Ahh I wish this was released on the PS3 instead, I enjoyed the first game a lot. I was so excited back when this was announced only to read it was being released on PSP :(

It's about time people stopped complaining about that, it's not going to change. I got over it and enjoyed VC2 to the fullest, I've racked up nearly 85 hours on it.
This advert though was really poorly put together. Using a guy's voice when a woman is shooting. What.

PSP games have a habit of being direct copies of their console counterparts. In this case, the PSP version literally took over the series from the console version. I'm not saying VC2 is a bad game, but I can see why people are complaining.
Most PSP games don't try to establish themselves as PSP games and instead try to be reduced versions of a console game. Sometimes the fans like it and sometimes they don't. I generally avoid reduced ports, but the VC2 demo wasn't that bad.

More missions? MORE? God...I've played this game for like 37 hours and I'm not even at the end yet...not sure I actually want more missions...lol

You know... the only news I would like to see for Valkyria 2 is an actual announcement about the characters they are indeed holding back. Files for 4 characters exist in the game, they've acknowledged that they are all playable, but as of yet haven't released the code, or codes, for them.
It went so far as to lie about the final "code giveaway" they did on the playstation blog, where instead of 5, we got 4. Last bit of info was off a bloody twitter account back in October.

Love the game, but it really doesn't need more missions. It has an absolute ass-load of them.
New maps might be a nice addition.

yah these DLC maps have been out for a couple of months now.
but they're pretty fun and challenging, the Ultimate Challenge map is the hardest! but I don't know how I managed to beat it within 3 turns. Best map for money also, you win the map, doesn't matter how many turns it takes you will get over 3 million. So if you want to get easy fast experience and money, this is the fastest way to do it is with these maps.
