While the pair's North American-exclusive inclusion in the game was revealed last March following the results of a reader poll, Capcom took time today to send over some screens showing what we can expect when the duo hits the links on July 15. Check out the shots below, including what Capcom calls its "first African-American incarnation of Ken Masters." Shoryuken!
Ken and Morrigan shown hitting the links in We Love Golf
If there's one thing to keep us interested in video game golf it's alternate costumes, followed closely by karate masters and top-heavy succubi. Thankfully, however, Capcom is giving us all three in its upcoming Wii exclusive We Love Golf, which will let players dress their golfers as either Street Fighter blondie Ken or Darkstalkers femme fatale Morrigan, among other familiar faces.

Camelot reckons Golden Sun DS 'would be great'
So, we're all in agreement then. Currently hard at work on the European version of We Love Golf (for Wii, natch), the folks at Camelot have told Eurogamer that they rather like the idea of bringing Golden Sun, a popular series of role-playing games for the Game Boy Advance, to Nintendo's DS. "It would be great, wouldn't it!" said the seemingly excitable Hiroyuki and Shugo Takahashi. "We want to play that game too, just as much as you. We love Golden Sun!"
The brothers also noted that the RPG genre is one they definitely plan on revisiting in the future, with their thoughts already wrapped around "RPG stuff." Said the Takahashi brothers: "Camelot is an RPG maker. We don't think that we'll ever quit making RPGs."

We Love Golf American release to include online play

Due sometime this year, the Wii golf game is being developed by Camelot Software, long-time cartoon-golf developers. Collectables and other touches add value to the OCD set; the poll results are in, and we'll get Ken and Morgan costumes in this version. But screw those extras, Capcom had us at "Friend Code optional."
Vote Capcom faves into We Love Golf
Camelot's upcoming Wii golf title We Love Golf will feature Capcom-flavored alternate costumes for its male and female golfers, allowing players to tee off as Chun Li, Apollo Justice, Jill Valentine, or Arthur from Ghouls 'n Ghosts. The fun doesn't stop there, however, as Capcom is allowing fans to vote on the final two Capcom characters to be included in the North American and European versions of the game.
By heading over to the official Capcom blog, players will be able to vote for one female character, and one male character. Female character choices consist of Cammy (Street Fighter), Morrigan (Darkstalkers), Rouge (Power Stone), Roll Caskett (Mega Man Legends), and Ashley Graham (Resident Evil 4).
The male options are Frank West (Dead Rising), Balrog (Street Fighter), Guy (Final Fight), Ken (Street Fighter), Dhalsim (Street Fighter), and Captain Commando (former Capcom mascot and protagonist of the arcade game of the same name). At the moment, Ken and Morrigan are both leading their respective polls. Of course, we wonder why Capcom can't simply include all the characters in the game, but we'll take what we can get.
