Report: Goro and Jade confirmed for Mortal Kombat
60
What has six arms and throws one mean boomerang? Mortal Kombat's Jade and Goro, of course! The pallet-swapped assassin and perennial boss character will be joining the roster of this year's Mortal Kombat reboot, according to the latest issue of Game Informer (via Mortal Kombat Online).
Reportedly, NetherRealm's Ed Boon also notes in the magazine that the developer is considering adding an exclusive character to the Xbox 360 version of the game. This comes in the wake of news that God of War's Kratos will be available exclusively in the PlayStation 3 version. Our vote: Marcus Fenix, because he's over-the-top enough for Mortal Kombat and he cuts people in half like every five seconds.

Alan Wake.
Actually if the game did better, Baldur from Too Human would be a perfect fit.

Yeah, ya see, the thing about that.
Kratos vs. Scorpion - a pretty fair fight.
Banjo vs. any Mortal Kombat character - not fair at all, as Banjo has no experience ripping people in half or anything of the sort.

Seriously, Goro must have the most efficient workout on the planet.
Front Squats while holding a barbell and doing bicep curls.

You dont visit the gym very much do you?
While Goro is capable of doing what you said, it would not be an efficient workout because he's not focusing on a single muscle at a time. Ever try running while doing a bicep curl with your left arm, triceps extensions on your right arm and kegels in your pants all at the same time? Yeah, you're not getting far.

Actually I do go to the gym quite a bit. And there is such a thing as compund exercises. Look it up. For example, you could start with a straight-leg deadlift, followed by a bent-over row, followed by a clean and jerk. Or a more simple one: Squat presses, this is accomplished by thrusting a pair of dumbells over head while in the down position of a squat, and lowering them when you are in the standing position.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it dumb@$$

Good point, didn't take that into account. But then again we know little of his anatomy, perhaps his lower arms get help lifting stuff from his abs and obliques. This warrants further investigation.

I'd love to see Bayonetta make an appearance on both console versions.
For the 360 version though I doubt Marcus could keep up with fighters, his special power is he has steroids and a cool voice.
I personally would love to see Kaim Argonar from Lost Odyssey over Marcus Fenix. He'd actually fit in with the universe as he is an immortal.

No, it's going to be Carmine from Gears of War. Think about it, if you're going to submit a character to a game in which opponents are violently and horrifically ripped apart, you have to go with Carmine. He has the most experience in that realm.
