It would be better if he used a nunchuck hooked up to the wiimote for movement and only used kinect for stomping and swinging (maybe picking up items too but that's debatable). Movement by leaning doesn't look like it works too well.

Except I don't think the basic Move controller has a joystick on it, which is pretty crucial to moving around. I suppose the navigation controller could work though, but I think the Wiimote+Nunchuck combo is way cheaper and aiming isn't that bad on the Wiimote. The extra precision really isn't that big a deal I think in this case.
Can the Move even be used with a PC?

best thing in that video was the stomping, although it would be cooler if they could do different levels of stomping, the faster you stomp the more blood, the slower less splatter but you get a satisfying crunch with it. Things like that would be awesome
