@johnny40000 nope, I don't even know why I'm reading this post. Amazon.com won't ship to Canada (unless I get a US mailing address across the border).

When I saw the Toys R Us deal, I immediately started thinking Mario All Stars Collection and Golden Sun DS. Neither are on this list. Looks like I'm still going with Toys R Us.

So who gets the referral for these sales? I'm just curious, because it's not slickdeals like the article is sourcing, or CAG, who donates some of their profits to Child's Play and is a friend of this site. That seems more interesting than this "story". you know, because I like many other people on this site already look at the front page of slickdeals and CAG on the daily...

Living in a small country, it can be very complicated to get video games, local store sometimes doesn't have specific one, and they're always way too expensive.

Amazon is my best way to get games. Deals + Free Shipping + Quality + Reliability = Satisfied customer.

@shortboy12

The world has gotten a lot smaller, and it's a lot less of a hassle to live far from a big American city.

One of my homes is in the middle of New Mexico, and I have to deal with water, power, sewer, all on my own.

Yet I still can get just about anything I want delivered to my home at a price competitive with just about any retailer. Amazon and its competitors really are one of the best things about the internet for my family. Even when I'm back in town, the hassle of going to Target or Costco, through traffic and aisles of crap, is too much to bother with compared to shopping online (unless I'm getting food, basically).

I'm surprised the PC version of black ops is not getting the same discount as the console versions, considering how badly it's getting pummeled in reviews.

So the online for that version is still for the most part, crippled? Does combat training at least work?

I'd like to have picked up a 2nd copy for PC so I can play with a friend who also only has the PC version.

@Walkdiesel

Well, my main problem is that I already have all the games on this list that I'd be tempted to buy. Wish I had been more patient, but I think there are some great buys on this list.

Am I missing something, or is there no way to search within games that the deal applies to? Or an option to sort them alphabetically, for that matter?

@jrr

I'm not surprised if you can't. One thing that makes Amazon successful is that they can get customers looking at a lot of products they didn't intend to when they first went to the site. Making it easy to find what you want, while also seeing a lot of other products, is key to high volume sales.

They can't force you to walk down physical aisles of products, so this may be their alternative.

Anyway, I can't find a way to sort it the way you want.

Guess I'll be picking up Black Ops then. But only because I need something to pair with the Sly Collection!
