Just bought this game today for $35. So far in my opinion, best arcade racer all year.

Its not stuck, youtube simple doesn't count the same person watching the video over and over again as an increase in view count.

It was stuck. If you check the comments there were many people with the same number of views. Besides I checked on two different browsers and I also have a dynamic IP address.

Does anyone know what that symbol is supposed to be, next to where it says Need for Speed? Is it supposed to be some sort of stylized acronym (NS)? I can see the N in the left part of the symbol, but can't make out what the right part is supposed to be.

I think it is the autolog feature of the game.

"Through Autolog, you’ll be able to track your career progress, Personal Best times and how they compare against your friends, check out all your captured game photos, brag about your latest accomplishments, and jump directly into challenges recommended by Autolog’s comparison engine based on your friends’ gameplay".

The fine print at the end of the trailer references the "n" logo, so I'd imagine That's what it is.

@Scarbir

This is my third attempt to post this answer so if it shows up as a triple post I apologize.

After some Googling I discovered that the left part of the symbol stands for the N in "Need." The right part of the symbol is supposed to be the arrow of a speedometer, representing speed.

I have 0% in this game, but if watching some trailers will help get some fans free DLC, by golly I'll watch them. More Developers/Publishers need to be like this, giving free stuff.

Same level of interest for me, too, but I'll watch the hell out of this trailer a fee times a day to get others some freebies.

And by "watch" I mean open a tab to play the video in and turn down my speakers. Same thing as far as EA is concerned.

I've only played it for a little bit this morning (yay Black Friday, boo work!), but I can say it's got all of the stuff that made NFS what is is and Criterion did an amazing job getting everything in it that current-gen has to offer. Definitely recommend picking this one up, especially at the price you can find it today.

Picked this up for $35 on Amazon today ($15 after my Black Ops credit was applied). I think it might be the best money I've ever spent. Can't wait to play this. While I wait for it to be shipped, might as well support some free DLC by watching these vids.

Gotta love Amazon promo credit. Seriously, it's saved my ass on new releases for the last few months. It helps to take the sting out of occasional impulse buys too...like the Logitech Driving Force GT wheel that I bought despite not caring for racing sims. But hey, I got it for a song, so who cares?

@dagneau An even better option, and I've been using it since last night. Since I switched over, I have almost 700 views each in Firefox and Chrome running non-stop. Any more that two open at the same time makes the video choppy for me.

More companies should implement this idea, watch a certain video a million times before a dead line and we give away DLC free.

Free publicity & free content, everyone WINS!!

They should do the same idea but for charities as well.
