunting mid-game tune, "<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IkvAb6THQY">Far Away</a>." That's a track that's just <em>begging</em> to be mashed-up by a solid DJ ... or just any old DJ, really.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/11/19/red-dead-redemption-soundtrack-now-available-on-blazing-red-vi/">Red Dead Redemption soundtrack now available on 'blazing red' vinyl</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 19 Nov 2010 11:30:00 EST. Instead, it <em>has</em> announced a second <em>FFXIII</em> music release <em>in</em> Japan that is going to make you even more jealous. On February 26, the publisher will release a collection of eight songs from <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2010/01/20/rumor-final-fantasy-xiii-composer-leaves-square-enix/">Masashi Hamauzu'</a>s <em>Final Fantasy XIII</em> score on a 12-inch <em>record</em>, including an exclusive version of "Ragnarok."<br />
<br />
The limited-edition vinyl record, <em>W/F: Music from Final Fantasy XIII</em>, is exclusive to Square Enix's E-store. Importer <a href="http://www.shopncsx.com/wfmusicfromfinalfantasyxiii.aspx">NCSX</a> secured a shipment of the record through one of its vendors, but <em>that</em> has already sold out. Maybe we'll have better luck when Square releases the eight tracks on 8-track.<br />

Sony continues to use its new <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2009/07/22/lots-of-uncharted-2-among-thieves-at-comic-con/">licensing partnerships</a> to <em>interesting</em> effect. The company has partnered up with ESC-Toys to create Nathan Drake vinyl toys. The freaky interpretations of the <em>Uncharted</em> hero are designed by none other than ESC-Toy's founder, Erick Scarecrow. (Clearly, he takes his namesake quite seriously.)<br /><br />We're not too keen on the design, but we're sure collectors will still go ga-ga over this somewhat-terrifying <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jason_Voorhees">Jason</a>-inspired toy. The toys will be released this Fall, just in time for <em>Uncharted 2</em> and will be limited to 2500 pieces worldwide.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/07/23/do-you-want-this-freaky-toy-nathan-drake/">Do you want this freaky toy Nathan Drake?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Thu, 23 Jul 2009 12:00:00 EST. They just don't make album art like that any more. Thank goodness.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ffffcc;border:1px solid #ffff99;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.joystiq.com"><img src="http://www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif" alt="Joystiq" style="float:left;padding:0 5px 5px 0;" /></a><a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2007/08/24/game-related-record-sleeve-art-hurts-our-brains/">Game-related record sleeve art hurts our brains</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.joystiq.com">Joystiq</a> on Fri, 24 Aug 2007 16:13:00 EST.
